Nose bleeding happens because of presence of large amount of blood vessels in the nose and the reasons for nose bleeding are nose picking, low levels of Vitamin K, colds and allergies and nose membrane getting dry along with so many other reasons. But there are ways with the help of which it can be prevented and stopped.
Let’s first learn how it can be instantly stopped.
1. Sit comfortably: When your nose starts bleeding, you should sit in a comfortable position. Do not stand or lie down because in these positions, blood may pass on to your throat which could be harmful. Tilt your face forward and let a piece of cloth soak in all the blood.

2. Hold the nose: During nose bleeding, one should hold and pinch the nose for at least 10 minutes continuously. If it still doesn’t stop bleeding then hold it for 5-7 minutes more. Holding or pinching the nose is necessary because bleeding can stop if direct pressure is put on nose for a longer time.

3. Apply ice: Applying ice can be a great way of instantly stopping nose bleeding. Ice usually compresses and tightens the blood vessels because of which bleeding stops. Ice should preferably be applied on cheeks and nose. Alternatively, you can keep the ice in your mouth also for short intervals.

Nose bleeding can be prevented by taking the following measures :
1. Elevate the nose while resting. Take 2-3 pillows while sleeping.
2. Do not blow or scratch your nose forcefully.
3. Keep your blood pressure in control because it will help in preventing nose-bleeding to a great extent.
4. Avoid smoking because it delays the healing process.
5. Make sure the room you sleep in isn’t dry. Keep a check on humidity of your room.
6. Need to take special care in winters because the nose membrane gets dry mostly in winters.
7. Drink plenty of water and citrus food to keep your nose moist and avoid milk, wheat and fried food.
8. Do not overuse cold and allergy medicines.

Take tab crocin 500mg for fever. ..can repeat the dose in 6 hrs. Drink plenty of liquids. Take adequate rest If any associated complaints, tmore medication may be required.

Black coffee is very strong for your stomach. Probably your trainer knows better. I am not aware of its benefits. Make sure that you use pure honey as most of them are sugar syrup. You need to control your diet and do regular exercise to prevent diabetes.

Following tips will exactly help you achieve what you desire. Dear student for concentration and memory try following things on a daily basis and you will see positive results. Concentration is a mental skill that you can develop. There are two ways to improve your concentration: first, raise your brain's natural ability to concentrate. In other words, increase your attention. Second, adjust the environment around you to make concentrating easier. To improve your concentration takes a little time and effort, but it can be worth it. In my personal experience with students. This can make noticeable improvement in a relatively short time. Ideas for daily concentration-boosting habits include: mindfulness meditation - many studies confirm that 20 minutes of meditation or more per day improves concentration and attention span. Focusing on your breathing, known as mindfulness meditation, is one of the simplest way of meditation. Start with ten minutes in the morning and ten minutes before bed. Proper sleep -i am sorry to say it. Pulling all nighter will not help with your grade. Unless you are getting sufficient restful sleep, you are not going to be as mentally focused as you could be. Brain game -. The more you use certain skills, the more they are reinforced in the brain. So it makes sense that playing concentration games and games that require you to focus will improve your concentration ability. You need to be consistent in this. Play for about 10 to 20 minutes each day. Have fun, and get the benefits but remember not to spend more than 20 minutes a day. Your goal is to improve your concentration and not the score in the game! eat healthier - your brain needs the proper nutrients to allow you to focus. Eat more vegetables and fruits and avoid consumption of junk food as much as possible. Lot of research has now proven that sugar is very harmful for our health. Reduce sugar and refined white floor in your diet as much as you could. Exercise is helpful in both reducing stress and increasing focus. At-least 20 minutes a day would go a long way. Optimize your mental state & environment in addition to building the habits described above into your daily routine, also adjust your environment and your current mental state to improve your concentration when studying. Create a study spot. Your brain loves routine. Create a place where all you do is study. An obvious choice is a secluded desk of some kind, but the trick is to make sure you only study in that spot. Studying in bed is a bad habit, for example, because your body is trained to want to sleep once you get into bed. Remove distractions. Turn off the ringer on your phone and take other steps to prevent interruptions. Don't study with the television on or with talk radio playing. Some studies have shown that soft instrumental music (no vocals) can help improve your concentration. Block background noises. If you have to study or work in an environment where it is too loud (classroom or open space) or too quiet (such as at home or at a library) you can get easily distracted by outside influences. With the right amount of background noise you can actually block out distractions and enhance your creative thinking. Use time boxes. Set a time limit when you need to study new material. For example, let's say you want to read one chapter in a book (and remember it). Decide in advance that you can have 45 minutes to read the chapter, and 15 minutes to review it. Set a timer to keep yourself honest, then pace yourself to keep within the allotted time. Stay motivated with rewards. If you see studying as burden, it's hard to concentrate. One way to stay motivated is to set up a reward system. Tell yourself you have to earn that hour of watching your favorite show later in the evening by first completing one hour of intense studying. That way, even if the material is dry, you have the reward to look forward to. Take a break every two hours. You mental energy will begin to decline after a long period of study. So every two hours or so, take a ten minute break. Walk around, eat a light snack, or just stare at the wall to relax your mind. Concentrating is the first step to learning anything new. It only makes sense that if you improve your concentration, your memory will improve also.

Hello. Please apply avarta under eye cream twice a day on dark circles for 3 months. Have fruits, proper sleep and adequate amount of water daily. Avoid stress and sun exposure.

Dear, follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. First thing that should be done in this problem is to improve sleep hygiene. - Fix your time to go to sleep. - Avoid alcohol, tea, coffee in evening - Light exercise will also help in getting good sleep - Use your bed for sleeping only and don't watch TV, read books on bed - Avoid day time naps - If you fail to sleep within 10 minutes of going to bed, get up and start to distract yourself. - Bath with warm water in evening will help. Try to improve sleep hygiene and if condition don't improve consult a psychiatrist or sleep specialist. Medicines like Benzodiazepines like Clonazepam, Alprazolam etc help in getting good sleep. Z-drugs like zolpidem or zopiclone also help in getting good sleep. These drugs have abuse potential so should be taken for short time only and under proper prescription. Thanks, hope this helps you.

Increase sleeping time 8 hours. Change food habites. Add in your food vitamines, minirales, proteins, green vegitabales, salad, dry fruites. Avoid fast, spacy, junck foods. Take simpale veg foods. Take a cup of milk add one spoon prosup powder 1 spoon mix end take before going to sleep in night.

Don't let more than four hours go by without eating. Eat several foods at once. Eat healthy, but dense foods. Drink your food. Eat right before bed. Take ashwagandha churna with water twice a day take banana milk shake. Take pranacharaya karsyatanashak capsule twice a day. Take sleep after taking meal drink lots of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee. Eat sweets.

I am lavish. I am suffering from typhoid from 7 months. I also go to doctor for check up and doctor do test of me. In test they say that you suffering from typhoid. 1. Consult doctor with blood report like widal/typhidot test. 2. If it is typhoid, you have to take a full course of antibiotic for 10-14 days 3. Take bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting. Avoid meat/poultry/egg 4. Drink plenty of water/lime juice/ glucose water/ coconut water, sugar cane/ fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) juice, milk 5. Take adequate rest prevention typhoid is a bacterial infection affecting the gastrointestinal system and is due to fecal contamination of food, milk and water. It can be prevented by 1. Avoiding contaminated food and water/milk from out side sources like junk food etc 2 use purified drinking water and have warm home made food, 3. Avoid fly contamination of food, maintain food hygiene 4, properlyl wash your hands before taking food 5. Wash vegetable, fruit before consuming.

This happens because of hormonal changes. As this has happened with you for the first time, there is no treatment required. If the problem persists for 3-4 months straight then it can be treated with 3 month course of medicines.

My Mother is 85 years of age And having plenty of pus cells in urine, since last three months We are giving her medicines like - NORFLOX - 200 For one month, then on 05102016 we shifted to OFLOMAC - 200. Twice daily for five days i.e. Till 10102016, ,then reduced the tablets to one daily. But no result is observed. She do not have any health problem except weakness. Also she is not having any problem in urine. She is doing her normal activity. No temperature and no sign of infection except in urine path report. Please suggest your opinion.

Urinary Tract Infection in Males.


Urinary tract infections (UTIs) are rare in adult males younger than 50 years but increase in incidence thereafter. Causes of adult male UTIs include prostatitis, epididymitis, orchitis, pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis, and urinary catheters. Owing to the normal male urinary tract’s many natural defenses to infection, many experts consider UTIs in males, by definition, to be complicated (ie, more likely to be associated with anatomic abnormalities, requiring surgical intervention to prevent sequelae).


Signs and symptoms:

Dysuria is the most frequent chief complaint in men with UTI. The combination of dysuria, urinary frequency, and urinary urgency is about 75% predictive for UTI, whereas the acute onset of hesitancy, urinary dribbling, and slow stream is only about 33% predictive for UTI.

Relevant clinical history includes the following:

Previous UTI(s)
Nocturia, gross hematuria, any changes in the color and/or consistency of the urine
Prostatic enlargement
Urinary tract abnormalities: Personally and within the family
Comorbid conditions (eg, diabetes )
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) status
Immunosuppressive treatments for other conditions (eg, prednisone)
Any previous surgeries or instrumentation involving the urinary tract.
