*take daal rice more. Use cow ghee n milk. Avoid over eating *start massage with til- sesame oil in morning, after that, do exercise whatever you want then bath *take sun bath *focus in yourself *avoid stress anger fear *take ajvayan 1 tsp after meal. *start chyavanprash in morning. These are also helps in height increase. After 20, process of increasing height becomes slow. However healthy diets will help you. Do exercise & yoga. Esp. Tadashana, suryanamaskar, chakrasahana. In medicine you can use ashvagandha & akkalkaro.

In ayurveda, Hypertension is referred to as Rakta Capa Vriddhi and it sees the vitiation of vata and pitta doshas as the main cause...take sarpgandha vati twice a day...yogendra ras...akik bhasm works very good in case of hypertension....avoid salty diet...oily food...lower your stress...do pranayama early morning.....

For weight reduction it's important to burn more calories than you are consuming, so you be particular about food choices & timings along with workout. I would suggest you to keep check on your food intake so to be in negative energy balance.

Hello- Testicle shrinkage (testicular atrophy) occurs when the testes, located inside the scrotum, diminish in size because of aging, injury, prescription drugs, continuous night shift job, or exhaustion from excessive masturbation and ejaculation. Diminished testicles are too accompanied by the loss of reproduction function, which can result in low sperm count or unhealthy sperm. Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. 6. You can try protein powders like milk powder, soya protein for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Pimples are due to hormone changes, infection and unhealthy diet take food with a high vitamin a, vitamin e and c contents. Drink lots of water. Regulate your daily activities, lower stress, increase sleep and do some yoga and exercise daily. The first and foremost step to lighten your complexion includes avoiding too much sun exposure. As far as lightening products, you can try creams and soaps that contain kojic acid, glutathione, aplha-arbutin, licorice extract, mulberry extract, and Vitamins C, E, and B3. You can also try certain natural remedies such as lemons. Squeeze the juice from a lemon, dip a cotton ball into the juice, apply it on your face, then rinse off after 10-15 minutes. Same way ,you may try potato. Peel the potato, cut it into small pieces, then apply the juice on areas you wish to lighten. Its best to consult your dermatologist to find out which of these options is best for your skin type.
