If scars are not very deep they can go by exfoliating and cleansing herbs and some other procedures. May test your patience since efforts are needed for simple and safe but correct applications of herbs and ayurveda. Skin nature and history may be briefed and any other home remedies or herbs to avoid repetition or if tried earlier too, correct procedures will be indicated.

This may be due to low immunity caused by chronic infection, disease or depression. Ask your father for proper investigation including blood sugar, cbc, esr, urine examination. If your father is having any complaints or discomfort, let me know about it. It would help in proper diagnosis. Give them good immunoboosters.

And a please suggest me a morning meal.
A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk.

Drink boiled water. Take 2 tab or 1/2 teaspoon power of hingvastaka with luke warm water. If not subside consult nearer doctor for further investigation.

Burning pain in the right side of the abdomen can indicate several conditions that include appendicitis, kidney infections, pneumonia or hepatitis. You should consult a doctor for it. You feel hungry after taking food. This may be due to that you eat too fast. You are consuming low quantity of fibre and protein.Don't skip breakfast.You may have tapeworm infection. / thyroid/ stomach related diseases.Take triphla after meals.

It appears that you have t2 diabetes, which needs regular treatment. From your info it is not clear if you are taking any treatment now. Your bmi is 29.29kgs /m2 which means your excessively overweight. Increased weight also increases blood sugar level as fat in the body opposes insulin action (insulin resistance). If you are not on antidiabetic treatment then please start taking anti diabetic drugs immediately. Apart from treatment you also have to work towards reducing the weight. Your ideal body weight should be 54 kgs. Which means you have 21 kgs extra. Please take all necessary action right away.

Hello, Use Bakson Sunny Herbal Lip balm . Home Remedy:- 1. take a pinch of haldi powder and one tsp of lemon juice in a bowl, mix it well and apply on to ur lips and wash it after 10 minutes. 2. crush fresh rose petals, mix it with little amount of glycerine and milk cream, now apply on to your lips.use this thrice a day. 3. I had a cesarean delivery this month. Pre pregnancy, I was allergic to some food, dust and paracetamol and I was taking DYNOLAP and ALLEGRA180 tablets. But during course of my pregnancies, all of these allergies were completely gone probably due to hormonal change as understood. But suddenly after 21 days post delivery, it looks like all these allergies were back. Kindly advise if the above medication is well suited and will there be any adverse effects on breastfeeding and to the infant.

hi Deblina, all these medications are safe in pregnancy. don't worry. but still try to avoid medicine and try some home remedies until symptoms are too sever and you have to take medicines.

For proper growth of beard apply these very useful methods: • Do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA yogasana daily. You can ask me for the details & steps of these asanas. • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day. • Do running and jogging daily as it increase the hormones levels. • Do neck massage with oil daily in upward direction.

1. Quitting smoking
Smoking causes the development of a condition known as vasoconstriction (which is a contraction of the blood vessels that brings about a decrease in blood flow), not to mention damage to the veins and arteries. The small veins in the penis are typically more prone to this kind of damage. The only way you can prevent this kind of damage from happening is by kicking this habit. As a consequence, you experience an increase in your sex drive as well as an improvement in your sex life.


2. Exercising regularly

My fat is increasing and I do exercise everyday but they are not working to lose weight.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

You have to continue with medicine meanwhile do regular aerobics, yoga, pranayama and physiotherapy exercise which can maintain your blood pressure at normal range. Daily walk for atleast minimum of 2km.
