Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Rest First, you should rest your back. This doesn’t mean weeks of bed rest. Resting your back for about 48 hours after an injury or after the first time you notice significant pain. After that, you can slowly increase your activity level. Getting up and moving as soon as spasms and sharp pains subside can help ease pain and stiffness. Ice order Heat Applying ice or heat directly to the area of low back pain can help to decrease swelling and inflammation, and ease your discomfort. Studies have found that heat may be more beneficial than ice, but both been shown to alleviate low back pain. Once the pain subsides consult your physiotherapists for a exercise routine to strengrhen your back and core muscles.

How to work in the house?

Housewives are the commonest victims of low backache. This is because of their working conditions. A standing kitchen is always better than the one where one has to squat on the floor to cook or clean the utensils. The washing machine for clothes should be adjusted to such a height that there is no strain on the back of the operator. Similarly, ironing of clothes should be done in standing position to avoid strain on the back.

Avoid protein diets, avoid more milk products. bad habits , fast food/fat/oily,salty foods. Coffee, smoking, alcohol intake. Non-veg., take whole grain,oats,green veg.,plenty of water in day time, 1 glass of water at night before bed. Take tab. Zyloric 100 mg once a day. Tab. Ulracet sos for pain in joints.

Use modified footwear and avoid load bearing on the same. Ultrasonic therapy helps a lot. For sudden onset go for analgesics. Later on do stretching exercises.

Nurokind is form of vitamin b12 which is prescribed in many conditions. What are the tests you have undergone for this problem. Have you taken the full mouth xray (opg) or may be ct scan (cbct) for this. You can continue tablet for one more week and if symptoms doesn't improve do all the test necessary for diagnosis.

Hello, Is there any history of injury or hurt to the area? Any underlying medical condition? Medication: Meantime, take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. And wrap crepe bandage over it. Get back to me thereafter.

Kindly show me digital x rays of affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days bio d3 max 1tab od x10 do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Is the gout problem 100% cure from ayurveda, and kindly if there any home, that's I can prepare my self. Thank you.

Hello doctor; I have done with acl surgery of right knee on 15 october. I do regular exercise 3-4 times. I do walk with the help of knee brace. So can I walk now without brace. I tried somr time. Hello. You can walk without brace if you are comfortable with it. You can also sit on a two wheeler. Continue physiotherapy and it should be fine.

Stop gym. For few days. Investigations advised - hb, tlc, dlc, esr, sugar f & pp, uric acid, vit d3 urine r/e x ray of the affected part. Anyway you may try- sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick mattress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomentation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, inform

Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana -- lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
