Hey doctor I am suffering from premature ejaculations since many year .I want some permanent solution please help me. I will be thankful to you.

Hey doctor I am suffering from premature ejaculations since many year .I want some permanent solution please help me....
According to Ayurvedic perspective, premature ejaculation is caused by aggravation of Vata (air) and Pitta Dosha at the commencement of physical mating. These doshas can be aggravated by anxiety or nervousness before the sexual act. Vata is characterized by its qualities of quickness and heightened sensitivity to the sense of touch. This gives a predisposition towards quicker ejaculation. Pitta plays a role in thinning of the semen, thereby supporting its early ejaculation. Secondly, these aggravated doshas cause hyperactivity of muscles in the male organ, thus increasing sensitivity to vibration and hence leading to early ejaculation. Ayurvedic treatment of premature ejaculation is aimed at keeping the Vata and Pitta in balance by eating a balanced diet. Problems of stress and anxiety during sexual intercourse can be effectively dealt with rejuvenating herbs, yoga, meditation and counseling. Diet & Lifestyle Advice Avoid intake of pitta-aggravating foods like hot, penetrating, or excessively salty and spicy foods, as well as chilies, garlic, pickles, fermented and preserved foods. Increase intake of foods that are sweet and have a cooling effect on the body, like milk, butter, purified butter, almonds, raisins, black gram, licorice and asparagus. This problem regarding proper Ayurveda Treatment use consult me.

Hello lybrate-user, your guess is right, nabhi ke paas halka dard most commonly, gas ki wajah se hota hai. Aap khana khane ke baad ek chamach, syp gelusil pijuye. Khana khane ke turant baad letiye mat aur sirf baithe mat rahe. Ho sake toh 10-15 minute dheere walk karein. Dard jyada hone par, garam paani ka sek karein. Garam paani mein thodi hing aur namak daal ke ek glass pee bhi sakte hai. 3-4 din mein bataye ki aapko kaisa lag raha hai.

Bipolar Disorder - Everything You Want To Know!

Also known as manic-depressive illness, bipolar disorder is not a rare diagnosis. Bipolar disorder is a mental condition that is characterized by extreme shifts in mood with constant variation in energy and activity levels. With these abnormal fluctuations and shifts, the person suffering from bipolar disorder finds it difficult to finish their everyday chores and lead a normal everyday life. Fortunately, with the right treatment and proper care, patients can recover fully.

Causes of Bipolar Disorder

  1. Genetics – A person with a blood relative who has bipolar disorder, has a higher risk of developing it
  2. Brain Chemical Imbalance – Neurotransmitters that carry signals to and from the brain to other parts of the body does not function correctly
  3. Hormonal Imbalance Certain hormonal problems can trigger the disorder
  4. Environmental Factors – Mental stress, abuse, traumatic events and other factors can elevate the risk

Symptoms of Bipolar Disorder

1. Signs of Manic Episodes

  • Feeling too happy for a prolonged time
  • Talking very fast with racy thoughts
  • Extremely restless and hasty
  • Being too overconfident in self
  • Gets easily distracted
  • Lack of sleep
  • Engaging in unsafe behavior like gambling with savings, spending too much or having impulsive sex

2. Signs of Depressive Episodes

  • Feeling too sad for a prolonged time
  • Withdrawal and losing interest in activities
  • Low Appetite
  • Lack of energy
  • Speaking very Slowly
  • Facing problems with making decisions, memory, and focus
  • Low self-esteem
  • Constant thinking of giving up life

Types of Bipolar Disorder

1. Bipolar 1
This is the classic form of manic-depressive disorder with clear and extreme shifts in mood. Patients can have manic or mixed episodes.

2. Bipolar 2
Symptoms are less severe and are called hypomanic episodes that can involve less severe manic episodes with depression episodes as well.

3. Cyclothymia
A milder form of bipolar disorder, the patient experiences bouts of mood disturbances which alternate between feelings of being happy and sad. The patient may feel stable but will have noticeable fluctuations in mood that are usually less severe.

Treatments
The prime aim of the treatment for bipolar disorder is to lessen the frequency of manic and depressive episodes, thereby enabling them to lead a normal life.

  1. Hospitalization - Patients suffering from bipolar disorder 1 often need hospitalization if there is a big risk that they may harm themselves or others
  2. Lithium Carbonate – The commonly prescribed drug for this disorder, the patients are to follow the right dosage. Anticonvulsants and antipsychotics are also prescribed along if needed.
  3. PsychotherapyMinimize the triggers that occur before the onset of the manic or depressive episodes
  4. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy – Family oriented therapy to develop interpersonal skills and prevent relapses.

I am 30 years old facing constipation problem. please suggest solution. I took cremaffin syrup for some time, still not effective, please let me know what to do.

MBBS, DGO (cal)
General Physician,
You should try to avoid medicines for constipation at your age. 1) develop a toilet habit of going to toilet daily at morning. Drink a glass of plain water at morning in empty stomach daily after getting up from bed and mouth wash. 2) drink 3 - 4 liters of water daily. (finish the target within 8 pm) 3) high fibre food - veges. Avoid animal protein at night. 4) do regular physical exercise at morning for 40 minutes. It may take little time but work.

Hello doctor I've been masturbating 1 year I stopped doing it but I want to know what happens to the body when I mast...
Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Masturbation does not produce premature ejaculation. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. A small percentage of men suffer from postorgasmic illness syndrome (pois), which can cause severe muscle pain throughout the body and other symptoms immediately following ejaculation, whether due to masturbation or partnered sex. The symptoms last for up to a week. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. If body is in the state of good health to recover, supported by healthy food, regular exercise and calm mind, this practice may cause no impact. Continued drain without enough nutrition reach can lead to weakness (trauma), reflected both in mind (lack of self confidence is the most common) and in the body (digestive disorders, hair fall, frequent urination etc). Medication: take staphysagria 200 and alfaalfa tonic - both twice daily for 3 weeks.
