Dear, follow these important tips to get fair colour of skin * avoid to go in strong sunlight and if you have to go in sunlight then cover your face & exposed parts of body before going in sunlight. * use sunscreen having spf 15 on face especially in summer and spring season. * take vitamin -e rich foods like dry fruits, egg and fish as you like. You can take cord liver oil capsule daily. * take more anti oxidant foods like fruits (apple, grapes, melon) and citrus fruits. * make paste of papaya and apply this paste on face & exposed body parts and leave it for 15 minutes. It brightens the skin and lower melanin content.

1. Save your skin from exposure to sun as ultraviolet rays of sun can damage the skin and may burn skin’s upper layer. Excessive exposure to sun may also develop brown spots. Dark spots may appear on skin due to exposure to the sun for longer period without any protection. It is advisable that people with white or sensitive skin should avoid going out when intensity of sunrays is very high during 10 am to 4 pm in summer season. Application of sun screen at least 15-30 minutes before you go outside in the sun is very essential so that it may get sufficient time for absorption and protect your skin from UV rays of sun. Sunscreen may be reapplied after two hours to save your skin from spots or patches. In case of sweating, swimming, in humid conditions and tropical climates frequency of application of sunscreen may be increased. Homemade sunscreen made with natural products is more safe and capable of offering proper protection for the skin from developing brown/dark spots in comparison with chemical based products. 2. All of us use various skin care products to maintain healthy and younger looking skin. Some of the products are chemical based, contains preservatives and may cause allergy to your skin and develop pesky dark spots. Before using any products you must check the ingredients of the products and ensure that these products contains ingredients derived from natural plants, herbs etc. If any of the skincare products does not suit to your skin, you should stop using the same immediately. You must carry out patch test before using any new product to your skin. 3. Dark spots may also be due hormonal imbalance. Many women have been faced with this problem during or after pregnancy or while taking birth control pills. If dark spots develop due to taking any drug you should immediately contact your medical professional and dermatologist for changing the medicines or remedial measure 4. Acne is also one of the reasons of brown spot when the pimples or blackheads are picked continuously or appropriate treatment for acne is not used. To avoid spots due to this reason you should not pick the pimples and take proper treatment for acne. 5. The skin is also affected by the individual’s diet, if the body is healthy, the skin also looks good. If the body is not functioning properly, the skin becomes dehydrated, spots or discoloration will appears. To save the skin from such problems you should take balanced diet that will include all the vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, amino acids and antioxidants. To maintain healthy skin dairy products, fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grain food should also be included in your daily diet schedule. 6. Aging also comes with specific signs like wrinkles, brown spots and graying of hair etc. You can make the brown spot go away or at least diminish the frequency and their intense color by proper exfoliation with home remedies. Drinking about 2 liters of water and having balanced diet can diminish or postpone the apparition of brown spots and will diminish their size and intensity. Home remdies for skin whitening are quite effective to check, fade and cure brown and dark spots.

Hair fall could b significant or just physiological without any systemic involvement. Firstly, don't stress over it. Meditate. Practice yoga. Relax yourself. Stress vil increase your hairfall. Drink two litres of water. Eat plenty of pulses, meat, fish and milk. Avoid hair cosmetics. Wash hair twice or thrice a week. Shampoo should be done to wash dirt, dust and grime and not for anything else. Don't use dyes, bleaches or straighteners. Massage scalp to improve circulation. After a bath, don't blow dry your hair instead naturally dry hair. If any scalp infection, get it treated. Any allergy should be taken care of.

If it's chronic go for temperature charting. Get yourself screened up for cbc test, KFT test, LFT test, widal test, malarial parasite test as soon as possible

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure kati basti. Do this for five days with medicated oil if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. I am 28 year male and my wife also 28 married from six months and we are planning for a baby from these six months and after months my wife s periods got missed and we opt for test which was negative after that my wife consulted a gynaecologist nd she advised her mytol f for three months. Tsh 5.59 is borderline report and does not need any medicine like eltroxin for thyroid disease. Mytol f is a vague medicine given for infertility & pcod, no studies have been done yet to make any claims, chrominac a is most probably some food supplement with tall claims but none of them is a hormone, to affect fertility of your wife. She does not need any medicine for thyroid or to get treated for infertility, if ultrasound reports are normal and show follicles on day 10-12 of cycle / and your semen test is normal. You have been married for only 6 months and she missed her cycle once, it can be due to stress, wait for few more months minus doctors or medicines, may be nature will be kind to you, do write back about your report and her ultrasound test. Remember more tension and stress, less are the chances of getting pregnant the natural way.

Hi! Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in a while. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair may grow back on its own without medical treatment. Hope this helps.

If your periods are with same regularity that is 32 days interval then days fro 1 to 14 and days from 21 to 32 can be considered safe to avoid pregnancy. But remember this is called "safe period" family planning method which is quite unsafe statistically for many reasons so if you are sure to avoid pregnancy use others which fail the least like tablets, injections and IUCD.
