I am 24 year old female ,I had left hand ache pain while sleeping on night I wake up, I sweat like after jogging ,I google about this ,that shows heart attack chances. I am very much feared. What to do? What be the real problem? please help me.

Sweating after jogging is normal. If worried about heart get checked and have proofs. Do not go by hearsay of google which is generalized. Get ecg & halter check up done, blood tests for cbc, sugar & total lipid profile. If reports are normal, carry on with your life otherwise do get back here on forum.

I am suffering from knocked knees, please suggest me some suggestions to correct it without surgery, I am following two things to correct it 1. Keeping pillow between legs and 2. Running and walking around 8 km a day. Will this methods will help me? Please reply as soon as possible thank you.

I feel sleepy all the time. When I do aby work I feel sleepy. Why its occurring? What should I do to decrease?

Are you able to sleep through the night regularly? Try to cut down on caffeine or nicotine 3 hours before bedtime. Do not play video games 1 hour before bed. Some potential causes of your sleepiness. Sleep apnea: This is where you actually stop breathing and wake up several times throughout the night, you may not even realize you do this. Frequent urination and sleepiness are symptoms of this. Anemia: If you're deficient in any minerals, particularly iron. You may feel sleepy and/or dizzy throughout the day. Your blood cells are deprived of oxygen which bonds to the iron, and can cause your body to shut down (become sleepy). A simple blood test by a doctor can detect this. He/she may prescribe iron supplements and/or a change in diet. Depression: I'm sure you're aware if you're depressed or not. Depression can have severe physical symptoms such as pain, swelling, and even exhaustion. However, this is more often common in older or overweight person (s). Though not limited to. Another possibility is chronic fatigue syndrome which is characterized by a person feeling overly tired even after a full night of sleep.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contacts your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it doe s not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not appear in a video conference?

Involve your self in some kind of work and stop doing mastubation and stop watching porn videos and tip- I will suggest you to take a shower with warm water or just wash your face, forearms, legs with soap and water at bedtime for a peaceful sleep.

Its good but daily 5 ltrs water is minimum intake for one human body, also 2 to 3 ltrs urine must go out. Its common. May be divided by 4 or 6 times per day. If the urine passing more than 8 times per day it may be diseases. You should Consult me for your needs. Thanks.

My weight is 95 kgs, hight 5 ft11 inch, age 52, I am drinking boiled ginger water with lemon and honey in morning empty stomach, is that correct? I am under treatment and taking Tazloc AM, Tonact-10,1/2 Tab debistal-GM daily and maintaining B.P. Cholesterol and blood sugar.

You need to have diet plan based on your BMI & activities. Whatever we eat is metabolised by the body for the energy needed to do daily work and the excess is stored as fat. Abdomen is the first place to gain weight and last to disappear. In brief, Weight reduction can be achieved only by reducing the intake of food 1/3 of what you take now. And by appropriate exercise plans for each part like belly, thighs, legs / chest etc. To burn off fat. Some tips 1) Drink three or four cups of water whenever you feel hungry and just before eating food 2) Take boiled or raw vegetable like cucumber, carrot etc. As half of your diet. Then take 1/2 of your total diet as sprouted pulses / proteinaceous food like roti, cooked pulses and remaining with rice or other carbohydrates. Oil or ghee etc. Should be just bare minimum. And do aerobic exercises, running, jogging or at least walking briskly 3-5 KMs and swimming if possible, and in a gym if feasible. The most important is to burn off the energy intake by exercises. There is no short cut or medicines without exercise & dieting to take just as mush food as needed for your activities. The food we eat is utilised for our energy needs and the remaining will be stored as fat which leads to obesity. It is better to do some tests. 7 mistakes you don't do for your health

You have been trying to do everything right for a healthy living.
But have you thought about the possible diet mistakes you might be
Making? here's my list.

1. Eat while you eat! do not mix any activity with your meal.
Though multitasking is the requirement of the times it is not a
Wise thing according to experts. When you are doing some task your
Brain concentrates more on the task and never feels satisfied. This
Would cause you to overeat if not then but later on.

2. Its ok to buy frozen vegetables if you generally compromise on
The diet part after work. Wilted" fresh" vegetables are worse than
Frozen ones which retain all their nutrients as they get frozen
Right after their harvest. So a pack of veggies are great for an on
The go salad or a quick microwave boiled veggie snack.

3. Salads are healthy as far as all the ingredients are healthy.
Yes, I mean it. All those you add in a salad should be vegetables
(except potato), olive oil, eggs and vinegar and no crispies,
Cheese and meat. Add all the pigmented vegetables and some low fat
Sugarless dressings.

4. Diet sodas are not perfect as they sound. You drink more of them
As you know what you are drinking are diet sodas which contain less
Calories. And its tricky that the sodium in these can make you go
Thirsty wanting to drink more. And your brain mistakes thirst for
Hunger!

5. Not drinking milk is another mistake you commit. Thinking that
Milk would make you fat you have less of it. If you are worried
About your gross flab, have non fat milk.

6. While junk foods are something you can't resist snack bars make
You guilty again. Its better to have a boiled egg or a scoop of
Peanut butter instead of reaching for a supposedly nutritious snack
Bar.

7. Sleep is important too. A tiring day and a sleeplessness night
Tempt you to an" all that you can eat" menu. So sleep as much as
You need until you are fully awake and fresh.

It is better to avoid tamarind in the food rather to add lime or mango. And also avoid eating fried foods. Take more anti oxidants in your food like fresh vegetables, boiled vegetables, boiled meat, water content vegetables which reduces the toxins from the body.

Not at all. Its a disaster. You will need minimum 2 to 3 implants foe this, you cannot use natural teeth with implants.

Try a dairy mask. Spread 1/4 cup of sour cream over the areas most affected by freckles. Let the sour cream soak into your skin for 10 minutes, then rinse it away with cool water and pat dry. Use a whole milk wash. Simply pour some whole milk into a bowl and rub it over your face.

- use a soft toothbrush -- and brush properly! brush your teeth for at least two minutes twice a day and after meals. Hard brushing can further damage the soft tissues of your mouth. - floss at least once a day and be sure to floss beyond the gum line to remove more plaque. - you may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.
