Sir I am suffering from breathing problem from last month and I have shown it in clinic test was given for allergies as per test results and x ray results all are well but only esinophil count increases to 570 per cell. Doc prescribe me the composition of montelucast and levocetizine 10 mg, fexofenadin 180 mg. already 10 days I have used that medication but till now I am suffering from the same. I have an irregular schedule. I am already very thin & skinny for my age. I just have a glass of milk in the morning with bournvita at around 6: 15. Then I go for classes at 7 & directly eat my tiffin at 12. Once again when I come home at 4 or 5 I have lunch sometimes only. moreover I again go for classes at 7 in the evening without eating anything. I have an improper schedule & don't feel hungry most of the times. I then come home at 9 & have dinner sometimes when hungry. Due to this timetable I feel weak & have become more think lacking a lot of energy & unable to concentrate for my 12th boards. please help.
Some basic components for good sleep
1. Regular physical exercise (preferably not in evening's)
2. Minimise daytime napping
3. Avoid fluid intake or heavy meals just before going to bed
4. Avoid caffeine intake (tea, coffee, cola drinks) before sleeping hours.
5. Avoid regular use of alcohol (especially avoid alcohol as hypnotic for promoting sleep)
6. Avoid reading or watching television in bed.
7. Sleep in dark, quiet and comfortable environment.
8. Regularize time for going to sleep and waking up.
9. Try relaxation exercise.
