These are best tips to lightens and remove the pigmentation -. 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the pigmentation. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on that area. It will lightens the pigment definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 4. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly.

Hello. There are several medical conditions that can cause unhealthy weight loss. 1.Eating disorders: anorexia, a serious mental disorder. 2. Thyroid problems: Having an overactive thyroid (hyperthyroidism) can boost metabolism and cause unhealthy weight loss. 3.Diabetes: Having uncontrolled diabetes (mainly type 1) can lead to severe weight loss. 4.Infections: Certain infections can cause someone to become severely underweight. This includes parasites, tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS. If you want to gain weight, then it is very important that you do it right. 1.Eat More Calories Than Your Body Burns 2. Eat Lots of Protein Muscle is made of protein, and without it most of those extra calories may end up as body fat. 3.If you’re trying to gain weight, aim for 0.7-1 grams of protein per pound of body weight (1.5 – 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram). You can even go above that if your calorie intake is very high. Protein foods meats, fish, eggs, many dairy products, legumes, nuts 4. Eat Lots of Carbs and Fat, and Eat at Least 3 Times Per Day. Make sure to eat at least 3 meals per day, and try to add in energy-dense snacks whenever possible. 5.Don’t drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. 6.Drink milk. Drinking whole milk to quench thirst is a simple way to get in more high-quality protein and calories. 7. Add cream to your coffee. This is a simple way to add in more calories. 8.Get quality sleep. Consult me for better result.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash.

Pay close attention to your food choice. ·        Eat less carbohydrate food sources like chapatti, rice, noodles, pasta, bread etc as they help in gaining weight and storing fat. ·        While having lunch or dinner eat vegetables and dal to fill your stomach rather eating lots of chapattis or rice. ·        Have a healthy breakfast like poha, idli, upma, plain dosa, oats, dalia or khichdi with vegetables. ·        Eat a balance diet including good quality proteins like: fish, lean chicken and eggs. If you are a vegetarian then include skimmed milk, low fat paneer, butter milk, soy bean or soy milk in your diet. ·        Avoid ghee, butter or vanaspati. Prepare your diet with vegetable oil like sunflower, safflower soybean or olive oil. ·        Eat plenty of salads. ·        Eat fresh fruits including apple, orange, pineapple, papaya, sweet lime, berries, guava, watermelon, mask melon etc. ·        Avoid eating outside junk and fried foods like pizza, pasta, roll, burgers, cakes, chocolates and cookies. ·        Have an early dinner. The earlier the better, giving your system more time to digest the food. ·        Avoid cold drinks/alcohol as they add empty calories to your diet. ·        Avoid fat enriched milk products like cheese, sweets, full fat cream etc. ·        Drink 3 liters of water in a day. ·        Try to have less sugar in food and beverages. ·        Try to drink 2 cups of green tea in a day as green tea helps in weight loss by aiding digestion. ·        Avoid red meat like mutton, beef, lamb or pork. ·        Eat sprouts or roasted chana, whenever you feel hungry.

Dear lybrate user, apply listerin on your face for one hour daily at night for five days and wash it with luke warm water. In this teenage the cause of pimples is harmonal changes or diet or oily skin.

. 1. It could be due to essential tremor. The cause of the tremor is unknown. In some cases it is hereditary and runs in families. There is no definite treatment unless it is severe 2 other causes of tremor could be stress, anxiety, panic, nervousness, inadequate sleep, physical exhaustion, strong emotion, hyperthyroidism, hypoglycemia, smoking/tobacco/alcohol abuse/withdrawl, excess tea/coffee, drugs like steroid/amphetamine, neurological disorder, 3. Investigate yourself to exclude the above causes of tremor after consulting neurologist 4. Avoid stress/anxiety/nervousness/ panic etc 5. Avoid excess tea/coffee/ smoking/alcohol 6. Take good nourishing diet 7. Have adequate sleep. 8. Do a thyroid function test to exclude thyroid problem 9. Consult neurologist for further advice.

Weight gain The first thing you need to understand is that when you gain weight you’re either gaining muscle or you’re gaining fat. So the healthiest way to gain weight is by putting on lean muscle, which means while you’re going to be eating more, you need to be conscious of what you’re eating. Take foods high in protein, fat, and carbs (carbs on days you’re working out) and trying to stay away from foods high in sugar, especially added sugar. This being because a lot of the sugar we eat gets metabolized into fat, and high-blood sugar levels have been linked to metabolic syndrome, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, memory loss, and even premature aging. Here are important foods for weight gain.... Soya, lean meats, salmon, tuna, egg whites, sprouts, pulses, rajma, chole, tofu, beans, whole grains. Take expert advice. Thanku.

Sir, I am hearing Impaired using a hearing aid. I have an interview in the coming few days. I feel my hearing ability has come down a bit. Hi lybrate-user. I don't think the issue with you has anything to do with the aid. U r conscious of the fact that you have an impairment .though adequately controlled for. Relax.Chill. The issue with you is anticipatory anxiety. Yes anxiety is just a normal response to a real or perceived threat.in your case the interview n the interviewer. Pls Google rcpsych anxiety panic n phobias key facts to knw more. When anxious .our ability to focus. Pay attention n concentrate goes down. To listen properly one needs to be attentive. This isn't the first time you r facing anxiety am pretty much sure. Remember all the exams .vivas. Social situations you have faced so far. They also brought in a bit of fear .didn't they. Am pretty much sure you succeeded then n will now. Remember. Work is thy duty (preparing adequately n performing at the interview to the best of your abilities. Reward is not thy concern (whether you clear or not). I hope this helps. Best of luck. Regards.

Hello, You haven't mentioned your height to evaluate your ideal body weight. Weight loss diet depends on many factors like lifestyle, exercise routine, diet consumption, socioeconomic factors, clinical traits, stress etc. However the best way to loose is maintain a complete balance between diet and exercise. An ideal diet should include lots of fiber which is available fresh fruits and vegetables. A good blend of good carbohydrates and optimal proteins. You need to settle your exercise routine at earliest.

Low level of Testosterone cause very slow growth of beard and moustaches. For full growth of beard apply these very useful methods : • Do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA yogasana daily. You can ask me for the details & steps of these asanas. • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day . • Do running and jogging daily as it increase the hormones levels. • Trim the beard after 2-3 weeks . • Do neck massage with oil daily .

There are many reasons for hair fall i. E. Heredity, hormones imbalance and fungal infections (scalp infections), few medicine's side effects i. E. Cancer medicines, arthritis, heart, high, b. P, birth control pills, high intake vitamin a medicine, depression/ stress, radiations' side effects, weak immune system. There are few tests for hair fall i. E. Hormones tests, pull tests, scalp biopsy. There are few treatments i. E. Medicines, hormones therapy, laser therapy. Wings and hair transplant for baldness. Always used aloe vera shampoo daily. Avoid cosmetic shampoos. Eat green veg, dry fruits, vit. B 12, vit. C fruits. Coconuts oil also apply on hair. Drink mineral water. Use minoxidil hair oil for hair growth. Avoid stress. Do checkup testosterone, thyroid profile. Vit. B 12, vit. A, minerals.
