Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

एड़ी के दर्द के मरीज अक्शर calculus spur के diagnosis के साथ doctor के क्लिनिक से आते हे.

spur का bone या दूसरे soft tissue के साथ घर्षण के कारन pain होता हे. Poky या stitching type का pain होता हे. किसी किसी को तो severe pain होता हे. काफी मरीजों को सुबह बिस्तर हे उठते ही जैसे चलना शुरू करते हे दर्द शुरू हो जाता हे. घर्षण के कारन काफी बार सूजन बी आती हे.


Natural Anti-Inflammatory Substances

अदरक और हल्दी में प्राकृतिक Anti-Inflammatory गुण हे, ये pain-killer या अन्य दवाइओ के स्थान में उपयोग किये जा सकते हे. ये पदार्थ effective होने के उपरांत इनकी side-effect कम होती हे. इसके लिए ये लम्बे समय तक उपयोग किये जा सकते हे. सिर्फ 1 या 2 500 mg वाली अदरक की दवाई दिन में 3 से 4 बार या 400 mg वाली हल्दी की दवाई लम्बे समय तक लेनी हे.

Vitamin B - 12

Warm bath with Epsom Salt

आम तोर पर गरम पानी के साथ शरीर स्नान सुखदायक होता हे. जब दर्द और सूजन से राहत की बात आती हे तो Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate ) में चमत्कारिक गुण हे. एक कप Epsom Salt नहाने के गरम पानी में दाल के उससे एड़ी को हलके से मसाज करना चाहिए.

Borax Solution

बोरेक्स सोल्युशन बोरेक्स और क्लोरीन युक्त पानी का मिश्रण हे. एक छोटी सी तब को गरम पानी से भरे और उसमे बोरेक्स सोल्युशन मिलाये उसमे अपनी एड़ी थोड़े समय तक डुबो के रखे. आपको एड़ी के दर्द और सूजन में तेजी से राहत का अनुभव होगा.

Apple Cider Vinegar

पहले से ही अपने जठर तंत्र में Anti -Inflammatory गुणों के लिए जाना हुआ Apple Cider Vinegar एड़ी के दर्द के लिए भी उपयोगी हे. गर्म तौलिये को Apple Cider Vinegar में सोक के पैर में लगाने से दर्द और सूजन में तुरंत ही आराम मिलता हे.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

This problem can be solved by meditation some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity, you can go for daily morning walk 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bedtime 6. Avoid daytime sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes 8. Avoid watching tv and reading news paper at bedtime, you can listen some soft music.

Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Understand the reasons for this. Make a diary or a journal with entries for everyday. Note down when you feel depressed, anxious or stressed or any other negative emotion that bothers you. State the event that made you feel that way. Note down your thoughts during that experience or phase. Also note the consequences for that - what you did after that and what happened etc. This will help you understand your thoughts and emotions better and would help you understand the reasons for your fluctuating feelings. This will help in future to provide any remedies. No specific solution as of now. If possible consult a clinical psychologist.

Pityriasis Rosea: Symptoms, Treatment and Causes

Pityriasis Rosea is a common skin problem which causes a rash. Although, it can occur at any age, it is most often seen in those between the age of 10 to 35. It is usually harmless and a pretty common condition. It is also worth noting that Pityriasis Rosea does not spread from person to person.

Causes
The exact cause of Pityriasis Rosea has not been identified yet. Some doctors claim that it is caused by a virus, bacteria, or fungus while others claim that it is caused by an allergic reaction.

Symptoms
There are a fair number of warning signs of the Pityriasis Rosea rash. The symptoms may differ depending on the patient's general health condition, the climate condition, and the season.

1. Size and appearance at first
When the rash first appears, it has a raised border. Basically, it is a pink patch which can be single, round, or oval in shape. 2 cm to 10 cm is the usual range when it comes to the size of the patch.

2. Few days or weeks later
After a few days, 1cm to 2cm patches appear on the abdomen, back, chest, legs and arms area. They sometimes spread to the neck, but rarely to the face.

3. Back patches
The patches on the back are slightly different from the rest. They tend to be angled and look somewhat like a Christmas tree. Sometimes it is itchy, but it goes away within 6 to 8 weeks.

Treatment
Pityriasis Rosea goes away without treatment. It usually lasts about 6 to 8 weeks. However, in order to relieve itching at home:
1. Apply anti-allergic powder.
2. Avoid taking hot showers. Keep the water as cool as possible while taking the bath.
3. Eat a lot of oatmeal and try bath products which have oatmeal in them.
4. Hydrocortisone cream is very good for the itchy areas on your body. However, do not use these on the face or pubic areas.
5. Use antihistamines, but, for children, you must check with the doctor first.
6. Apply moisturizer regularly.
7. Use gentle soaps and avoid deodorant soaps as these worsen the rash and the itching.
