Summer heat & humidity cause lot of fluid & electrolytes from our body leaving us dehydrated, tired & weak. It is thus necessary to keep ourselves well hydrated to keep or body cool. 3 litres water daily is a must in summer season. Other fluids like coconut water, buttermilk, lassi, lemonade, fresh fruit juice, cold soups, vegetable juice should also be included. Vegetables & fruits with high water content should be consumed in higher amounts- ex: cucumber, watermelon. Avoid fried & spicy foods as these further generate more heat & are very difficult to digest.

- It is usually found that the occurance of dental caries and gum diseases are more common in diabetic patients.
- Studies shows that untreated dental problems mixed with diabetes can cause damage body organs.

Diabetic dental care:
 - Brush twice daily, if possible brush after each meal.
 - Do dental checkups every 6 months.
 - Do not let calculus, tartar deposit on your tooth, if needed get it cleaned immediately.
 - Use teeth and gum care medicine as prescribed by doctor.

Before undergoing any dental treatment procedures, inform the doctor if you are diabetic.

first of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.shankha vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 6.abhayarshta 2 tsp before lunch and dinner

Gaining weight is as difficult as losing it, if you are naturally thin. Skinny people complain that they can't put on any weight. If you want to build up weight, don't just eat high-calorie junk foods and rely on unnecessary supplements. Choose foods that are energy-dense and nutrient-dense whenever possible. Following are some tips to follow to increase your weight. You will take some time to gain the weight you need, but be patient. 1. If you have a rapid metabolism, then you must increase your daily intake of healthy foods (increase your intake of carbohydrates) to compensate for the rate at which you burn energy. Eat six smaller meals a day you should also eat more energy dense foods like healthy oils, dry fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. Along with some starchy foods like potatoes, cereals, bread, pasta, rice, etc. 2. Consume more calories than you burn. Choose healthy calorie-dense food to add calories. Drink healthy beverages to add calories. Mangoes are rich in calories and carbohydrates, include them in your diet. 3. Eat healthy food frequently, 5-6 times a day - 3 larger meals and 3 smaller meals alternately. Separate them by at least 3 hours so you can digest each meal fully. Don't go without food for 5-6 hours after having a major meal. For example, if you wish to consume 3000 calories a day, you may eat 3 larger meals of about 650 calories and 3 smaller meals of about 450 calories. 4. Have a balanced diet. 5. Exercise regularly for putting on weight. Some thin people think that exercise is not good for them. This is not true, it keeps the metabolism high. Remember that eating alone is not sufficient. You don't want to gain fat but lean mass, so exercise is important. Resistance training exercises will help to increase your muscle mass, which in turn will increase metabolism. Learn to distinguish between weight gaining exercises and weight loss exercises. Note that if you do not get enough amino acids during exercise, the existing muscle may break down. Amino acids come from protein foods so you should eat such foods after exercise. Keep in mind that excessive exercise without putting back the energy you have used will not help you to put on weight.

Pain could be due to many reasons, if pain is from long duration then you need to get a CT head done, if its from short period of time then would like to advice you to start Tab. Dolo 650 mg sos.

Take healthy balanced diet including whole grains, green leafy vegetables, fruits and nuts. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily. Take a sound sleep of 8 hours minimum. Apply bakson's under eye cream on the dark circles. Apply Ramdev's aloe vera gel on the whole face at night. Home remedy:-- to remove sun tan Orange and Curd Face Pack: Orange and curd mixture works well on dark damaged tanned skin. Orange has skin lightening properties and works well as a face mask. Curd works as the cleansing component on the skin and gives brightening glow to the skin. Mix dry orange peels with curd and make a fine paste. Gently apply this pack on your face and wash it with chilled rose water after 10-15 minutes. It makes your skin look fairer naturally.

Hi, I would recommend following medicine for you. 1) Bakson's Hair Aid. Adult dosage: Internal prep: 10 -12 drops in half tablespoon of lukewarm water twice daily. External prep: 40 to 45 drops mixed with oil on alternate day. 2) SBL Jaborandi oil. 3) Bakson's Arnica Shampoo. I would also like to know the symptoms in more details: 1) what kind of scalp skin do you have dry scalp/oily scalp? 2) Whether you have itchy scalp? 3) How much do you sweat especially on your scalp. Kindly observe your symptoms and let me know. I hope I have answered your query satisfactorily.

Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance.

Engage yourself fully in studies, hobbies, social work, creative activities and games to have a balanced life. You have to restore the mental balance, get rid of the stress and produce some endorphins by vigorous physical exercise like jogging and gym. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this, which acts internally without adverse effects. The medicines will improve health and prevent the tendency. Take nux vomica 200 once daily in the evening for 7 days and give feedback.

Well bedwetting also known as nocturnal enuresis is not uncommon in childhood due to immaturity of full urinary bladder which fails to send signal to brain to awaken the child. Most cases have genetic predisposition (familial tendency). Invariably the condition remits once the child grows up. It is uncommon to persist in adolescent age group. What to do then? it is first desirable to rule out any structural or functional anamoly of urinary tract. Once ruled out then following measures help a lot. 1 toilet training: to hold urine during day time to strengthen/enhance bladder capacity 2 to void urine 2 hours prior to sleep 3 no water/liquid intake within 2 hours of sleep. 4 role of drugs like imipramine is limited. There is relapse once medicine is stopped 5 wet bed alarm bell has been found to be very effective as with single drop of urine passed during sleep shall alarm the bell and person shall go the toilet for completion voiding 6 I have found with mentat syrup very encouraging results. 7 the family support is required! 8 there is nothing to be disappointed. You shall overcome this problem slowly but surely

Get blood sugar done, both fasting and pp, the lab will guide you, she is at an age when either she has had menopause or passing through a phase called perimenopausal time, from 40+ --50. Tell me about it and I would like her to have an ultrasound entire abdomen too, this is a general advice to all women at 40+ (or may be 35+) medication will be suggested after review of basic tests, till then give her a good multi vitamin tablet per day and healthy diet that is low in salt, sugar, maida, white bread.

1) if you have high grade fever than do sponging with wet cotton cloth on head and chest. 2) take very light diet like mung pani, rice water, rice with ginger, mungdaal khichadi etc 3) drink 1/2 part reduced boiled water although have same trouble than you consult me or any other ayurvedic physician.
