Every day I release gas 5 to 6 times. It sounds so much. Give me proper diagnosis because I fell shameful when I sit in a meeting and release gas loudly.

Hello, Thanks for your query. Try an over-the-counter medicine containing simethicone, which helps to break down gas bubbles. You can try a process of elimination by substituting a gassy food for a non-gassy one, and see which one is giving you the most trouble. A few basic substitutions: • Rice milk for cow’s milk • Bananas, blueberries and melon for apples, peaches and plums • Gluten-free and spelt cereals and bread for wheat and rye products • Bamboo shoots, bok choy, carrot, celery, corn, eggplant, green beans, lettuce, chives, parsnip, pumpkin, and tomato for artichokes, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cabbage, okra, onions, and peas. I am 41 years of old. I have digestion problem (IBS). I have so much of Gases problem. No food digest. My weight loss by 12 kg. Previous my weight was 72 Kg but now it is 58 or 57 kg Please tell me proper food plan for a day to be digest. How to improve digestive system? How to gain weight?

Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Don't drink water immediately after meal. Take 10-12 glass of water.

There are hairs on my lower chin (big and coarse) Also acne on face. What can be done to stop androgen in body.

Water melon juice: Prepare watermelon juice in a juicer which does not separate the pulp but converts it into semi liquid so that it can be taken as a part of juice. Cut some watermelon in small pieces of less than half inch. Mix with juice. Have some mint leaves, duly washed and cut. Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. This delicious juice is a mine full of antioxidants, nutrients and fiber. If desired, one can also add some lemon juice and salt.

Hi doctor, I delivered a baby girl normally on 26 Aug 2015. Its 6th Month running now. I had my post birth periods till September. Since then I didn't get my periods. Am I doing fine? What is the usual time limit for this?

I am 21 old and weight is 80 kg and to who reduce my weight and what food should I take.

For loosing weight few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

To lower down body heat- * drink 10 ml gulab jal twice a day with a glass of water. * do not eat non veg (chicken, eggs), peanuts (moong fali), dry fruits especially kashew (kaju). * drink upto 2-3 liters of water everyday. * practice sheetali pranayan in the morning for 5-8 minutes. I have suffered from chickenpox. Now I'm recovering from it. But the red spots leaving dark black spots on my whole body. What should I do to remove them. Please help.

These dark spots are called post inflammatory hyper pigmentation. Over a period of time these should fade. If persist beyond 6 months then topical demelanising agents may be used.

Dear ma'am Pain in legs during mc is commonly due to iron deficiency. U cn start with pomegranate for 40 days. Typhoid cn be one of d reason fr weakness too. Improve your diet with iron rich source like palak ,gur, suji,chukandar, kishmishetc.

Go for jogging, bolyball, basketball, swimming, cycling, skipping, hanging on a bar. Go for aerobics for 30 mnts. Take, apples, carrots, banana, soya been, spinach, potatoes, milk, almonds, walnuts, cheese. Take, plenty of water to eliminate toxins. Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no single food that miraculously causes weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Try to manage at least 4 calorie dense meals in breakfast lunch evening snack and dinner. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. This is possible to manage even if you are stressed with time. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. If you do not take meals properly you will just land up breaking muscle mass and lose even more weight. Even if you were to take medicines or supplements they will be of no use if your diet is not fixed. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal before you even go for a supplement.

3.  Instead of focusing on foods you don't like, increase foods you like in your diet: This is very true of most diets as people tend to start having cravings when they deny themselves of food. Thus it is advisable to slowly change your diet overtime and incorporate healthy options such as certain fruits or low calorie snacks that you like and slowly replace the unhealthy options.

4. Use TV time as a quick exercise opportunity: If you are sitting in front of the TV, you can start a small regimen of doing a few free hand exercises when the commercials come up. Use everyday objects near you as weight or as support platforms to do exercises while you don't have to pay attention to what's going on screen. 

5. Remember it is the journey rather than the destination, which matters: Many people tend to get engrossed about the end result and give up midway. You should remember that small things done correctly overtime can help you lose weight quickly and help you keep it off which is equally important.

I have just recovered from Dengue, I am have lumps on my left leg which r very painful esp when I walk, I am 70 years old woman and walk at least 2 kms daily in the morning ,even now I have started walking though it is painful, pl advise. Thanks.

lumps can be due bruise or bleeding into subcutaneous issue. take analgesic like paracetamol for few days. take vitamin C twice daily. keep walking take care

your bmi is 23 and 58 kg is the maximum permissable ideal weight for ur height...don't worry about being thin...obesity is linked to so many diseases
