Get plenty of rest, especially while you have a fever. Rest helps your body fight infection. Stop smoking and avoid secondhand smoke, which can make cold symptoms worse drink lots of fluids such as water and clear soups. Fluids help loosen mucus. Fluids are also important because they help prevent dehydration. Gargle with warm salt water a few times a day to relieve a sore throat. Throat sprays or lozenges may also help relieve the pain. Avoid alcohol. Use saline (salt water) nose drops to help loosen mucus and moisten the tender skin in your nose.

Whenever I sleep UNDER a fan or NEAR an AC, my nose gets stuffy the next morning. And I sneeze all day. Does this needs treatment? Also I am allergic to dust.

MD - Homeopathy
Homeopath, Aurangabad
Household dust is a mixture of many materials. Dust may contain tiny fibers shed from different fabrics as well as tiny particles of food, plant and insect parts, mold and fungus spores, dander from pet dogs or cats, or feathers from birds. Dust also contains many microscopic mites and their waste products. The waste products of dust mites — not the mites themselves — are what cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Throughout its short life span, a single dust mite may produce as much as 200 times its body weight in waste products. Dust mite waste contains a protein that is an allergen. An allergen is a substance that provokes an allergic reaction. Homoeopathy can cure such allergy.

Doctor, I am 40 years old. From last year I am getting cough and throat infection whenever carpenter work is going on. When I have cough any heavy smell like agarbatti or vegetable irritate my throat. Doctor suggested me derryphylin retard 150 mg morning and night when such things happen. Is this any problem with my lungs.

Sir/madam Tell me. How to improve our sex timing. When I do sex and enter our penis in her vagina. I'm ejaculate too much shortly within under one minute.

Sir/madam
Tell me. How to improve our sex timing.
When I do sex and enter our penis in her vagina. I'm ejaculate too ...
Premature ejaculation is called when you ejaculate within one minute. This is because you are not able to control your excietment and by the time you reach your partner your peak is near. As you enter and there you get discharged. My advice is learn 1). Desensitizing technique - inthis learn not to get overexcieted when you are with your parner. Spend time on foreplay keeping your mind to something that is nonsexual. In this way you will control your excietment and when about 10 minutes have passed then concentrate on the act and as you get charged then do the intercourse. 2) start and stop technique - when you pass urine, do not pass it in one go. Start urination and stop. Repeat this a no of times til you are done. Do it weach time and that will help in long way. 30 kegel exercises - constrict your anal sphinter (opening) and hold it as long as you can control and release when it is over. Repeat this also 50-100 times daily for better control. 4) go for brisk wlaking daily in morning and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. All these will help you along with medicines to learn to do better sex. Relax. You will learn. If anything else can ask me.

I am 35 years old and have twins of 3.5 years age. I am suffering from dizziness since last 2-3 yrs. I am unable to stand, eyes didn't open. Whole body gets cold. After 20-30 minutes it gets normal. But, the body lost all the energy. Is it due to any tension or lack of water. Pls suggest the solution.

Get the blood tested to rule out anaemia. Thyroid function tests are also needed you seem to be sapped of the energy on account of managing the twins. It is quite a handful.

Diabetes has nothing to do with eating more and less amount of sweets. But there are other risk factors for diabetes such as: family history of diabetes overweight physical inactivity increasing age high blood pressure ethnicity. Tea on an empty stomach does causes acidity.

The size of years penis is perfectly ok Try this it will help u. Pls note most of the times premature ejaculation (PE) occurs due to speed. We tend to go fast and in the process the sperm comes out sooner that required. Maintain a low speed and keep on taking deep breathes (when you penetrate) and stop for 30 seconds if you feel like ejaculating. U can practise this process while you masturbate, to gain confidence & remember that you need to enjoy the process and keep taking slow deep breathes. I would also suggest you to engage in some form of relaxation or yoga, to relieve your anxiety symptoms. Anxiety is another cause of PE. Engaging more in oral sex, without touching each others' genitals also helps in setting up the relaxation mode. Then you can go for penetration without much anxiety. For erectile dysfunction you can try getting stimulation from years partner, like proper liking or other forms of hand and oral stimulation in case you want a one to one talk with me, pls contact Lybrate for booking an appointment.

Hello, Take Schwabe’s Alpha-CF and Biocombination-11, both after every 2 hourly for 4 days. Management: -Sponging or bathing with tepid water. The use of a fan or air conditioning may somewhat reduce the temperature and increase comfort. If the temperature reaches the extremely high level of hyperpyrexia, aggressive cooling is required. -Take rest and drink plenty of fluids. -Take light, bland, properly cooked home-made healthy food only. **********Consult again if the fever is accompanied by a severe headache, stiff neck, shortness of breath, or other unusual signs or symptoms.***********

which kind of malaria have you .take precautions for it.The most important and effective way of preventing Malaria is to prevent mosquito bites. The following measures can be taken: *Wear long-sleeved shirts, and long trousers towards evening. Socks and closed shoes are also recommended. Mosquitoes tend to be active in the early evening. *Apply insect repellents to exposed skin areas every 4-6 hours. *Burn insecticide oils or electrically heated insecticide tablets in the bedroom at night. *Spray knock-down insecticide for flying insects inside the bedroom in the early evening with windows/doors closed if there are no window screens *Screened mosquito proof windows and doors and Mosquito nets guard against Mosquito bites. Diet Plan Phase 1: Once diagnosed with malaria, the patient can be put on an orange juice diet. This is recommended especially if the patient has high fever. In most cases, this fever lasts for a week to ten days. Phase 2: The next phase of the diet plan involves eating only fruit. During this phase, the patient should be given a healthy serving of fresh fruits. Some of the fruits to include are pineapples, papayas, oranges, grapes, apples, grapefruits, and mangoes. Keep in mind that the fruit diet should not last for more than three days. The patient can be given milk on the third day of the fruit diet as milk contains proteins and fats that are needed by the body. Phase 3: During the convalescing period, the patient can be given a well-balanced diet consisting of not only fruits but also vegetables, whole grains, and nuts (other than groundnuts and other oil-rich nuts). Here’s a basic plan for this period: In the morning: The patient can be given a glass of lemon juice, preferably lukewarm. Honey can be added to sweeten the drink. For breakfast: A bowl of fresh fruits along with a glass of milk is recommended. Lunch: Lunch should include steamed vegetables and if the patient is hungry, one or two whole grain tortillas can be given. Buttermilk is a good drink to wash the food down. Mid-day meal: A glass of vegetable or fresh fruit juice. For dinner: Dinner can include homemade cottage cheese, sprouts and a bowl of salad made with fresh green vegetables and some lime juice dressing. While this is a recommended diet plan for malaria patients, it is best to always consult your doctor before making any drastic dietary changes. Patients with other underlying conditions like diabetes or existing heart and liver disorders may require special diets. They should not follow this diet without consulting a doctor. Foods that need to be avoided when one has malaria include: Alcohol, tea, coffee, and other caffeinated beverages. Refined and processed foods, including white flour, cakes, and pastries. Meat, sauces, pickles, and other condiments should also be avoided. Foods After Malaria A light diet consisting of vegetables, poultry, fish and may be a little red meat is recommended, as it provides the necessary protein for the body to repair itself. Include plenty of green vegetables, whole grains, rice, and iron-rich foods as they are considered good for malaria patients. During recovery, a malaria patient tends to lose his/her appetite, so attention should be given to provide as much variety as possible.
