Yes you can go for strength training but be careful not to lift weights above shoulder levels while in sitting or standing position-----------------

During pregnancy, I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products also. Avoid garlic and red chilly at home and avoid non veg and eggs always. You can have sex during pregnancy if the pregnancy is normal and there are no complications in pregnancy.

yes, losing weight will surely help in snoring dear. avoid sweet food and white flour in your meals and start going for regular exercise like running/jogging or cycling at least 45 min per day for 5 days a week.

1.Apply a fresh paste of cold cucumber juice with 2 tsf of lemon juice and wash off after 10 minutes 2. You can also combine 2 tsf of aloevera gel with few drops of rose water. Freeze it for 10 minutes and apply it on tanned skin 3. You can also apply fresh lemon juice in affected area and dry it before washing it with water 2-3 times a week 4.Avoid exposure to bright sun light 5.Apply sun screen with SPF more than 45 while going out door 6.Consult skin specialist for further advice.

Acne can be aggravated by Cosmetic agents ,hair oil, Medications like steroids, lithium, some antiepileptics, and iodides,endocrine disorders , Helmets, excessive sunlight , diet like chocolates , milk and milk products, high carbohydrate food, and junk food. Other factors like stress and teenage have also to be considered. So all these have to be avoided. Whenever you get a lesion you can apply clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide combination like clindoxyl once or twice a day. But it is better if you consult your doctor before starting the treatment.

Thyroid disorder can cause weight gain. Take proper dosage of medicine to correct the same. As for the depression and anxiety is concerned, confirm the same with detailed psychometric analysis and if required take medicines /psychotherapy. Do regular exercise/walk and download a walking app for daily targets. Avoid all fried and high calorie food. Avoid soybeans and cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli.

Hi Soak 10 almonds over night in water. On the next day, peel off the skin, and blend the almonds in a blender with 1 cup of cow hot milk (or crush them in hot cow milk) and add a little bit of saffron, ginger and cardamon to it. Parenting in the recent past has become extremely stressful than what it used to be a couple of generations earlier. This stress has increased manifold if the child has special needs. Be it a physical or an emotional disability, the caretaker has a lot of additional responsibilities when raising a child with special needs. Also bringing up such a child is extremely rewarding in the long run, when you see them accomplish things in life, for which your contribution is far greater than in normal children.

Read on to for some guidance on how to manage a child with special need.

  1. Understand the problem your child is facing: The problem may become evident prenatally, at birth, or sometimes it will reveal itself as the child grows up. Whatever the case, once identified, understand the various issues it brings along. This is true especially in case of syndromes like Down's or learning disabilities, which have more implications. Review the medical history thoroughly with the doctor to understand the child better and play your role better.
  2. Supportive community: There are a lot of supportive communities, which will consist of similar people and so a lot of mutual support and help would be available. The emotional components of empathy and sympathy play an equally important role here.
  3. Let’s face it: Caring for such a child is an ongoing process. The sooner this fact is accepted, the easier the journey will be. The children need to be reassured that they are not alone, they are differently perfect, they need to forgive themselves, to not be hard on themselves, and not to lose heart. The parent and the caretakers also need to realize that it is like a never-ending marathon and bracing up for this long haul is very important. There might be times when mistakes happen, tough decisions are taken, and you have to be hard on the child and yourself. However, don’t lose heart and encourage both the child and yourself. It is okay for these slips to happen, just accept them.
  4. Live for today: On a daily basis, forgive small wrongs both for your child and yourself. Trust your instincts, celebrate the little wins, don’t compare your child to anybody else, and protect him from getting bullied. The child needs to be told that you are unique and special and to set your own pace and compete against yourself. Work on your sense of humor and get professional help for both the child’s needs and your additional responsibilities.

While the stress of caring for a child with special needs is quite high, these are very small and simple ways to deal with the stress of raising a child with special needs. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a general physician.

Dear lybrate user, you need to take homoeopathic carbo veg 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach. You can also try homoeopathic liver tonic liv-t (sbl company). Take 20 ml of the aforesaid liver tonic, thrice daily, after meals. Try to drink as much water as you can drink daily. Try to get an uninterrupted sleep of minimum 8 hours.
