I am suffering from hairfall, may I know that my hair is falling due to masturbation daily twice or some other reason? Is that good for health to masturbate daily twice?

Acne Breakout - 5 Homeopathic Remedies at Your Rescue

Acne (characterized by the clogging of hair follicles because of the excess oil and the dead skin cells) is one of the most common skin conditions, especially among women and it can bring about a lot of social anxiety as well as self esteem issues in people who suffer from it acutely. Acne may be caused by a host of factors such as lifestyle issues, diet, hormonal problems and heredity. To tackle these issues, homeopathy has some really effective medications which can be used to treat it holistically rather than just on the surface of the skin.

Let’s have a look at these medications.

1. Pulsatilla: A commonly used homeopathic medication, Pulsatilla is a very versatile medication that is used to treat many ailments. It is very effective on young girls who have just hit puberty and are suffering from acne breakouts. Pulsatilla is very effective in treating acne triggered by irregular and infrequent periods. Many girls who complained of acne breakouts just before the start of menstrual flow stated that they were greatly benefitted by the use of Pulsatilla.

2. Dulcamara: Many women and even some men complain about acne breakouts especially during season change. This happens when the hotter season changes in to the colder season or even the other way around. Dulcamara is a great medication to handle these break-outs during the change of seasons.

3. Silica: This is a medication made from sand or silica and is very effective in treating cases of pus within the acne. Silica is very effective in countering acne caused due to irregularities in the immune system. This medication is effective if the person is of a thin and slim build and is quite sensitive to cold air or water.

4. Natrum Muriaticum: If your acne is caused by hormonal discrepancies caused by conditions such as PCOD (enlarged ovaries marked by the formation of tiny cysts), or other reproductive organ disturbances, then Natrum Muriaticum is the best medication to treat your acne. This is also very effective in treating acne in both young boys and girls who are suffering due to hormonal changes within the body. It can also help curb excessive oil secretion on your skin to control acne.

5. Calcaria Sulphuricum: Sulphur related medications are another common treatment option for acne, although they have to be mixed and matched with other ingredients to properly target the causes. Sulphur also has great effectiveness on acne with pus formation. Ideal patients who should be administered Calcaria Sulphuricum may exhibit intolerance towards heat and would generally like to be in the cold. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a homeopathy and ask a free question.

Trim off damaged and split ends frequently, as they obstruct the hair growth process and make the edges of your hair strands weak.

Hello, there can be many reasons behind it like *physical or emotional stress, inadequate protein intake, genetics, anemia, aging, hormonal changes, prolonged illness, deficiency of vitamin b6 and folic acid, thyroid diseases. Take homoeopathic medicine jobarandi q (10 drops in little water) twice a day for 15 days and update. Apply jobarandi hair oil. Follow the tips *make a habit of 8-10 glasses of water daily. *eat healthy and balanced food like pulses, green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and nuts etc. *eggs as it is loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amount. *add more vitamin rich food to your diet. *avoid stress and anger. *cut down the use of hair spray, hair gel. *take a sound sleep. *avoid too much exposure of your hair to sunlight. *avoid hot hair styling tools, as they damage hair and cause split ends. *it is best not to comb the hair while it is wet as this leads to breakage.

I am having pimples since 9th grade and I am now in third year engineering. Still I have the problem. What is the reason behind it. Does it depend on my diet or it is just a temporary problem. Is it because of oily skin. If you could suggest any cream or particular face wash. That would be a lot helpful.

MD - Alternate Medicine, BHMS
Homeopath, Surat
Hello, it happens due hormonal imbalance. You need to take homoeopathic pituitarinum 200 1 dose now, 2nd dose after 3 days and 3rd dose next after 3 days. This will start giving you result within 2 weeks. And use aloe vera face wash for it. It is mild and effective for skin as well as acts as nutrients for skin.

Apply this on hair to prevent hair fall. * Boil some leaves of henna with mustard oil. Massage of this oil is very effective to treat hair loss. * Mix honey with few drops of kanta karika juice and apply this mixture on your scalp. * Boil fenugreek seeds with olive oil, fill it in a bottle. Massage your hair with this oil to reduce the hair loss. * Mix 1 tablespoon of cumin to 1/2 a cup of olive oil and rub into the scalp, leave for half an hour and wash off. * Eat amla daily, it helps in preventing hair fall. * Massage your scalp with Aloe Vera gel or coconut oil, three times a week. * Boil neem leaves in water. I am planning to get PRP for hair to control my hair fall. Does PRP has any side effects?

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
Since PRP uses your own blood, you should not have a reaction to it. Studies have noted that PRP has been found to have a positive effect on male and female pattern hair loss without major adverse side effects. You may experience minimal pain, pinpoint bleeding, and redness when the injections are being delivered.

Corns and painful callosity are usually advised to get it cut of, but they tend to reappears. Therefore most important way of managing them is applying corn cap wearing soft and comfortable footwear, and homoeopathy has got a very good medicine which has got ability to cure the existing corns but also it can cure it's tendency as well.
