Hello Doctor. While making love I rubbed vagina of my girlfriend from outside. I didn't insert finger inside. She is virgin. I never inserted penis and it was always very far from vagina. But I may have sperms on my hand but not a lot in amount. Can my girlfriend become pregnant just by this. What are chances of pregnancy. We are very worried. She also has PCOS.

When sperms comes in contact with the air, they die immediately. To get pregnancy sufficient amount of sperms needs to be deposited inside the vagina. She can not get pregnant with the act you described.

चेहरे की हड्डियों के पीछे हवाओं से भरा खोखले स्थान होते हैं; ये नाक गुहा की ओर जाते हैं और इन्हें साइनस कहा जाता है। साइनस में नाक के समान श्लेष्म झिल्ली का अस्तर होता है। झिल्ली नाजुक स्राव (श्लेष्म) का उत्पादन करता है, नाक के अंशों को नम रखने के लिए। बलगम गंदगी के कणों और रोगाणुओं को फंसाता है। 

साइनसाइटिस साइनस को अस्तर करने वाले ऊतक की सूजन है। एक साइनस संक्रमण के कारण सिर के एक तरफ सिरदर्द या आँखें, नाक, गाल क्षेत्र पर दबाव पैदा हो सकता है। सूजन एक वायरस, बैक्टीरिया, या कवक के कारण हो सकता है। यह संक्रमण एलर्जी या ऑटोइम्यून प्रतिक्रिया का भी परिणाम हो सकता है। कुछ लोगों में शारीरिक दोष होते हैं जो साइनस रोग में योगदान देते हैं, जैसे कि:

  1.  दो नाक मार्गों के बीच हड्डी विभाजन की विकृति
  2.  नाक जंतु (सौम्य नाक विकास जिसमें बलगम होता है)

अर्धजीर्ण साइनसाइटिस:
अर्धजीर्ण साइनसाइटिस एक तीव्र साइनसाइटिस को दर्शाता है जो अपेक्षित समय में बेहतर नहीं हुआ है। अर्धजीर्ण साइनसाइटिस लगभग 4 से 12 सप्ताह तक रहता है। 

पुरानी साइनसाइटिस:
क्रोनिक साइनसाइटिस आमतौर पर एक संक्रमण के कारण होता है। हालांकि, यह नाक जंतु या पथभ्रष्ट झिल्ली के कारण भी हो सकता है। पुरानी साइनसाइटिस कम से कम 12 सप्ताह तक रहता है, या वापस आता रहता है।

साइनसाइटिस के लक्षण

पुरानी साइनसाइटिस के लक्षण
कम से कम 8 सप्ताह के लिए निम्न लक्षण मौजूद हो:

  1.  कॅन्जेसटिड और सूजा हुआ चेहरा
  2.  बंद नाक
  3.  नाक गुहा में मवाद है
  4.  उच्च तापमान (बुखार)
  5.  नाक बहना

ये लक्षण भी मौजूद हो सकते हैं:

  1.  उच्च तापमान
  2.  मुंह से दुर्गंध (बुरा सांस)
  3.  थकान
  4.  दांत दर्द

A high estrogen level is one of the reasons behind enlarged breasts. In addition, flaxseeds aid in removing harmful toxins from the body. •Add 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds to a glass of hot water. Drink it once daily. •Another option is to take 1 to 2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil daily.

Hello, breast soreness is common during menstruation and this is a part of PMS syndrome. The pain can be reduced with antispasmodics or NSAIDS.

Practice sex during midcycle. Get ovulation study so do sex on the day of rupture of ova. Go for bbt chart. Do sex on the day of drop of temp. If you can feel there is usually more vaginal (cervical) secretion during ovulation days.

A blocked nose is not only annoying, but extremely discomforting. Several reasons can be held responsible for it and common cold is certainly not the only one. Some other reasons include:

  1. Flu
  2. Allergy
  3. Sinus

Therefore, the remedial measures for blocked nose vary, depending on the cause that led to it. Some of the ways by which you can redress this problem are:

  1. Use a humidifier: Sinusitis is often held responsible for a clogged nose, a condition that is almost always accompanied by severe pain. In such a situation, placing a humidifier in a room proves to be extremely beneficial. This machine treats blocked nose by converting the water to moisture. This fills up the room and significantly increases the humidity of the room. Therefore, when you breathe, the humid air soothes the inflamed blood vessels in the nose and helps you to breathe properly.
  2. Take a hot shower: When you find it difficult to breathe, a quick hot shower can go a long way in curing the discomfort. The logic that operates is the steam generated from the hot shower thins the mucus and also considerably reduces the inflammation in the nose, allowing you to breathe normally.
  3. Drink lots of water: Though the suggestion may seem incredible, drinking water actually helps in unblocking that blocked nose. When you drink a lot of water, the mucus in the nostrils is thinned, at the same time it pushes back the accumulated fluids, thereby curbing the condition of blocked nose.
  4. Using a saline spray: This is one of the most ancient and trusted ways of treating blocked nose. By administering a saline or a nasal spray, the moisture in your nostrils increases and radically diminishes the inflammation.
  5. Use warm compresses: Using a warm compress has been the most reliable form of medication in times of high temperature and also at times of blocked nose. The compress that was dipped in hot water, when placed on the nose and forehead helps to unblock the nasal passages. The soothing effect of the warm compresses reduces the inflammation and facilitates the process of breathing.

Nail biting or onychophagia is mostly subconscious habit triggered by stress, boredom, anxiety or depression. Nail biters acquire this bad habit in their childhood in majority of cases.

While it may seem like a fairly harmless habit, in actuality it is NOT! Nail biting habit may cause finger and nail infections, dental problems, mouth infections and also ugly appearance to your fingers and hands. Hence it becomes necessary to keep this bad habit in check. Try following ways if you wish to give up the habit.

1. Identify the causes/ triggers and fix them
As mentioned, anxiety, depression and stress can trigger nail biting. Fix these causes by practicing meditation, yoga regularly. If required and prescribed by qualified doctor, take medicines to resolve the issues.

2. Engage yourself in joyful activities
As boredom is another cause of nail biting, engage yourself in some light activities like reading good books, music, planting or anything you like.

3. Be determined

If you have taken contraceptive pill after sex and then you have sex after 1 week again. Is it needed to use another pill? If we r in doubt. Should we? Both times with condom.

If you are having sex regularly you should use a proper contraceptive pills starting from 3rd day of your periods .Emergency pills should not be used every now and then .It can cause havoc with your menstrual cyclesYou have not mentioned the dose and name of the pill.

1. Start slow


 

Don’t just jump right in and start exercising five days a week -- that’s a recipe for disaster, says john higgins, md, director of exercise physiology at the university of texas health science center in houston. It’s better that you gradually work up to exercising several days per week while you see how your body responds.


 

“Start slow and go slow,” Dr. Higgins said. “the current recommendation is 2-3 days per week, for at least 30 minutes per day. But for someone who is just starting out, we recommend that they start at 1-2 days per week and ramp it up from there.”


 

Tip 2: Know when to stretch


 

Stretching right before a workout may seem like the best thing to do, but you might be putting yourself at risk of injury.


 

“After you warm up, you should stretch your muscles and hold it for about 15 seconds,” higgins said. “you are less likely to injure yourself when you’re stretching if your muscles are already a little warmed up.”


 

Tip 3: Mix it up


 

Whether you’re going for weight loss or bulking up, a mixed regimen of aerobic and strength training is the best way to achieve the body you want. But even within those categories, don’t stick to the same exercises every day, higgins said.

Want to see results at the gym? here are a few dos and don’ts to help you get more bang for your buck.

“don’t go running every day,” he said. “it’ll get boring and you’ll get to a point where you don’t enjoy it anymore. Try biking, or the elliptical or whatever you enjoy most. If you like to play basketball or tennis, do that, because you’re more likely to stick to something you enjoy.”


 

In addition, move between the four various types of exercise, which are aerobic, resistance (strength) training, flexibility (which includes yoga) and balance, which is especially important for seniors.


 

Tip 4: Know your weight and the right way to use it


 

Most people are confused the first time they walk into a gym, higgins said, but are afraid of asking for advice. But if that’s you -- get over it.


 

“if you don’t know ask,” he said. “by law, gyms have to have people who can help show you how to work out on the machine, and it can save you from badly injuring yourself.”


 

In addition, many gym newbies go for the heaviest weight they can -- a rookie mistake.


 

“Go on a weight machine and, starting at the lowest weight, pull it down and keep adding on from there. Just keep increasing the weight until you reach a point where you can only do one or you can’t do any. That’s too much”


 

Once you find your maximum weight, two-thirds of that number is where you should start.


 

“You should be able to do about 12 reps,” higgins said. “it should be easy, but it shouldn’t be difficult to the point where you’re straining.”


 

Finally, once you have a weight you’re comfortable with, don’t get too eager to increase it.


 

“You should not increase it more than 10 percent in a week,” higgins said. “if you do, your risk of injury increases exponentially.”


 

Tip 5: Know when to take a break


 

When people start out, they are often overzealous and try to get to the gym every day, higgins said. However, by not letting your body rest, you can be doing much more harm than good.


 

“If you don’t give your body time to heal and repair itself, your performance will go down and you’ll get into a vicious cycle where you never fully recover,” he said.


 

And if you’re sore after a workout, that’s good -- unless it hurts too much.


 

“It is normal to have pain and soreness after exercise,” higgins said. “don’t run to take a painkiller, because that can mask pain and cause you to do real damage to your body. Let yourself recover naturally.”

Soon after ovulation I have been experiencing pain in my legs and sensitivity in my breasts. Is ths possible pregnancy or jus PMS? How do I knw if im pregnant?

Ovulation releases many hormones and these lead to these changes which you experience. It could be pms too. The only definite symptom of pregnancy is a missed period. Till the period date is crossed, one generally cannot diagnose pregnancy by just symptoms and it needs either beta hcg estimation, but the levels are dificult to interpret. So wait for the period date. If it is crossed, you can do the urine pregnancy test on an early morning sample and please do it in lab, as home tests give false results.

Hi, My period missed on 25th April. Then I tested from prega news on 29th April, 1st may and 4th may and it was negative. Doctor prescribed me sysron NCR and after 2 day of dose I had period but for one day only and it was very very very light. Now all my doses are over (5 doses for 5 day). When my period will come. Do I need to worry a lot because it's first my period got delayed like this. What I should do?
