Try this home remedy: 1.Make sure that you have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it in with a cup of warm water. 2.Place the solution that you have created on the affected area and wash it thoroughly. Do not wipe the area and let it dry on its own. 3.Do this about 2 – 3 times a day every day. It will help get rid of the jock itch in no time.

*Take protein rich food seeds, pulses, nuts, Also fruits, vegetables, greens and reduce Carbs/ cereals. *Green tea is also good. *Take lemon juice and honey in warm water in the early morning, empty stomach. *Avoid sweets, cakes, creams, fried foods, processed food and junk food. * Maintain food timings * Don’t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks sweetish juices, etc. And maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and keep hydrated. Avoid sugary soft drinks * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Even with desk job, you can spend morning and evening time for work out *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Though in case of young men the problem of dysfunction and intimate arousal is not so common, men aged over 40 take longer time to feel aroused, which can be really problematic at times. There are many factors that contribute to erectile dysfunction, including poor lifestyle, medications and untreated physical complications. Many men battle to understand when and why they are facing these sexual hazards, but it is an ailment that requires medical aid. However, you can also reduce them with a few lifestyle changes.

  1. Lower down pornographic use: If you are masturbating to an immensely stimulating porn video on a daily basis, it may become difficult for you to get aroused when you are actually with your partner. This practice is quite stimulating and may often create difficulties in making you sexually aroused to the required level. You can try to masturbate without any technical assistance as it wouldn’t be as stimulating as harming your sexual health. Trying these for 10 days would help in improving your erection quality.
  2. Get enough stimulation: Many men opt to kiss for a minute and then jump on to having an intercourse. Though this works at a young age, men require more stimulation as they age. You should aim to engage in some kind of foreplay with your partner as it is a great way of getting enough arousal required for an enjoyable sex. So instead of hurrying up thinking you will lose your erection, enjoy the act of sex without concentrating on erection and your erection will stay on its own.
  3. Communicate with your partner: It is very crucial to communicate with your partner about what do you enjoy most while having sex. Most men do not tell their partners about what turns them on. When you are not aroused by the normal bedroom practices, it is definite that you have erectile dysfunction. When you talk to your partner about ways of having sex, trying new positions and other intimate matters as it will help in strengthening the bond between you and your partner and you can relax and enjoy the act of sex together.

If you are able to maintain your erection at about 75% of the time, then your erectile dysfunction is based on situational issues and not on biological problems. Hello, Kindly explain me what type of Menstrual problem is there - is she getting periods frequently/ getting delayed/ much bleeding during the menses? Since how long she has been suffering from this problem? Any associated symptoms or complaints? Any other medical condition? Has she got her investigations done (if yes, share the reports with me)? Answer all these questions for proper diagnosis and proper treatment. Menstrual periods are often irregular during the first few years after menstruation starts. It may take several years for the hormones that control menstruation to reach a balance. Menopause or peri-menopause is the phase when a female again faces irregular menses. Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If you might be pregnant, treat yourself as if you are pregnant until you know for sure. Use a home pregnancy test as the first step to finding out whether you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, other causes of missed or irregular periods include: Excessive weight loss or gain. Although low body weight is a common cause of missed or irregular periods, obesity also can cause menstrual problems. Eating disorders, such as anorexia or bulimia. For more information, see the topic Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa. Increased exercise. Missed periods are common in endurance athletes. Emotional stress. Illness. Travel. Problems with the pelvic organs , such as imperforate hymen, polycystic ovary syndrome, or Asherman's syndrome. Breast-feeding. Many women do not resume regular periods until they have completed breast-feeding. Other diseases such as irritable bowel syndrome, tuberculosis, liver disease, and diabetes can cause missed or irregular periods, although this is rare. Any nutritional deficiency can also lead to Menstrual problem/ irregularity. Take more of green vegetables, nuts, salads, seasonal fruits, yellow coloured veggies, milk & milk products, plenty of water and enough of sleep & rest. Take homoeopathic medication – Schwabe's Five Phos. And Alfaalfa Tonic – both thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back..take care.

Hello Ayaaz, The lump may be a lymph node which appears when u have cough and cold. Good that u have started antibiotics with your doctor's consultation. usually this lymph node remains or reduces on its own. But consult your doctor if u find it uneasy or something abnormal in it. Thanks

Hi for reduced weight you should work out as per you consume calories and it will take time just continue work out. Take following remedies for loosing weight 1. Arogya vardhini vati 2 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Abhayarishta 4 tsp before lunch nad dinner 3. Morning break fast=mung dal green soup 1 boul and if feel hunger have pomegranate or apple 4. Lunch 2 chaati + fruit vegetable + if you like rice 1 bowl and dal + barley soup 5. Evening 4-5 pm have some milk with sunth or any fruit you like 6. Dinner barley soup 2 bowl and one fruit follow this diet you will get reduced weight.

For fair skin: • Applying a mixture of cucumber and papaya with one teaspoon of each and with three teaspoon of oatmeal apply it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse off with water twice a week. • Apply one teaspoon Besan with one teaspoon of curd and a pinch of haldi (turmeric) mix it with water then apply for 15 minutes then rinse off it with water Once a week.. • Apply one teaspoon orange juice or take a piece of orange open it then apply that area for 5 minutes then rinse off it once a week. • Eat More fruits daily. • Mash half banana mix it with 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and half teaspoon of sandalwood powder mix it well and make smooth paste apply it for 10 minutes then rinse off with water. • Save yourself from sunlight by covering your face with cloth or by using sunscreen lotion.
