It should be excessive exertion to the joint and muscle. You should reduce the practice time for sometime and do the knee, hip and ankle strengthening exercises. And take calcium tablet for 1 to 2 month.

Spleen swelling be blood disorder and you need to check up blood CBC and pbs and marrow test also may be needed . For sleep you can take a sleep pill for a week

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles. If still you dont get relief consult physiotherapist as there are various causes for leg/ joint pain and some test may be required for further investigation. Best wishes.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. Your knee pain could be due to certain reasons but common ones are chondromalacia, pain due to knee instability, inflammation etc. If there is no history of any injury, and no s/s of inflammation or infection like swelling, skin redness or local warmth on touching, then I will like to advise you for conservative management initially in form of: - intensive physical therapy with focus on strengthening of quadriceps and stretching of other group of muscles - gentle anti inflammatory medications like tab etoshine or tab paracetamol for 5-7 days usually helps in such cases - adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation as per requirement - ice packs at home for 3-4 times in a day and see how it goes for around 2 weeks time. If your condition does not improve, then we will have to get certain investigations done. Also there are no foods as such which may help to give pain relief although I would suggest calcium rich foods for you to keep bone metabolism healthy.

Hand exercise dear u can do it easly…………1,,,,Pinch Strengthener This exercise helps strengthen the muscles of your fingers and thumb. It can help you turn keys, open food packages, and use the gas pump more easily. • Pinch a soft foam ball or some putty between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. • Hold for 30 to 60 seconds. • Repeat 10 to 15 times on both hands. Do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Don't do this exercise if your thumb joint is damage Finger Lift Use this exercise to help increase the range of motion and flexibility in your fingers. • Place your hand flat, palm down, on a table or other surface. • Gently lift one finger at a time off of the table and then lower it. • You can also lift all your fingers and thumb at once, and then lower. • Repeat eight to 12 times on each han Thumb Extension Strengthening the muscles of your thumbs can help you grab and lift heavy things like cans and bottles. • Put your hand flat on a table. Wrap a rubber band around your hand at the base of your finger joints. • Gently move your thumb away from your fingers as far as you can. • Hold for 30 to 60 seconds and release. • Repeat 10 to 15 times with both hands. You can do this exercise two to three times a week, but rest your hands for 48 hours in between sessions. Thumb Touch This exercise helps increase the range of motion in your thumbs, which helps with activities like picking up your toothbrush, fork and spoon, and pens when you write. • Hold your hand out in front of you, with your wrist straight. • Gently touch your thumb to each of your four fingertips, one at a time, making the shape of an "O." • Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds. 1) do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min. Afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min. 2) start natural calcium supplement. 3) do regular stretching exercise 4) in yoga do bhujangasan, halasan & suryanamaskar.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Hello, your pain and burning like sensation is an altered sensation called as paraesthesia which generally is due to problem in the neck vertebra and it's compromised nerve supply. This is caused to faulty neck posture, forward neck, prolonged wrist and finger overuse which over stresses the structure and it's underlying components like muscles, ligament, tendons etc. Your burning sensation in thumb could be due to biomechanical misalignment in the c5-c6 vertebra median nerve. Get a xray done for your cervical spine ap view and lateral (not a stress xray view). This will help to decipher the problem accurately along with needed further examination. In the mean time avoid stress, correct your posture. You can try median nerve flossing exercise as many times possible in a day until your symptoms subside significantly. Remember this is a temporary solution. In order to get it fixed, you must visit a skilled orthopedic manual therapist. You may need supplement to keep your joints and nervous system healthy. Take, boswellia serrata (shallaki) 350 mg twice daily after meal for three months. Hope this helps. Thanks.

If you are done with your self treatment, then it's time for some actual treatment. But before that, you should provide details about the pain. How did the pain start. Since how many days do you have this problem? What is your occupation. When do you feel maximum pain and how does it get relieved. Back pain due to continuous sitting is because of muscle weakness. You need to strengthen your back muscles. Posture modification is required. Some medicines will help.

Looking to your height your weight is more. For your height you can have maximum of 64 kg weight. So for a permanent solution you should reduce your weight by 14 kg. For that you can join a gym nd have some dieting. In gym you can also do some exercise which wil strength your quadriceps muscles. Which wil help to reduce youe knee pain. In addition you should take care few things. Do not use stairs as far as possible. Do not bend your knee more than 90 degree. For that stop using indian toilet. Start using western toilet. Do not sit on the floor for lunch, dinner or breakfast. Use dinning table for all this. In addition you need to take a medicine to regenerate your damaged cartilage.
