This might be due to lack of blood circulation in the hands and we suggest to do contrast bath therapy ie. Immersing in cold/hot water in the interval of 3-5 minutes which will help you reduce the pain.

Do some lower limb exercise. Take proper food regularly. Change your posture regularly from sitting to standing and standing to sitting. Do spinal exercise regularly. Do lower limb strengthening exercise regularly.

Main reason for hair & skin problem is improper diet, insufficient sleep, less water intake, maybe pollution. You start taking proper meal with different sabji, daily 1 fruit, milk, some ddry fruits, dates, green leafy Vegetables, eggs etc Drink more water daily till your urine color changes from yellow to pale yellow. Water keeps your skin hydrated & glowing. Sleep on time & sleep for minimum 7-8 hours daily. Do some pranayam, yoga daily it will definitely give you results for your skin.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. Normally these two symptoms are no connected with each other as headache is a separate entity in itself, and if you have regular headaches, then it is wise to get yourself evaluated by a neurophysician. For your localized shoulder pain, you can start with gentle anti inflammatory medication which suits you, physical therapy with modalities initially till your pain is there, and then maybe you can switch to strengthening exercises, take adequate calcium and vitamin d supplementation, give rest to your affected shoulder for few days. Some random points on my body are paining. It's sometimes my wrist, my shoulder, my fingers, my leg, the area under my eye (the bone), upper arm. It's happening at random intervals. The pain doesn't stay for long. It's there for a couple of seconds or minutes. I'm honestly very scared. Any help?

Hello doctor in my left shoulder I have hurt I went to physio and massage therapy and chiropractor multiple times but it isn’t helping they think it’s something to do with the nerve and when someone touches it or hits my back shoulder I lose feeling for about five to ten minutes and it really hurts I’m starting to lose feeling in my left arm and am getting random pains in the arm.

Dear lybrate-user, it would require a detailed history and proper assessment to comment anything. It could be anything from TOS to soft tissue injury to nerve impingement. I advise you to see an Orthopedician.

I am a 49 years medium built married male with one kid of 16 yers. I have been suffering from Hypo thyroid (TSH 12.9. Tiglyceride-230, Cholesterol-232 and a entry level diabetic (114 mg/dl fasting, I feel depressed, mood swing, irritable personality, little or no friends, drowsy at office yet sleep disorder at night. I had a history of bleeding from rectum with swollen anus but after taking sizbath and after avoiding redmeat and wine I dont bleed at present. I dont smoke at present for past 2 years. I am on homeopathy treatment under a famous homeopath but I am not getting the desired result as expected. My hairs are getting thin day by day. I am using Loreal hair colour for my grey hair for couple of years which may be a cause of hairloss. Is there any treatment to lower down my TSH, Tiglyceride and Cholesterol? pls suggest. Avoid stress. Some Relax during work. Drink more water, high-carbohydrate foods such as potatoes, rice, pasta and bread. You can take Nutrient-rich foods that improve your health may also benefit your thyroid gland, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables more plenty of water: Blueberries, tomatoes, bell peppers, and other foods rich in antioxidants can improve overall health and benefit the thyroid gland. Eating foods high in B vitamins, like whole grains, may also help. Selenium: Tiny amounts of selenium are needed for enzymes that make thyroid hormones to work properly. Eating selenium-rich foods, such as sunflower seeds or Brazil nuts, can be beneficial. Tyrosine: This amino acid is used by the thyroid gland to produce T3 and T4. Taking a supplement may help, avoid oily foods,junk foods, go for walk. Tests every 3 to 6 months.

Take healthy diet( add green tea and aloe vera juice). Stop taking morning tea. Don't smoke and alcohol. Sleep for 8 hours minimum. You can start calcium and methylcobalamin supplement with Omega 3 for 3 months
