Weight gain diet---------------------------------- it is not a good idea of increasing intake of junk foods and fatty foods to gain weight. You should be eating calorie dense yet nutritious food. Your calorie intake should come from foods that are healthy for you. The weight gaining diet should include high protein foods, high carbohydrate foods and healthy fats. Include these in your diet.----------- breakfast----------------: banana and milk or banana shake or smoothie, whole-grain toast, fruits, nuts. Eat more fruit and drink less juice. Do not take milk mixed with ghee. It is not healthy.------------- lunch: ----------------roti or chapatti or wholegrain bread, rice, green vegetables, paneer, dal, chole recipe, black-eyed beans (lobia), rajma, whole wheat pudding (dalia), etc ----------dinner:------------ similar to lunch----------- in-between meals:-------------------- fruit, sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, cheese, salad------------------------ avoid deep fried snacks like samosa (samosa recipe), pakodas, bhujia etc.------------ avoid fast foods.----------------

Because of continue sitting in office I have got unwanted tummy and want to reduce it. I am open for both suggestions i.e. Physical exercise and diet control. Please guide me as I am wanting to loose my unwanted tummy as early as possible. Thank you very much in anticipation.

It will take some effort for you to flatten your tummy. I am outlining a 21 day plan for you. If you follow this plan sincerely then you will see a noticeable difference in just 21 days. There are 5 things that you need to do: 1. Eliminate all refined sugars from your diet. This means no sugar in your tea/coffee/milk, no consumption of sugary beverages like coke, pepsi and total elimination of all snacks like biscuits, cakes, sweet dishes. I know it is difficult but remember that you just have to adhere to this for 21 days. If you wish to snack you can have unsalted peanuts, dry fruits, seeds or yogurt. 2. When you get up in the morning, put your pillow aside and lie with your back straight. Put both your legs together and lift them so your legs are at a 30 degree angle with the bed. Maintain this pose of 5 minutes. Keep breathing while your legs are in the air. 3. Eliminate dinner altogether. In place of dinner have a bowl of papaya. You can have a small bowl of yogurt with black salt if you are not able to control your urge. 4. Keep hydrated through out the day. You need to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day. Tea/coffee are not substitutes of water. Minimize consumption of milk. Add raw vegetables to each meal. 5. One 500 mg tablet of calcium d-glucarate and one tablet of b-complex every day. If you miss even one of the steps mentioned above during your 21 day regime then you have to start all over again from day 1. Please bear in mind that it takes 21 consecutive days of performing all the above mentioned steps for the stomach muscles to start toning up. Thank you!

Period was due on 10th February 2015 but come seven days before on 3rd February ended on 10 and today on 15 th February started bleeding again.

If this has happened for the first time, just wait for over a month, it will get regularised on its own. If not then u need to take 2-3 months of oral pills to regularise

If I know causes like cosmetic use, imbalance of hormonal in body /irregular periods/ medicines/ I could advice better .like on most modern costly treats but you can stat start paste made from TURMERIC POWDER / gram flour / honey / add bakng soda and rub scrubb.

Hello, daily shedding of upto 100 hairs is normal . Excessive hair fall can be due to physical or mental stress, anaemia or nutritional deficiency or certain medical conditions. Take a nutritious and protein rich diet(pulses, milk products, eggs). use of hair supplements and minoxidil lotion over your scalp will be of help depending upon type of hair fall. Avoid routine application of gels or frequent blow drying of your hair. use a sulfate free shampoo for your hair twice a week.a hair growth lotion or serum wll help depending on the type of your hair fall.

I am having acute lower back pain every morning I wake up actually I wake up due to pain the pain is so intense that I have to get out of bed due to discomfort. It's happening since 7 months but after half an hour of waking up the pain disappeared so I never felt a need to consult any doctor but its not seem to go away by time on top of that it is getting worst. Please suggest what should I do or what type of doctor I should visit to get out of this trouble as I tried yoga and other back exercises for it but nothing seems to be working.

Hi Apply pranacharya restopain oil or prasarini oil on your affected part then give hot fomentation. Take maha rasnadi kwath 2-2 tsf twice a day. And agni tundi vati and maha yograj guggul 1-1 tab twice a day..
