Right arm pain with swelling could be due to 1. Problem in blood supply or lymphatic supply of arm 2. Complex regional pain syndrome. 3. Infection. Get ultrasound and doppler of arm and underarm done to find the cause. If no cause is found out after investigations consult a pain specialist for diagnosis and treatment of complex regional pain syndrome.

There is no physiotherapy treatment for meniscus tear. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure

You must drink more water, avoid prottin rich food all pulses and non-veg food, avoid alcohol, then again after 1 month check your serum uric acid report. If it is within normal than it is ok. But if still is above the normal level, then you must start allopathic medicines.

I suggest you follow the below for your condition: Take Mag Phos 12x - thrice daily for some times Rest. Ceasing activity for a few days allows injured tissue and even nerve roots to begin to heal, which in turn will help relieve lower back pain. However, more than a few days of rest can lead to a weakening of the muscles, and weak muscles have to struggle to adequately support the spine. Patients who do not regularly exercise to build strength and flexibility are more likely to experience recurrent or prolonged lower back pain. Heat and Ice Packs. Heat and/or cold therapy helps relieve most types of low back pain by reducing inflammation. Often patients use ice, but some prefer heat. Both may be used alternately. Also do x-ray of the affected area. If you would like to consult with me privately, please click on 'Consult'. recommend me by clicking on recommendation option.

Dear lybrate-user, your diet principle is simple, cut on the unecessary saturated fats and increase the intake of omega 3s, and to improve your muscle need to consume high biological value proteins. Take customised consultation for further guidance.
