Hi. My wife had laparoscopy for ovarian endometriosis cyst. Thereon we are trying for pregnancy in consultation with gyne. We tried one cycle of iui. But it didn't click. Gyne has suggested for one more cycle before going to ivf. Has also suggested to try naturally.
