I am 22 year old and blood is flow in my teeth for last 1 year. What should I do?
We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.

I have a problem of bad breath I used so many toothpaste but not work what would I do to solve this problem.

I have a problem of bad breath I used so many toothpaste but not work what would I do to solve this problem.
Just changing the tooth paste will not help you solve the problem. Because the food particles stuck between your teeth must have become hard. Please visit a dentist for cleaning and polishing of the teeth. Following that, brush twice a day. Use a medicated mouth wash. Also, do tongue cleaning. Drink lots of water. Also, check for any cavity present in your teeth.

Hello I want a help I have extracted a tooth 1st molar on wednesday by LA there was no problem the doctor prescribed ...
The pain might be there due to dry socket if its severe. You can get it checked and let the dentist decide what to do? Also why the tooth was extracted, you might have got it extracted because it was severely damaged either due to caries or a root canal treated fragile tooth. Since a carious tooth/root canal treated tooth when extracted results in traumatic extraction or might be the socket crest has sharp edges, which need to be trimmed. Please go to your dentist and let your dentist decide the cause of pain, don't google each and everything. Please trust your doctor.

Hello Mr. lybrate-user, I understand your concern. Recurring mouth ulcers can be due to lack of vitamic B12, stress, spicy foods etc. The ulcers you might be having APTHOUS ULCERS, which usually show recurrence. The food containing Vit. B12,avoiding spicy food & stress relaxation therapy can help you. Vitamin B-12 is mostly available only in animal foods: meat, fish, poultry, eggs, and dairy products. You can also get this important nutrient in some nutritional yeasts, as well as from fortified cereals and soy milk. Local application of Xylocain jelly can help you feeling better while eat & drink. Hope you find this helpful. Thanks for choosing Lybrate! Regards

Although excessive saliva is not too common, there are a number of conditions that can cause it - some harmless, others more serious. It is possible that your saliva problems are just a result of the way you speak. Some people speak faster or slower than others, just as some people blink more often, breathe faster, or have a more rapid heartbeat. This may just be what's normal for you. Since it is negatively affecting your life, I suggest your problem can be ignored. However there are medical conditions that causes excessive salivation Physiological Pregnancy Local causes Oral inflammation- teething Infection ?oral cavity infection, dental caries, tonsillitis, peritonsilar abscess Systemic Toxin exposure- pesticides, mercury, capsaicin, snake poisoning Medication ?tranquilizers, anticonvulsants, anticholinesterases, lithium Neuromuscular ?cerebral palsy, Parkinson?s disease, motor neuron disease, bulbar/ pseudobulbar palsy, Stroke Infection- rabies Gastric- gastroesophageal reflux Advance procedures can be done with laser.DENTAL TIPS: - Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Invisalign - Invisible Braces

It is a dream of many people to have straight teeth, but unfortunately there are people those who find alternatives to correct their misaligned teeth. Orthodontic treatment is the only effective measure that can help people to have straight teeth. But, there are number of factors due to which people often refuse to undergo this treatment. The noticeable and bulky brackets are some factors to name. However, the modern dentistry has managed to introduce latest techniques and methods with the help of which misaligned teeth can be corrected without any ugly brackets. Once such option is called Invisalign-Invisible Braces and this option is for patients who are looking for discrete orthodontic option.

Invisalign system mainly shifts the teeth into its original position just like traditional braces move during the treatment period. But the only difference is that in this system there is no use of elastics, brackets or bands like traditional braces have. In this technique the dentists use a series of detachable transparent retainers that the patient needs to wear for few months after the treatment is over.

Invisalign braces are actually not braces, but it is a series of transparent aligners that move the teeth gradually like traditional braces. It is a custom made brace that is based on patient’s treatment plan and it will be changed after every two weeks. It is becoming ultimate solutions for all age groups. The primary advantage associated with Invisalign system is the periodontal health. Patients will not find any difficulty in taking care of their gum tissues and teeth as no braces and wires are used in the treatment process. So, it will become easier for patients to clean their gums and teeth with ease. Besides, patients can easily take out the braces, eat, brush, floss and put it back again without any hassle.

There are many patients who often refuse for orthodontic treatment because of the regular braces. These metal braces are not only ugly, but the patient experience discomfort during the procedure. So, if you are very much concern about your looks, then Invisalign would be the ultimate choice for you. Undoubtedly, teeth are the most crucial part of our appearance. So, when they are not the best, then it is the time to time to take preventive measures not only to make it look better, but also for peace of mind and health. So, when the time comes to use braces, then consider Invisalign braces in place of traditional ugly braces. We at Dr. Aman Ahuja, Multi Specialty Dental Clinic are eager to offer you assistance in terms of Invisalign system. We have helped many dental patients to get back their natural smile with Invisalign system. So, you would be the next one to have the natural smile with Invisalign!

My son is 16 months old and he is on his teething the molars and having loose motion twice in a day is that normal and he refuses to eat anything what shall I do in this condition?

The loose motions during teething is primarily due to the habit of the toddlers to put everthing in their mouth and bite on it. The certainity of every thing being clean when they put it in their mouth cannot be judged and this leads to the upset stomach. Buy a good teether to help him chew/gnaw on that and try keeping other things from entering his mouth. This will help.
