Give some rest to your body, if pain goes away then ask trainer to go slow on you focus on only body weight exercises in the beginning then start with weights. Evenn after rest pain continues then see a physio.

Hello, don't worry. if you are living in cold places then there may be cynosis because of excess cold. Take Petroleum 30, 3 drops thrice daily. Revert after 7 days.

Please note the factors which trigger headache and try to avoid them. Also take Belladonna 30 - one dose for headache when required.

I have met with accident. And I was injured. There is no any fractures but injuries are there. I am using megapen capsules an antibiotic and megaheal ointment to heal the injuries. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hi * stop running completely or decrease your training. *apply ice to reduce inflammation. *gently stretch your achilles and your calves. *consider cross-training for a while swim, run in the pool or ride a bike. *when you return to running, increase your mileage slowly, no more than 10 percent weekly. *make sure you wear the correct running shoes do reply for detailed treatment plan. Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines ­ Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 ­ take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi­Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

What work does he do? is he using laptops/phones/tablets for long hours? in that case, exercise is advised. Grip a soft ball. Do rotation and stretching exercises for hands. When you are using the devices for a long time, take frequent breaks. A 5 minute break every hour helps.

When leg pain occurs after strenuous physical activity, you can simply apply cold compresses. This will help reduce the pain by numbing the affected area and control swelling and inflammation. 1. Wrap a few ice cubes (or a bag of frozen peas) in a thin towel. 2. Apply this pack on the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, while keeping the leg (s) elevated. 3. Do this a few times a day. Note: do not apply ice directly on the skin, as it may cause frostbite.
