Conventional homeopathy medicine is there use arnica hair oil n shampoo. Take constitutional medicine after consulting homeopathic physician. Second is hair transplant. Eat high protein diet so there would be less hair fall.

What is the reason behind hair fall n what should be better treatment to control the hair fall.

There are many reasons for hair fall. Heridity, regular use of chlorine water, lack of nourishment to the hair follicles, use of some medicines etc. Anyway apply medicated herbal oil at least thrice weekly.

I'm having ulcer and gastric problems in stomach, so what type of solid and liquid food should I take. Please can you suggest me. I'm vegetarian.

Take cold milk twice daily. Avoid tea coffee chillies take frequent small meals 4-5 never go hungry or skip meals. Eat green vegetables and fresh fruits. Take digene syrup 2tsf before meals thrice daily.

Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs, two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily, two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.

First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

Hi lybrate-user you need to consume low calorie nutrient dense food with high fibre and along with that you need to follow few healthy lifestyle modification tips in life. 1. Donot skip breakfast 2. Hi tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Firmly believe that the pleasure of being trim and healthy is far better than the pleasure of eating unwisely.

My body is so thin. My weight is 58 kg and height is 5'9" I am software developer and I am doing job in timing between 12 pm to 9 pm. I take milk or dahi in morning, 2 times food in a day and milk at night. I never take egg, non veg, drink, smoke. I want to gain weight and make healthy. Please suggest me any ayurvedic or homeopathic treatment for weight gain.

Dear lybrate user, increasing weight does not mean that you will go fatty. In fact, extra fat serves as a precursor of many diseases. In order to increase your weight as well as stay healthy you have to increase the muscle mass of your body. Normally a muscle undergoes an increase in size when it gets hypertrophied due to weight training. Weight-training leads to the pumping of blood to the muscle resulting in increased protein synthesis in the muscles. This applies to every muscles of human body. So, weight training is a must to increase weight. Whenever a muscle gets hypertrophied it demands protein to expand. Here comes the need of protein supplement. The most effective protein supplement is whey protein. For quicker & better results take 40 grams of whey just after waking from sleep at morning. Take another 20 grams of whey just 30 minutes before workout. Again take 40 grams of whey just after you have finished your workout. Kindly remember gaining weight is a time -taking process. So do not expect any result within fortnight.

I feel am getting more fat. How can I lose my fat as much as possible. Also in my face skin, lot of small pimples. Is there any solution for that ?

Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. Some tips 1) drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take of your total as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. For more detailed and personal advice ask me privately.

See that your last teeth are fully erupted in mouth, if not than consult a qualified oral surgeon. For mouth opening do mouth opening exercises, stop pan gutka or smoking and alcohol immediately.

  1. Intercourse on the first night is not compulsory unless you both feel comfortable to do so.
  2. Expectancy of one partner may lead to disappointment - so keep an open mind.
  3. Talking and communication about sex is the most important way to understand each other's needs.
  4. Do not forget foreplay - touching, hugging and kissing each other and exploring each other bodies,
  5. Learn from each other if you are completely new to sex - give it time and do not rush it.
  6. First night of sex may not always be the best experience - especially if you do not know what you're doing. Make an effort with your partner don't let it be one sided.
  7. Bride may feel pain in the vagina when male enters into it, so go very slow and give small and soft thrusts after entering. Use local non-allergic lubricant if the vagina is tight. Bleeding from vagina on the first occasion of intercourse is a myth and it is no evidence for virginity.
  8. As a man do not force or expect it - get her in the mood first, the bride may upset due emotional upheaval.
  9.  It has been observed that premature ejaculation or erectile dysfunction happens commonly on first night, due to overexcitement or apprehension. So dont feel underconfident or run for medication, give some time to your male organ to settle down.
  10. Don't expect to do, see or feel what you may see in porn or films.
  11. Do not use sex as a barrier or to control the relationship on first night.
  12. Practice makes perfect and sex is no different, it will need at least 30 episode of intercourse to make you perfect and some take whole life for finding perfection.

Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one cup of water. If you use freshly ground black pepper, then just add one-quarter teaspoon. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. Do this daily for at least three months.

Sesame oil is excellent nourishing oil. As it is rich in vitamins and minerals, it helps in strengthening hair and increasing blood circulation in the scalp. Simply mix one tablespoon each of root juice, lemon juice, and sesame oil. Apply this mixture on the scalp and hair. Wrap your head with a hot towel. After half an hour, rinse without shampoo.
