For yellow stains on the tooth surface you need to go for cleaning and scaling. Hi I am 24 years old and still i get a lot of acne. My nose and upper cheeks is having a lot of red marks and they are like not going anywhere. Dear, Acne can be due to many factors like harmonal factors, age, stress, dandruff, improper dietary habits,lack of sleep and etc. Few ointments can help for controlling the acne but they are very temporary. It is better to take treatments and keep the skin clear or else it may leave permanent marks and scars. Since it is difficult without seeing you to suggest whats best treatment for you, it would be helpful if you can visit the clinic soon.

I am 62 years old, I had puss formation inbetween my toe nail and after removing the puss it again formed for three times and nw due to it my toe nail has been removed, what will be the reason for it? will my nail removal have any side effect?

Mr Balakrishna, If your blood sugar is in good control (fasting close to 100 mg and PP around 160 mg/100 ml and HbA1c <7%), then consume good deal of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits about 100 g a day. Avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods and pastries. Avoid red meat and egg yolk. Always use whole grain flour for making roti and chapati, no maida. Avoid high fat cheese, butter, ghee and other saturated fats. In addition exercise regularly for 1 hour a day or more. Avoid smoking and alcohol completely.

Hi lybrate-user, Follow these guidelines to loose weight Eat Six small meals rather than large three meals Engage in regular physical activity Increase fiber in the diet tends to be more filling and stays satisfied longer Choose whole grain cereals like oatmeal, jowar, bajra, whole wheat products instead of refined and processed products Eat at least 4-5 servings of cut fruits and vegetables instead of juices Drink plenty of water throughout the day at least 3-4litres/day Use vegetable oil in recommended amounts. Recommended Allowance (½kg/month) Avoid red meat and organs meats. Prefer lean meats such as skinless chicken, fish Reduce intake of sugar and sugar containing foods Limit the amount of salt to the food during cooking and avoid processed and preserved foods.

Making some small changes in your life, such as resolving a difficult situation, talking about your problems or getting more sleep, can usually improve your mood. A low mood that doesn't go away can be a sign of depression. Symptoms of depression can include the following: low mood lasting two weeks or more not getting any enjoyment out of life feeling hopeless feeling tired or lacking energy not being able to concentrate on everyday things like reading the paper or watching television comfort eating or losing your appetite sleeping more than usual or being unable to sleep it could be worth trying some self-help techniques. Life changes, such as getting a regular good night's sleep, keeping to a healthy diet, reducing your alcohol intake and getting regular exercise, can help you feel more in control and more able to cope. Self-help techniques can include activities such as meditation, breathing exercises and learning ways to think about problems differently. Tools such as self-help books and online counselling can be very effective.

3- increase fibers in your diet. Like take papaya, cheeku, salad, cuccumber. Etc
4-try to take whole fruit instead of fruit juice
5-take a little walk after takeing meal
6- take a luke worm sweet milk at night
7-don't take havy food in dinner
8- don't take more food untill last food digest.
9- take a glass of water at the morning empty stomach.

Follow health advises given below: Measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food (If No Drug Allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. Get CBC checked and review with reports consult physician/me for further management and let me know what medicines you were taking and also tell me if you are having other symptoms like cough/ throat pain/ burning urine/ stomach pain so that we can confirm cause of fever.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from greying. • Avoid the use of products such as hair colours or excessive shampoo. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Hi,Acne is the most common teenage problem.Acne is a result of a blockage in the follicles or the pores on the skin. It includes whiteheads, pimples, blackheads and rashes, and occurs usually on the face, chest. Hi lybrate-user, Restriction on height is 18 years for males. But "there is always an exception" don't stop trying. You can increase your height 2 -3 inches without age limit. Homoeopathic treatment topi berberis cream (wilmar schwabe india) apply during daytime berberis aquifolium 30 (dr reckeweg) drink 2 drops in 1 spoon water /direct on tongue, 3 times daily aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night cleano face wash (lords) wash face with this face wash before applying creams 6-8 glass water daily 2 glasss milk daily avoid fast food, junk food, fried food, chocklates, dry fruits, ketchups, cold drinks take nutritious diet nd exercise regularily natural method to treat acne- take 10 leaves each of mint (pudina, holy basil (tulsi) and chinchona off (neem. Now make the passte of all 3 in a chopper. Add a desirable amount of white multani powder (it is different from multani mitti, ask from any good, pansari shop, they have it) 1-2 spoons, and at lat add 10-20 drops of lime (nimdu) such that the consistenccy of this paste is semisolid and can be easily applicable on skin. Now apply on the acne prone skin until it is dry and wah it with cleano soap after 10-20 minutes. Do this procedure every alternate day. And lastly----have a control on your weight.
