There are absolutely no chances of vision loss but it can give stress to eye muscles and therefore can give rise to weak vision, redness and tired eyes. Can wear antiglare spects and use antiglare glass on computer. After every half hr give rest to eyes for 2 minutes with your warm palms. Clean eyes with cold water twice a day and do some eye exercises to strengthen the eye muscles.

Carrots and other orange-colored fruits and vegetables promote eye health and protect vision, : Beta-carotene, a type of vitamin A that gives these foods their orange hue, helps the retina and other parts of the eye to function smoothly.

Hello, If you are myopic, include the following for getting better vision: Vitamins A, C, E, and minerals like copper and zinc are essential to eyesight. Get the antioxidants from dark leafy greens, egg yolks, yellow peppers, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, and carrots. Include garlic and onions. Blueberries, grapes as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties that can help improve your vision. DHA is a fatty acid found in coldwater fish like wild salmon, sardines and mackerel. Exercises for eyes: Warm your eyes. Rub your palms together to create heat, and then place them against your eyes for five seconds. Repeat this three times. Roll your eyes. Start by looking up and then slowly circle 10 times clockwise and 10 times counterclockwise. Focus. Hold a pen at arm's length, focus your eyes on it, and slowly bring the pen closer until it's about 6 inches away from your nose. Then slowly move it back, keeping your eyes focused on the pen, 10 times in all. Massage your temples. Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Take a mini-nap. Put your head back, close your eyes, and relax for 3 minutes. Insufficient sleep may weaken your vision, so shoot for 8 hours of sound sleep a night. Rest your eyes 10 minutes for every 50 minutes spent reading or in front of the computer. If your eyes feel overly tired, lie down and place cooling cucumber slices over your eyelids. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you in preventing rather reducing the power of your eyes. Take Physostigma 6/ thrice daily for 1 month. Thereafter, revert back for further guidance.

Eye irritation could be due to dust allergy or dry eyes. Try simple soothing eye drops such as nefacool or opticool and see if you get relief. If not, better go for a complete eye evaluation.

Take frequent breaks while watching tv and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle number.

You have something called as computer vision syndrome. So take frequent breaks while you are working every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen blink more frequently' level of screen should be below the level of eyes ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.

Hello, You mean under eye dark circles? Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E), sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8 hrs. Of sleep. I do not know what you do but you are doing stressful job which hampering your sleep and all those problem arises due to work pressure, any way be hydrated, wash your eyes 4 times a day with plain fresh water, and sound sleep is must.

You might be having dry eyes pls visit an eye surgeon and take treatment for this. Also, if you have glasses then you will need to use them regularly and not only while reading- his itself maybe the reason for your eye pain

Dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better. And have a good sleep. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle number.

You should try some home remedy for eye wash, triphala churn 1tsf coriender powder 1/2 tsf both are soaked whole night, boil at morning filter it with cotton, after normalize the temprature, wash your eyes throughly. Take 5 minute closed your eye, feeling good in pain etc.

If your age is 16 you need to use glasses only and after you turn 20 years you can undergo laser surgery. Also have food rich in vitamin a.
