If you are having piles and bleeding, it may be due to constipation or damage of anal mucosa due to hard stools. I would suggest you sitz bath: take hot water in a tub and add betadine solution, cover your anal area and sit for 15-20 minutes twice a day if possible thrice a day. It will reduce bleeding and helpful for healing. Wash the anal area with mild soap, pat dry and apply the lignocaine jelly after bowel movement and at bedtime. Liquid cremaffin plus 2 tsp twice a day. You should prevent constipation by eating healthy food, which contains fiber. Avoid spicy, fatty, heavy meals and meat. Avoid smoking if you smoke. If your symptoms persist, I would suggest you visit a general surgeon for clinical and physical examination to know about degree of hemorrhoids. Treatment (medical or surgical) can be decided by surgeon. Hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries, I will be happy to help you. Thank you.

Basic Life Support (B.L.S), Doctor of Medicine
General Physician,
This history is not enough to diagnose cause of pain. But if it's acidity that she's suffering from making following changes in her lifestyle will definitely help. Avoid eating spicy and oily food. Avoid heavy meals. Instead prefer small frequent portions. Avoid taking stress. Remember 3 causes - hurry worry & curry. Still no improvement or for immediate relief you will have to take medication.

1) oily food & cold drinks can trigger gas problems & discomfort. 2) more gas formation is due to improper digestion. 3) take 2 spoons ghee before meal 2 times 4) use butter milk in meal 5) do pavanmuktasan daily empty stomach & vajrasan after meal. To improve digestive system.

BAMS

Hi, Take Cap. Cyra D continuously for 2-3 weeks one cap before breakfast. Take Tricaine gel 2tsf 3 times a day before food to reduce heartburn and pain. These medications when taken for such long duration, will heal the wounds inside the stomach. That is why the duration of the medicine is important. Sequence #1 Begin by sitting on your heals with knees bent. To soften any strain on your knees place a yoga block or folded blanket between your feet. Using your eyes to guide you, revolve your body to the right, looking over your shoulder. Hold and breathe for a count of 10, return to the center and revolve to the left in the same manner. Return to center. Extended Child Pose Extend your hands and arms forward into pose of the child. Try to place your buttocks on your heels. If this is too difficult open your knees wider and keep your feet together as you extend. Continue to breathe normally without forcing or “trying” to breathe. Sequence #2 Lie on your back, legs extended out and bring your right knee in towards your chest. Interlace your fingers around the knee.Elbows are lifted up and out to the side to keep the lungs open.Without forcing the knee, round up and gaze down the length of the extended leg. Hold for the count of 5 then roll down. Lower the right leg and repeat with the left leg. Bring both knees into your chest, and then extend away to arms length. Repeat in and away several times. This is a great massage for the lower digestive system, as well as, your lower back. Repeat the entire sequence 4-5 times then extend the legs out and relax in Savasana or resting pose. Sequence #3 Lying on your back, bring both knees in toward your chest and wrap your arms around your knees as much as possible. Hold for the count of 10, breathing naturally. Release your knees and keeping them bent, move them out and over your hips. Extend your arms out to the side and ground your shoulders and palms of your hands to the floor. Slowly lower your feet and knees over to the right, keeping your shoulders and palms grounded. Gaze towards the ceiling. You can make the rotations with knees bent and feet off the floor or an easier way is to keep the feet flat and together on the floor and lower from one side to the other. Return to the center and lower your bent legs over to the left. Move your legs from right to left inhaling to lift and exhaling to lower for 4-5 times. On the final rotation stay and hold on the right side for a count of 10. Then lift up and over to the left holding for 10 counts. Come back to the center, extend your legs and rest before repeating the sequence.

I am very thin 22 year old boy. My digestive system is so weak. Sir. What can I doo for gud health.

MBBS
General Physician,
I am very thin 22 year old boy. My digestive system is so weak. Sir. What can I doo for gud health.
It seems as if you are bothered with irregularities of your bowel habbits. Let me tell you how can your digestive system be regularized. First of all have a look at your life style. Regular sleep and dietary habbits, in most of cases do suffice. Any addictions, may be smoking, drinking, tobacco chewing etc. also have bad effects on digestion. In addition, compulsorily mixed type of salad must be present at each time when you eat.Add fruits of season to lunch. Extra effort for the problem may be taken in the form of 2 spoons of honey added to half a cup of Lukewarm water every morning empty stomach is excellent remedy. A week or so, if followed the above, still persistent, medicines may be prescribed. Not now. Hope satisfied Regards

Keep a food diary and track your food habits
One thing that helped my patients a lot was to keep a food diary. They write down every thing one eats and why one was eating. Such as, hungry, not hungry, kind of mood while taking a meal, etc. One learns a lot about himself eg: some people eat when bored, some when happy. Some are emotional eaters too. This information will also help me counsel you and chart for you the perfect diet plan guaranteed to reduce or gain weight!

So dont wait start keeping a food diary and revert back with me for any help!

No need immediately if you don't have symptoms, you need to manage it medically as of now. If you leave it unattended then it may cause cholecystitis infection and that might be an emergency surgery. So, to prevent such incident then try to regularize your diet, lower your fat or oil consumption as you may develop acidity in future.
