There is probably secondary infection. Best would be to open to wound and remove the clots. See you are surgeon again.

Blackheads are typically caused by the overproduction of oil, which tends to occur when a person reaches puberty. Clean your face with a good cleanser, ideally, one for oily skin, such as a salicylic acid cleanser. Do not wash the affected area more than twice a day, otherwise you might irritate the skin and make symptoms worse. Do reply back for medication prescriptions. Being also a general physician and registered dietitian, I prescribe both evidence based herbal as well as allopathic medicines complementing with dietary guidelines and home remedies carefully personalized for each individual patient.

I am 17 years old and I have dark circles for a long time. What should I do to cure it?

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
I am 17 years old and I have dark circles for a long time. What should I do to cure it?
Hello, Common reasons for dark circle are aging, genetics, nutritional deficiency (of vitamin A, C, K, E) , sleep deprivation, worm-infestation, anemia, smoking & drinking, dehydration, sun exposure, allergies, stress/ tension and hormonal changes. Research also suggests that dark circles are linked to anemia, and liver diseases. So, in case of dark circles which are there due to some underlying cause can be get rid rid of once the causative factor is rectified. But the dark circles which are inherited from our genes can't be removed completely, to some extent can make slightly better. Diet and Management: Thus, always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. Revert me back there after.

Hi. Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 20 days. Use Bakson's Apricot scrub at least once a week.

If you have heatstroke then heatstroke is a medical emergency. For heatstroke the body temperature must be lowered immediately, the patient may be immersed in cold water immediately under medical supervision. Untreated heatstroke can quickly damage your brain, heart, kidneys and muscles. I recommend applying cooled concentrated black tea powder+water paste to the affected area to soothe sunburn. You can also apply the wet bags of black tea directly to the burn as a sort of compress. The tannic acid and theobromine in tea help remove heat from sunburns. Aloe vera or aloe barbadensis has been scientifically proven for all forms of burn, be it radiation, thermal, or solar. Sesame oil resists 30% of uv rays, and of cou do reply back for medication prescriptions.

Skin tanning is normal response of skin towards sun exposure. Best remedy to get back to normal complexion is: 1: regularly use sunscreen. Use broad spectrum sunscreen, spf more than 30, over exposed areas like face, neck, arms daily. Apply it half hour before leaving outdoors and reapply after every 2 hours 2. Physical sunprotection in form of cap, hat, sunglasses will help 3. Oral antioxidant like vitamin c rich food will help 4. Consider opting for cosmetology treatment like chemical peeling, laser treatment for faster resukts.

Good morning, you might be getting tanning on your face, avoid sun exposure as much as possible. Use a good medicated sunscreen like sunban ultragel- 3 times during the day, apply it at least 20 minutes before you go out. Stop using any cosmetics or mustard oil on the face. Use biluma cream at night. Thanks.
