Increasing Penis Size

Increasing Penis Size

I want to increase my penis size

If you want to improve your penis effectively, you should practice exercises every day. When you do physical exercise, your body will be in good shape, your self-esteem is also improved. Whenever you feel good, you will feel more satisfied with sex, and you will increase penis size accordingly. I will share with you several effective penis exercises as following:

1. Wally wally up

To start this exercise, you will retrieve the erect phase by sitting on a chair edge. Hence, hold a towel over the penis head, increase the penis head, and hold it for three or five seconds. You should do three or five sets with five to ten reps. If you feel stronger, you can rise up the resistance by wet towel, or by a larger towel over the penis head. Before you start an exercise, you can warm up by using a warm cloth with warm water and squeeze it correctly.

Does size truly matter? what is the size of a big penis and do most guys have big penises? these are some questions that run through most men's minds. For men, a big penis is an ego boost and increases confidence in satisfying their partner. Read on to find out the ideal size of a big penis....

how to measure penis?

For an erect penis, the measurement is from the base of the shaft to the tip of the penis. As for a flaccid penis, measure it soon after undressing, because the uneven temperature can distort your measurement.

don't judge based on flaccid penis:

Never correspond the length of the flaccid penis to the length of the erect penis, because at times the small flaccid penis can grow much longer and vice versa.

penis size depends on:

Your penis size depends on arousal level, time of day, room temperature, the frequency of sexual activity, and reliability of measurement.

penis size:

The documented average size of an erect penis can go up to 6 inches while a flaccid penis can range from 3.5 to 3.9 inches. If an erect penis is less than 3 inches it is medically known as a micropenis.

sexual experience:

Instead of measuring your penis, find the g-spot and toy with your partner's erogenous spots. Sufficient foreplay and arousal are key to the female orgasm.

Low blood pressure can be caused by low blood volume, hormonal changes, widening of blood vessels, medicine side effects, anemia, heart problems or endocrine problems. Management: Meditation, yoga, or other mental-physiological disciplines may reduce hypotensive effects. Taking enough of sleep and rest. Treatment: The treatment for hypotension depends on its cause. Chronic hypotension rarely exists as more than a symptom. Asymptomatic hypotension in healthy people usually does not require treatment. Adding electrolytes to a diet can relieve symptoms of mild hypotension. A morning dose of caffeine can also be effective. In mild cases, where the patient is still responsive, laying the person in dorsal decubitus (lying on the back) position and lifting the legs increases venous return, thus making more blood available to critical organs in the chest and head. Take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe’s Angioto and Alfalfa Tonic - both 3 times a day for 1 month. Revert.

. Hello, I am a 51-year-old male, I was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder in 2011. This is when I was nose-diving in life, by then I had seen a life which very few people have experienced that include globe-trotting, affiliation with power circles and pinnacle of luxury. I was highly successful in business and was blessed with money and full of joy. It all began in the year 2004 by losing money, assets, friends, relatives, business and contacts. I was descending faster than one can imagine. I was jobless and gradually I accepted that no one treats me the way as they used. I found it difficult to live without any source of income, I have had exhausted all my savings around 2006 and began to sell my properties which also included my home. I lived with the money which I gathered through sales of my assets. I could not sustain for long and then with great difficulty I found a job which too did not last more than 18 months. I had entered into the political system (to which I had access during my shiny patch) and had contested two major elections (parliamentary and legislative assembly) as nominee of one of the largest political parties in India and lost. The experience rendered an access to power coteries, even with which I could not continue beyond 6 years. After having exhausted all means, today I work as a sports facility manager at an isolated location as an administrator for a salary which is equivalent to my monthly phone bill 20 years ago. I am cut-off from all my contacts, relatives, friends except my immediate family. Some information which may be vital in your assessment: I have quit non-vegetarian diet 20 years ago, I am very concerned about animal welfare – especially the stray and uncared. I cannot tolerate loud music and noise. I do not watch television. I would like mention that in 2011 I did not take medication for Bipolar disorder. I had discontinued the same within 3 days as that made me sleepy for the whole day. I do not see any hope to recover as nothing seems to work in my favor, in any minutest way. Today I have nothing with me, home or any asset. The present work does not give me to save even a penny, I see no meaning to stick to it and have been considering the option to seek isolation in ashrams or spiritual centers in the hills. I am really clueless as to what I should be doing next. I would like to know whether the diagnosis was right and do I need medical help? If so, can I expect some changes and hope to live again? I will appreciate some advice and help. Thank you.

You certainly need medical help but along with counseling, which I think you have not resorted to at all till now. Under no circumstances are you to discontinue medication without consulting your doctor because bipolar medicines take time to work and there are always side-effects to contend with. Bipolar used to be only a late-onset disease in the past but now it seems to come up earlier. In that connection, you seem like one along with all the other symptoms you have described. You can use the manic phase to become successful if someone professional monitors you during that phase and helps you out of the dumps during the depressive phase. There is a long-term effort involved and perhaps a lot of expense. So you do have a problem financially and also psychologically. Whatever happens, you should never become dysfunctional: it will ruin you. If you do not trust the doctor’s diagnosis, you should seek a second opinion. It can be a crippling disease if not treated and if treated early the prognosis is good. So quickly visit a psychiatrist and seek his/her opinion and you must then follow the medication prescribed. Comply with all the medical prescriptions and work in tandem with a counselor for a long time and learn coping skills and techniques to handle the daily challenges you will face. There are certain adaptations that will suit you during the elation phase and there are certain behaviors that are required during the depressed phases. In the meantime, you can do certain things that will give you benefits anyway. Emotional therapy will alleviate a lot of the problems faced in this condition because it is a mood disorder. You need to particularly look at your levels of anger both for its reasonableness and to express it in an appropriate manner. I suspect that much of this anger may have origins in early childhood that you may never be aware of now. Talk to your parents and explore that angle. This information will help the counselor too. Also, you will need to check whether there is any genetic factor involved. You must exercise regularly, eat healthily and sleep normally too. If your motivation and cooperation is good much can be achieved. You must have a time-structured schedule filled with interesting and reasonable activities and it must be monitored for compliance and delivery. The reason I say this is that many times you will be inclined to have grandiose notions and confidently believe that you can do without the medication. This will set you back many months in the treatment and delay and sabotage the recovery: forewarned you are forearmed. If this combination of medication with therapy is maintained for at least three years without any episodes or breakdowns, it is possible to taper the medication in consonance with the doctor. Bipolar is characterized by two extreme poles i.e. Feeling very high (mania) and suddenly feeling very low (depression). You can ask the doctor for the symptoms he noticed in you for a personal understanding.

Dear sir/madam, I want some suggestion. Which vegitables or which type of food I should take to prevent the high production of uric acid. Because I had a very hard pain in my gouts due to excess of uric acid in my body.

MBBS, DGO (cal)
General Physician,
Very pertinent question. Please tell and educate your friends about gout and food. 1) please do not take any uricosuric medicines for gout during acute inflammatory stage. These medicines itself may flare up gout. Only nsaids to reduce inflammation. 2) diets and dos nad donts: although there are no foods that do not contain uric acid itself, people who are concerned with reducing the level of uric acid in their body should know which foods contain high levels of purine. A) take plenty of oral fluid at least 3 - 4 liters per day. It helps to wash away uric acid from your systems through kidney and prevents to form crystals and precipitate in synovial cavities of the joints. Urinary alkalinisation (making urine alkaline) - promotes uric acid solubility. B) avoid all animal proteins (particularly red meat) and stop taking any animal organs like liver, kidneys etc. Occasional (avoiding is good) small fishes and small amount of chicken is allowed. C) avoid all vegetable seed particularly - spinach, tomato, brinjal, pulses etc. Strain or separate it out before cooking. Though beans are also contains purine but less. Beans in moderate quantity and soybeans do not harm that much. D) avoid bread - many bread products have yeast, a main ingredient that has excessive quantities of purine. Yeast creates a hostile environment in the body by disrupting its acidity. You could develop kidney stones and bladder problems. Chapati is best alternative. E) avoid asparagus and mushrooms - because of high uric acid content. F) avoid high oxalate containing food - that facilitates formation of kidney stone in presence of uric acid. G) a higher level of consumption of dairy products is associated with a decreased risk. H) moderate intake of purine-rich vegetables or protein is not associated with an increased risk of gout. Remember - a raised blood urate (hyperuricaemia) with no symptoms does not mean a patient will inevitably develop gout. A medicine thiazide diuretic raises uric acid level, may not produce gout. If gout develops however then it is prudent to stop thiazide. Raised uric acid is associated with other factors such as hypertension, dehydration, hyperlipidaemia there is also a theoretical risk of hyperuricaemia with low carbohydrate diets, due to higher protein content. Hope this shall be helpful. Please let me know whether it has enriched you.

Sore Throat in Children

When should I call the doctor about my child’s sore throat? — Sore throat is a common problem in children. It usually gets better on its own. But sore throat can sometimes be serious.

Call your child’s doctor or nurse if your child has a sore throat and:

●Has a fever of at least 101°F or 38.4°C

●Doesn’t want to eat or drink anything

Call for an ambulance (in the US and Canada, dial 9-1-1) or take your child to the emergency room if your child:

●Has trouble breathing or swallowing

●Is drooling much more than usual

●Has a stiff or swollen neck

What causes sore throat? — Sore throat is usually caused by an infection. Two types of germs can cause the infection: viruses and bacteria. Children spread germs easily because they often touch each other, share toys, and put things in their mouths.

Children who have a sore throat caused by a virus do not usually need to see a doctor or nurse. Children who have a sore throat caused by bacteria might need to see a doctor or nurse. They might have a type of infection called strep throat

How can I tell if my child’s sore throat is caused by a virus or strep throat? — It is hard to tell the difference. But there are some clues to look for

People who have a sore throat caused by a virus usually have other symptoms, too. These can include:

●A runny nose

●A stuffed-up chest

●Itchy or red eyes

●Cough

●A raspy (hoarse) voice

●Pain in the roof of the mouth

People who have strep throat DO NOT usually have a cough, runny nose, or itchy or red eyes.

If you think your child might have strep throat, call your child’s doctor. He or she can do a test to check for the bacteria that cause strep throat.

Does my child need antibiotics? — If the sore throat is caused by a virus, your child DOES NOT need antibiotics. Unless your child has strep throat, antibiotics will NOT help.

What can I do to help my child feel better? — There are several ways to help relieve a sore throat:

●Soothing foods and drinks – Give your child things that are easy to swallow, like tea or soup, or popsicles to suck on. Your child might not feel like eating or drinking, but it’s important that he or she gets enough liquids. Offer different warm and cold drinks for your child to try.

●Medicines – Acetaminophen (sample brand name: Tylenol) or ibuprofen (sample brand names: Advil, Motrin) can help with throat pain. The correct dose depends on your child’s weight, so ask your child’s doctor how much to give.

Do not give aspirin or medicines that contain aspirin to children younger than 18 years. In children, aspirin can cause a serious problem called Reye syndrome. Do not give children throat sprays or cough drops, either. Throat sprays and cough drops are no better at relieving throat pain than hard candies. Plus, throat sprays can cause an allergic reaction.

●Other treatments – For children who are older than 3 to 4 years, sucking on hard candies or a lollipop might help. For children older than 6 to 8 years, gargling with salt water might help.

When can my child go back to school? — If your child’s sore throat is caused by a virus, he or she should be able to go back to school as soon as he or she feels better. If your child has a fever, he or she should stay home for at least 24 hours after the fever has gone away.

How can I keep my child from getting a sore throat again? — Wash your child’s hands often with soap and water. It is one of the best ways to prevent the spread of infection. You can use an alcohol rub instead, but make sure the hand rub gets everywhere on your child’s hands.

Try to teach your child about other ways to avoid spreading germs, such as not touching his or her face after being around a sick person.
