Most of the ovarian cysts are functional cysts which do not require treatment. They are absorbed automatically within 3 months. Just repeat the scan after 3 months. If it is increasing in size, or causeing lot of pain then only it should be removed

Hi. What to know the type, pattern and stage of hairloss you are having? In male pattern hairloss of initial stages of 1-2, homoeopathic medicines can arrest the stage where it is already in. But in advanced stages of hairloss of 3, 4, 5 - one can have homoeopathic medicines (3 & 4 stage) along with hair transplant. Hair transplant is a procedure where one's own hair follicle from the back side of the scalp (donor area) is taken out from the root and is placed on his own required area (because of DNA reasons, we can't donate hair follicle to each other, not even to our own kids/ siblings/ parents). And in the whole lifetime, we can only take to around 12000 to 14000 follicles from the back (depending about the condition of the donor area) - it's one day procedure. Go to any renowned hospital, clinic or firm which deals only in hair (they may cost little more from you, but will give you a quality results ultimately. And they only allow plastic surgeon to perform this)! Cost differs from one doctor to other (from Rs. 50 per follicle to Rs. 80-90 per follicle). No. of follicles depends upon requirement of your scalp and capacity of your donor area as well. For eg. for stage 1 - may be 2000-2500 follicles are needed, so you can calculate accordingly. Take homoeopathic medication - Wiesbaden 200/ thrice daily and Phosphorus 200/ once a week for 1 month. These medicines will at least control and arrest the stage of your hairloss.

Relaxation therapy Relaxation therapy involves measures such as meditation and muscle relaxation or dimming the lights and playing soothing music prior to going to bed. Stimulus control Stimulus control therapy also consists of a few simple steps that may help patients with chronic insomnia. Go to bed when you feel sleepy. Do not watch TV, read, eat, or worry in bed. Your bed should be used only for sleep and sexual activity. If you do not fall asleep 30 minutes after going to bed, get up and go to another room and resume your relaxation techniques. Set your alarm clock to get up at a certain time each morning, even on weekends. Do not oversleep. Avoid taking long naps in the daytime. Sleep restriction Restricting your time in bed only to sleep may improve your quality of sleep. This therapy is called sleep restriction. It is achieved by averaging the time in bed that the patient spends only sleeping. Rigid bedtime and rise time are set, and the patient is forced to get up at the rising time even if they feel sleepy. This may help the patient sleep better the next night because of the sleep deprivation from the previous night. Sleep restriction has been helpful in some cases. Other simple measures that can be helpful to treat insomnia include: Avoid large meals and excessive fluids before bedtime Control your environment. Light, noise, and undesirable room temperature can disrupt sleep. Shift workers and night workers especially must address these factors. Dimming the lights in the bedroom, relaxation, limiting the noise, and avoiding stressful tasks before going to bed may be beneficial. (Refer to sleep hygiene and relaxation therapy above.) Avoid doing work in the bedroom that should be done somewhere else. For example, do not work or operate your business out of your bedroom and avoid watching TV, reading books, and eating in your bed.

Hello, You need to rule out PCOS, hypothyroidism and hyperprolatinemia. If pregnancy is ruled out then you can opt for a withdrawal bleed with progesterones to resume your menses.

You must get yourself examined by a pain physician as the pain is now chronic. Your pain may be due to past injury, degenerative condition or an infection. Chances of your pain being infectious is high if the pain is accompanied or preceded by systemic signs like fever. Some viral fevers are known to cause joint pains even months after recovery. So visit a pain specialist and get yourself treated adequately.

Hair loss, now-a-days, is common among males and females of all age groups. We all lose some hair strands everyday, however, some people lose more than normal strands in a day that can cause severe hair loss. Hair loss is mostly genetic, so if hair loss runs in your family, you are most likely to suffer from hair loss too. Hair loss happens either in clumps, that is overall hair loss, or focussed on any one part of head - especially the crown. While genetics play a big role, some additional factors can aggravate hair loss - hormonal imbalance, Alopecia areata, stress, thyroid disease, anemia, protein deficiency, chemotherapy, and low vitamin levels may cause hair loss in you. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Eat eggs, cottage cheese, chicken, soya, lentils, whole grains. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Exercise daily to keep yourself healthy inside out. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using eggs, green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, thyme, chamomile etc. Condition your hair using organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Rosemary tea once in awhile. A good dermatologist can successfully reduce hair fall by conducting some tests beforehand that includes blood tests, iron level, vitamin B, thyroid function tests and a biopsy of the scalp. Since some hair loss is temporary, your hair will grow back on its own without medical treatment. More serious hair loss can be treated with creams, oral drugs and surgery. Dermatologist can give your head a fuller appearance with the help of hair transplants and scalp reductions, which is successful both in males and females. To determine the best technique for your hair loss issue, consult a good dermatologist.

1200 Calorie Vegetarian Indian Diet Plan Menu To Lose Weight By following this menu guide, you will be able to restrict your food consumption to just 1200 calories to 1300 calories a day and thereby you will feel lighter after a couple of weeks of following this weight loss diet menu. The vegetarian diet menu is as follows: Early Morning (7 Am): o A glass of lukewarm water with lemon (0 calories). O A cup of tea with skim milk, no sugar and 2 biscuits (90 calories) Breakfast (8 am): o 2 Wheat Rotis or chapattis + ½ cup of Paneer gravy (tofu is better) (330 calories). Or o A plate of brown bread upma and a cup of skim milk (300 calories). Mid Morning Snack: (10: 30 am): o A banana or 20 Grapes or ½ cup melon (50 calories). Dinner (8 pm): 1 Chappati or Roti + ½ cup of Lentils dal + 50 grams of fish (rich in omega 3 fatty acids) + 1 bowl of raitha (380 calories). The total calorie that you will be consuming a day by following this non-vegetarian diet menu is around 1225 calories. By following this diet plan, you will be able to lose weight by eating all your favorite foods. You do not need to do rigorous workouts and just need to do mild exercises to enjoy weight loss with this diet. Use anti sensitive paste like sensodyne, or thermoseal ra or colgate sensitive pro relief or ant which you like. Use twice a day and use minimum for one month.

Hello lybrate-user- pain during menses is due to improper tone of uterus muscles. Use dashmoolaristha 2 tsp twice daily for 10 days before menses. This single medicine will cure all of your menstrual problems (do not use the medicine more than ten days as the body will become habitual to it and will not respond quickly)

Yes avoid egg. The homeopathic goal is to lower high cholesterol to desired levels to prevent coronary heart disease. Diet modification is recommended. High Blood Cholesterol Healing Diet 1. Eat a well-balanced, high-fiber diet based on whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables. 2. Eat more fish and less meat. 3.Increase soluble fiber intake, it improves lipid production.   4. Avoid foods high in saturated fats such as margarine, fermented cheese, whole milk, vegetable shortening, poultry skin, lamb, sauces, fried food, andice cream. 5. Avoid cholesterol-rich foods such as egg yolk, seafood, anchovies, sardines, and baked goods made with eggs. 6. Choose good fats such as monounsaturated, polyunsaturated, and omega-3essential fatty acids. 7. Garlic helps reduce high cholesterol. In the morning take a tiny piece of garlicand crush it with the knife. These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. Follow these instructions to clear dark circles: • Take 6 to 8 hrs sleep regularly. • Drink 8 glass of water daily. • Apply almond oil or you can apply capsule of vitamin E mix it in mosturiser or cream you have daily around the eye in night and massage it lightly daily. • Take a piece of potato and make it's juice by crush it apply its juice for 15 min daily. • Apply rose water daily for 10 min daily. • Eat green leafy vegetables daily and fruits daily. Drink a glass of milk daily. • Do not take stress do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 minutes.
