I am 34 Year old woman and had been suffering with gas problem since last 2 years. Its like GERD. I had taken allopathy, ayurveda and homeopathy too. Two weeks back I got pain in my lower abdomen. It lasted for two weeks. I consulted my gastro doc and my gynecologist. I went through many tests but no reason was found. I spent a big amount on several tests, ultrasounds and CECT etc. And its very disappointing that no test could gave me good reason. According to CECT, I have a cyst around 3mm in left ovary but my doc ruled out this possibility too as its not of a big size. Please let me know what can be the reasons for this pain. Can stress be a reason too?

YES STRESS is the biggest causative agent for acidity/gerd..3 mm cyst has no significance..what about your urine frequency? do u have to urinate every now and then...or is there any burning sensation during urination..is there any discharge that comes out??answers needed to these before prescribing medications..as long term infection in body too causes acidity...till then take plenty fluids ..avoid tea/coffee/chillies /stress

Overeating leads to weight gain, especially if the diet is high in fat. A diet high in simple carbohydrates. Frequency of eating. Slow metabolism. Physical inactivity. Medications. Psychological factors. Focus on your diet: you really need to focus on your diet. When losing weight, many people feel that it is okay to eat what you want and then workout a lot. This is completely incorrect. The secret behind getting fit lies 80 percent in your diet, while the rest 20 percent lies in working out. This is an integral part in losing weight at home and being able to sustain it. Some of the famous weight loss foods. Green tea soya cinnamon multi grains wheat bran wheat grass lemon grass flaxseed pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds leeks lettuce broccoli olive oil quinoa aloe vera. Combine your diet with good physical activity. As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you lose belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes. Between the two, running burns more calories, but walking really isn't too far behind. Take personalised expert dietary advice. Thanku.

You need to wait for max of 10 days after stopping the medicine to have periods. Usually it works. It may fail in case of thin endometriummm and if you don't get periods till 10th july do pregnancy test and ultrasound to look for thickness of the endometrium.
