Trying for 6 months is short duration. Since all the reports done are fine so keep on trying for next 4-5 months during fertile days of your wife. If she had a regular cycle of 28-30 days then her fertile period will be from day 8 of her cycle - day 18, do regular intercourse in this duration, as there will maximum chances of conceiving. Also take adequate nutritious diet including fruits, salad, green vegetables, and low fat dairy products. And do regular exercise.

Your inadequate nutrition can be a reason, other being stress taken unnecessarily. You need to gain atleast 8 kgs.

Hi doctor; 1.Me and my girlfriend had sex on 07/01/2017 unfortunately condoms get break I think I dint ejaculate but still she take ipill EPC in 5 hrs after sex. Her periods was on 28/12/2016 till 02/01/2017 .her cycle is of 26 or 28 days. Now from yesterday onwards she has little headache and white discharge. She is worried is she pregnant or not 2.when she will expect her period? Please help.

Hi You should not be worried as she has taken pill. She should not be pregnant mostly. She may have irregular bleeding in between because of pill, but her periods will come in month end.

There is no time of menstrual cycle in which you have no chance of getting pregnancy after unprotected intercourse. However the chances are least at the time of menstruation but there are instances where pregnancy has occured.

Hello, There is no harm in having sex on daily basis. The frequency of having sex does not increase your conception chances. I would rather suggest having regular sex during your ovulation phase as this is the prime time for conceiving.

I am 21 years female. My periods will b irregular oftenly. Once I show to doctor n take tablets to fr periods it happens but once I complete the course n stop taking tablets my periods continue regularly only fr 2 to 3 months. And again it stops. I am from west bengal. Female/25 years old. Two three years back I was a owner of nice slim figure. Then I go to hostel in kolkata for continuing my study but there I became addicted of fast food. Then I gain weight from 56 to 71. I came back to home after completing the course and I reduced consumption of fast foods. But my weight was not reduced. Then I joined gym at november 2015. Since then I am exercising as per instructor guide and I became to feel lighter. My saggy hands became toned, double chin reduced and but belly fat are not reducing. Every week I measure my weight it neither increased nor reduced. Now my weight is 70 kgs. My height 5ft 3 inches. I never do diet but I do not go to restaurant or fast food corner. I cook at home and eat. But if I cook with oil at home, will be it effecting same like street foods? I do not like strict diets but do not know how to loose my weight. please suggest me a diet where foods have variation, I can make food with easily available items, and a easy detox program. When I search for diet at internet, most suggested food" s ingredients I can see is not easily available for me. I am bengali. If there is a bengali diet, suggest me please Thank you.

Weight loss and fat loss are not the same. Weight is your whole body weight which is muscle, organs, bones, water. Whereas fat weight is just the fat. You have to concentrate on fats only. There can be many conditions why your weight is not decreasing 1) you may have some hormonal issues. 2) you have developed muscles, which is extremely good. Muscles give you strength and shape to your body. It is most metabolically active tissue of your body. 3) there can be a lot of water retention in the body. It is extremely good that you are already exercising. But you need to follow a good nutrition program as that will help you to lose fat from the body. Your diet must include whole food like vegetables, fruits, whole grains like roti, brown rice, or sheddo chaal which bengalis eat, whole dais like moong, rajma, bengal gram and eggs, fish and chicken in the right proportion. Drink lots of water. Avoid sugars and sweets. You have to see that your body loses inches. Do not bother about the weight.

For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor..• Practice Yogasana like Chakrasana & Pawanmuktasana daily under the guidance of yoga expert. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4, TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

Medication is not the answer for every problem, in fact it is not most of the times. Go to gym and exercise under guidance of knowledgeable experienced trainer. Hope this helps.

First of all you want to know that it is not the Vagina that is loose, it is your Pelvic Floor Muscles. It is important to know when going about looking for a natural way to fix a loose vagina that you target the correct area. The pelvic floor muscle is what surrounds both the vagina and vaginal wall muscle. When the pelvic floor muscle is tight everything else will be nicely held and supported in place. The reason the vaginal wall muscle becomes loose is because it sort of looks and acts like a folded, very elastic and stretchy accordion. So when the pelvic floor muscle stretches, the vaginal wall muscle can’t help itself and will unfold more and more with it to.------------------------------------------ 1 Have an Orgasm – the fun part about toning your pelvic floor muscles When you have an orgasm – that is actually your pelvic floor muscle contracting. So the more you orgasm the more you start toning up your pelvic floor muscle. As your pelvic floor muscle becomes stronger, so will your orgasms. 2. Kegel Exercises are also known as pelvic floor exercises because they specifically target this area and prevent weakness in the pelvic floor area. The pelvic floor is often referred to as a “hammock” of muscles that hold all of the pelvic organs in place. Kegel exercises are a great place to start treating vaginal looseness, especially if you are struggling to reach climax temporarily. Plus, they can be done in the privacy of your own home, when no one is around, so no one has to know you are doing them. Kegel exercises can only help though if they are done on a regular basis. Pelvic floor muscle training exercises can help strengthen the muscles under the uterus, bladder, and bowel (large intestine). And Vaginal looseness.--------------------------- PERFORMING PELVIC FLOOR EXERCISES: 1.Begin by emptying your bladder. 2.Tighten the pelvic floor muscles and hold for a count of 10.3.Relax the muscles completely for a count of 10.4.Do 10 repetitions, 3 to 5 times a day (morning, afternoon, and night). You can do these exercises at any time and place. Most people prefer to do the exercises while lying down or sitting in a chair. After 4 to 6 weeks, most people notice some improvement. It may take as long as 3 months to see a major change. After a couple of weeks, you can also try doing a single pelvic floor contraction at times when you are likely to leak (for example, while getting out of a chair). A word of caution: Some people feel that they can speed up the progress by increasing the number of repetitions and the frequency of exercises. However, over-exercising can instead cause muscle fatigue and increase urine leakage. If you feel any discomfort in your abdomen or back while doing these exercises, you are probably doing them wrong. Breathe deeply and relax your body when you do these exercises. Make sure you are not tightening your stomach, thigh, buttock, or chest muscles. When done the right way, pelvic floor muscle exercises have been shown to be very effective at improving Vaginal looseness.------------------------ 3. Exercise, Sweat, Exercise, Sweat Do explore other forms of exercise too, like yoga for strengthening your core muscles which together will help keep your pelvic floor muscles tighter for longer. 4. A Healthy Diet – Fruits, Vegetables, Juices, Smoothies To keep the muscles in your body strong, you don’t just need exercise, you also need to feed the muscle correctly daily to ensure its correct growth and repair. So, ensure you get a healthy diet full of wholegrain organic carbohydrates, organic lean animal protein (excellent muscle builder), and organic fruits and vegetables if you wish to keep your vaginal muscle healthy and strong. To all the women out there who currently have vaginal looseness, don’t fret, there is so much you can do about it starting today.

It is likely your irregular and heavy periods is related to sudden gain in weight and possibly hormonal imbalance linked with polycystic ovaries. Mostly this can be treated with appropriate medicines. However it is equally important to reduce about 5-6 kgs of your current weight by a combination of diet and exercise.
