Fennel seeds can give you relief from other indigestion symptoms like gas and bloating, too. •Add one teaspoon of crushed fennel seeds to a cup of hot water and let it steep for eight to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, allow it to cool and strain it. Add a little honey and drink it slowly. Also take Colocynth 30 - one dose for pain when required.

Respected sir, I am male of 28 years suffering from generalized anxiety disorder since 11 months. Really fed up and getting difficulty in routine life always feeling dreamy, light-headed, irritable bowels, depersonalization. But i am sleeping good after taking sleep medicine, eating good relaxing and left job, jogging. Will anxiety Go away on its own and how many more months my body will take to get recovered. Dear , anxiety disorder is not a disease. It is a disorder. Mental disorder not requires medicines. Psychotherapy, life style changes, meditation etc are enough to cure your problem. You must learn and educate yourself about your anxiety disorder. The more you try to" cure" your anxiety, anxiety increases and cure is not possible. You have to change your mindset

Having loose motions frequently feeling of heaviness had vomiting once. Don't feel like eating anything. Sometimes having fever for about 100*F (Very few times). Taking break, perinome and cyclopam medicines from the past 2 Days. Feels like having acidity. My age is 14 years.

Hye. Thank you for your query. Trying to get chubby cheeks does not mean piling up fat on your face. You can achieve it by toning your facial skin. Also, a good balanced diet is crucial to healthy looking skin. A few natural techniques, exercises and home remedies can give your cheeks a plumper and chubby look. 1. Facial yoga is the best way to get chubby cheeks and tone sagging skin.  Place both forefingers in line with the flare of your nostrils just under the apex of your cheekbones. Make small, firm outward circles in the cheek depression for 1 to 2 minutes. Next, place both forefingers on either side of your nose on the smile furrows, about ½ inch from the outer corners of your lips. Do small, outward circles with your fingertips for 1 to 2 minutes. Finally, place both forefingers on the hinges of your jaw. Make small, firm upward circles in this depression for 1 to 2 minutes. Repeat this complete facial yoga routine a few times a day. You can also do facial exercises such as cheek presses and cheek lifts to tone your cheek muscles. 2. You can also blow balloons to work out your cheek muscles. You can even perform this exercise by blowing into imaginary balloons. 3. Olive Oil, shea butter and ghee works as the perfect moisturizer for dry skin and ensures soft skin. It also helps prevent wrinkles, tightens skin and makes cheeks look younger. 4. Fenugreek can also help you get chubby yet firm cheeks. Apply methi powder paste as a mask for 10 minutes a day. 5. Rose water should be applied on cheeks before going to bed, and leave it on overnight. The next morning, rinse it off with warm water. Repeat this remedy once daily. 6. Honey helps the skin retain moisture so it looks healthier and plumper. Adding honey to your diet or applying as a pack on cheeks, both are beneficial.  7. Massage your face with cold milk to make skin appear fuller. Avoid smoking and drinking as these habits can cause skin to lose elasticity and make you look older than your age. Drink an ample amount of water throughout the day to keep your body well hydrated. Put sunscreen on your face to protect the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays. Eat foods like nuts and seeds with healthy fats to get smooth and healthy skin.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Dear lybrateuser, - Yes, any person who undergoes chronic stress & anxiety is prone to heart disease & a heart attack - also an unhealthy diet with more of fried, fatty, processed, junk food with sedentary habits is prone to heart attack, also drinking excess alcohol & tobacco contribute in a major way - have more of fruits & vegetables, less of fats & processed foods & do regular exercise , sleep well for 7-8 hrs in the night to keep your heart healthy.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc. 9.Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Hi, accroding to your height your weight is little bit increase. Your ideal body weight is 81kg. If you want to lose weight. You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Take lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder in the morning. Take small and frequent meals. Drink more water in a day. Take salad before meals. Take sprouts and fruits. Avoid rice at night.

3 Ways To Treat Osteoporosis!

Your bone is a living tissue that constantly undergoes the cycle of breakage and replacement. Osteoporosis is a condition wherein the rate at which new bones form cannot match up to the worn out bones, thus making the bones fragile and brittle. Osteoporosis mainly affects the wrist, hip or spine and can result in a stooped posture accompanied by height shrinkage and back pain caused due to a collapsed vertebra.

Reasons Behind Osteoporosis

  1. Hormones: Lowered estrogen count in women and testosterone in men as a result of ageing or other treatments can result in this condition. Excess thyroid secretion in the body, an overactive adrenalin gland or parathyroid gland can also accelerate bone loss. Women are more vulnerable to osteoporosis during menopause.

  2. Prolonged use of injected: Prolonged use of injected or oral corticosteroid medications such as cortisone or prednisone messes with the bone-building process. Medicines used to combat cancer, gastric reflux and seizures can be responsible as well.

  3. Medical Conditions: Certain medical conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, cancer, liver or kidney disease increases the risks of acquiring osteoporosis.

  4. Sedentary Lifestyle: A sedentary lifestyle with not much physical activity along with an excessive consumption of alcohol and tobacco makes you susceptible to osteoporosis.

Treatments for Osteoporosis:

  1. Medication: Commonly prescribed medicines for remedying fractures include bisphosphonates such as Zoledronic acid, Ibandronate, Risedronate and Alendronate.However these medicines are not free of side-effects such as abdominal pain, nausea or heart burn. In case, your regular medicine doesn’t work, you can use Denosumab and Teriparatide as alternatives but only after consulting your physician.
  2. Hormone Therapy: Estrogen therapy for women after menopause helps sustain bone density. However such procedures can escalate the dangers of getting afflicted with cancer, heart diseases or conditions such as blood clotting.
  3. Alternative Medicine: Ipriflavone, a laboratory manufactured product, when combined with calcium can curb chances of bone loss and alleviate pain. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult an orthopedist.

Hello, It's better to take a homeopathic tincture called Arnica Montana and mix 1 tsp in 1/2 cup of water and apply upon the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor movement technique. Take pituitarinum 1x, 1 tablet daily for 15 days. Repeat the process every third day and revert after 1 month.

height will be determined by genes, hereditary. So, no one cant change the code already decided. But its not in your case, you may have chances to grow up still, upto 20-22 yrs. You can try calc. Phos, five phos daily 5-5/morning n evng for few monhs. Which may helpu further. You can try gro up or gro rite combination of medicines from bakson or any else from any homeopathic pharmacy.

Tips to lose weight  faster: 1. Eat a high-protein breakfast. 2Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.  3. Drink water a half hour before meals. 4. Choose weight loss-friendly foods (more vegetables and fruits) 5. Eat soluble fiber. 6. Eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  7. Eat your food slowly. 8. Sleep 7-8 hours 9. Go for regular exercise Constitutional homoeopathic treatment will give you best results.

I am 23yr old female, I have been suffering from backache and difficulty in standing due to dragging down pain in back (thoracic). This problem started 7-8yrs back and I is now worse. I did physiotherapy once and got benefitted from it. I am mostly suspecting it to be postural backache. But if I sit or stand straight then pain increases. Now since couple of months I have been getting pain in lower limbs also. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. SPRING BEDS, FOLDING BEDS OR THICK MATRESS ARE HARMFUL Use no pillow under the head. DO HOT FOMANTATION. Paracetamol 250mg OD & SOS x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab OD x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.. Do not ignore .It could be beginning of a serious problem.
