Here is home remedy for brighter teeth--- mix several teaspoons of baking soda with enough fresh lemon juice (or water) to make a paste. Wipe your teeth and any extra saliva off of them with a paper towel. Put a good amount of paste onto your toothbrush and apply. Leave the paste on for 1 minute, then rinse, so as to avoid the acid effecting enamel. If you are using just water you can leave it on for up to 3 minutes. For faster result you can go for teeth bleaching from dentist.

I guess the bleeding must be from the gums. May be your gums are sensitive. For that, scaling (teeth cleaning) is the solution and periodontal intervention further if required needs to be done.

Wisdom teeth are generally not useful to the fullest during chewing food. Hence if all other teeth if your mouth are in relatively good health and only wisdom teeth are loosening or giving a problem, you can get them removed. If other teeth in your mouth are also not healthy, then maybe your gums are not healthy and need a gum treatment for restoring their health.

Hi, from what I understand, you are talking about your 3rd molar (wisdom tooth). If I am right then I would like to tell you that 3rd molars are prone to getting decayed and stains since its the last tooth in the arch, so regular brushing techniques if not followed properly, tends to accumulate stains and plaque. I would recommended you to consult a dentist to get your tooth clinically evaluated. Regards Dr. Dhruv anand.

Hello Lybrate User, Bad breath is also known as Halitosis, foul smelling odor that seems to come from the mouth cavity. Dry mouth, certain foods such as Onion and garlic because they contain smelly sulfur compounds., poor dental hygiene are few causes of bad breath. Self care technique can help to minimize bad breath, these techniques are as follows - * use oral care products, like mouthwashes and toothpastes. * proper oral care, brush and floss your teeth at least twice a day and use fluoride toothpaste. * stimulate your salivary flow - prevent dry mouth with chewing gum or mints. * eat fibrous fruits and vegetables. * Brush your teeth occasionally with baking soda. * stop smoking. * Drink plenty of water. * Take a dietary supplement - Vitamin C, D, E and B help to eliminate excess mucus and toxins naturally. * Avoid alcohol. i. Clean your tongue daily. Along with that take Homeopathic treatment, the natural homeopathic remedies for bad breath, which are completely safe and no side effects. Homeopathic remedies provide a permanent treatment for bad breath. For homeopathic treatment consult me on lybrate privately. Take care.

Hi sometimes a rct requires multiple visits and you have to complete the procedure immediately. Don't worry about the pain it will subside once the rct is done properly. After completing the rct please cover the tooth with a crown for proper chewing.

Well I cannot comment on rct until and unless I see its xray, what I can suggest presently from your problem is that the food sometimes gets lodged between the crown of tooth and the adjacent tooth which could be reason of sensation, so get an xray done and send me its pic.

An OPG may help estimate the treatment plan. So 400 for OPG. CBCT for bonedensity and structure so 1200 for that Implants quality vary between 5000 to 25000 per implant. And again the prosthesis may vary from 1600 to 12000 per unit. Thus it may cost you between 40k to 1lac on what you plan. Thank you.

Use Homeodent toothpaste twice daily, morning and night before sleep. Take care.Home remedy:- Cleaning your teeth with fresh orange peel on a regular basis will reduce the yellow tinge accumulated on your teeth. Rub orange peel over your teeth every night before going to sleep. The vitamin C and calcium in the orange peel will combat the microorganisms throughout the night.Do this for a few weeks and you will notice effective results. If fresh orange peel is not available, you can use dried orange peel powder. Take care.

Dear Lybrate User, You have partially answered your queries yourself. The post-operative healing after wisdom teeth extraction normally depends on the amount of wear and tear that had taken place during the extraction and also on the way you have taken care of the extraction wounds after the extraction, as advised by your dentist. Regular medication as prescribed by the dentist helps heal the wounds in less than 15 days if everything is good. There could be a possibility of decay with your second last molars that would become evident upon taking an X-Ray of those teeth. Visit your dentist for more comprehensive diagnosis and the ultimate relief of pain. You might not require RCTs and just a simple restoration (filling) will take care of the problem. Good Luck!
