Take following oil 1. Vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2. Amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1. Neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

With all its moisturizing action, aloe vera is one of the most effective skin soothing agents. When you rub the gel over an itchy spot, it helps reduce the skin irritation in that area and provides quick relief from itching. Just break a leaf from the plant, cut it lengthwise using a knife and using a spoon, scoop out the jelly-like substance inside. Apply a little of this gel to the itchy area and leave it on for a few minutes.

To maintain the skin health and reduce the dry skin condition follow this - 1.Bathe with gentle soaps. If possible use some natural ingredients like gramflour, turmeric mixed with some milk to bathe daily. This does not wash your skin off the natural oils. 2.Keep your bath short and do not use hot water to bathe. Use only lukewarm water. 3.Apply Vitamin E oil or warm olive oil on the body after bathing. You can also use a good moisturiser. 4.Cocoa butter mixed with wheat germ oil is also very good at maintaining the skin health. 5.You can mix some oils like – Sesame, olive, virgin coconut oil, wheat germ oil to apply before going to bed. 6.Consume diet that is rich in vitamin E, omega 3 and 6 and other skin friendly vitamins like vitamin E and A. Eat almonds, walnuts, flaxseeds, sesame seeds to maintain skin health. 7.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

I'm having dry and patchy skin on my genital area and my face and neck. The dried skin is normally very itchy on the genital area and there's a few small wounds on my genital area, I don't know whether it's caused by scratch it frequently. And just veggie a few minutes I found a pimple in my right hand and it is painful. I'd like to know whether all of these are connected. And while I checked online, some of the symptoms of skin cancer match what I just told. Please help me out.

hi, hair cosmetics may cause damage to the hair so try to cut off their uses. For the prevention of the hair fall take these homoeopathic remedies:- *Eat colourful fruits and green leafy vegetables. *Include more protien rich supplements to your diet. *wiesbaden 200, 5 drops , daily morning empty stomach. *Apply Arnica hair growth oil (B &T) on your hair and scalp, thrice in a week. *Wash hair with Arnica montana herbal shampoo (SBL) *Drink minimum 10 glasses of water per day. *Take 10 ml amla juice mixed with half cup of water, daily morning. Change your shampoo, try baby shampoo. Use non iodized salt. And treat by homoeopathy you will surely b benefitted. If you want contact me. Use natural henna powder deeped overnight in liquor tea, then next day add one whole egg, curd, 5-10 ml of coconut oil and few drops lemon juice. Mixed it and massage on scalp. Leave it until it dried. Once a week.

In order to get healthy hair, it is necessary that the hair are nourished with enough amount of healthy nutrients. While there are a lot of good solutions that could be directly applied on the hair to get healthy and shining hair, food also plays a vital role in making the sure that the overall health of the hair is maintained.

Here is a list of 20 best and worst foods that can enable a person to maintain healthy hair:

  1. Salmon: Vitamin D and protein are the best ingredients for a healthy scalp and hair. The Omega-3 fatty acid found in salmon keeps the scalp hydrated and accounts for a healthy shining hair.
  2. Beef: Beef is a rich source of zinc, protein, iron, vitamin B and numerous other minerals. All these ingredients help in maintain a good and healthy hair.
  3. Prunes: Prunes may not helps with bowel movement, but are a great dietary source for improving hair texture. They also prevent hair discoloration, thinning and loss of hair.
  4. Green tea: Green contains polyphenols that help in keeping the scalp healthy. Daily intake of green tea can improve the overall health of the hair. Applying green tea on the scalp also helps to get rid of dandruff.
  5. Carrots: Due to their rich vitamin A content, carrots maintain as an even flow of sebum that keeps the scalp moisturised. A healthy scalp translates into healthy hair.
  6. Eggs: Egg contains vitamin B and biotin. These are vital components as far as the health of scalp is concerned. Biotin makes the hair shiny and improves the overall health of the hair.
  7. Leafy vegetables: Green vegetables such as lettuce, spinach and broccoli are some of the best sources of vitamin C and vitamin A. They help in sebum formation and moisturise the scalp.

  2. Diet soda: Diet soda contains sweeteners that have aspartame as a component which is responsible for dull hair and loss of shine and texture of hair.
  3. Sugar: Sugar hinders the absorption of protein in the body. It is especially harmful to the hair follicle which needs protein for its general health. It should be avoided as much as one can in order to ensure healthy hair.
  4. Alcohol: Alcohol has multiple disadvantages. It dehydrates the scalp; hinder moisturising slows down the rate of zinc absorption in the body. It is one of the major causes for the loss of hair.
  5. Fast Food: Fast food contains processed fat and excessive fat. This can clog the hair follicles and results in hair loss.

Include lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box . Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal. 4 Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day?s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day?s and 2 prunes daily. 5. Good news for Fish lovers! Fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Saut� 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. To stop pimples change food habites. Avoid too oily, ghee preprations, fast, spacy, junck, foods. Take simple veg food with green vegitabales, salad, do arobic excersices, yoga, walking will help. Wash face with neem face wash dry than apply aloe vera cream, steaming will also help.

You can not completely change your skin colour but you can improve it a lot - 1. Use tea tree face wash with tea tree toner daily 2. Aha glow also works wonders for acne prone skin. You can rub your face with 1% concentration of salicylic acid in aha glow face wash daily. 3. Use sunscreen daily twice. 4. Eat a diet rich in vitamin c 5. Include green leafy vegetables in your diet.

For prevention from whitening of hairs follow these instructions: • Do not take stress and take proper sleep of 6 - 7 hours. Do meditation or long breathing pranayams for 10 minutes daily to destress yourself. • You can apply amla powder, Make the paste of amla powder with water and apply it for 15 minutes once in week in afternoon and rinse it. • Avoid use of excess hair products such as hair colours and try to use mild shampoo. • Add protein containing items in your foods such as take a bowl of cereal daily, and a glass of milk also. You can eat cheese or soya protein. • Eat healthy fruits and green leafy vegetables daily. • you can use mahabhringraj oil and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. You can massage daily with oil it increase blood circulation and prevent hair from whitening. •In a bowl, mix two eggs, honey and some coconut oil. You can also use olive oil instead of coconut oil. Apply it on your scalp and leave it for 20 minutes, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Egg white works well in order to lighten the pimple marks and the pimple scars. Take a fresh egg and break the egg, separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Apply this egg white on the pimple marks. After 10-15 minutes, wash with the cold water. Baking Soda Take some baking soda. Mix some water with the baking soda and apply this mixture on the pimple marks. Baking soda serves as an agent that carries out micro dermabrasion on the skin and helps to clear the pimple marks on the face and body. Tomatoes Tomatoes are rich in Vitamin A, which helps nourish the dead skin while rejuvenating it. Vitamin A helps by healing the skin and by helping facilitate quick growth of the skin while removing the scars. Using tomatoes to help heal the scars on the skin is not a lengthy process, but it is rather simple. Just take a tomato, slice it and make it into a pulp. Apply the pulp on the face and leave it on for twenty minutes’ time. Then, wash it off with some warm water. You could also mix cucumbers with it. Make a paste out of all of cucumbers and tomatoes and apply as a face mask. Leave it on for half an hour and wash it with some cool water. Follow this method two days at a time every week and observe the results.
