Is there any age limit for hair transplant? I am 21 can transplant my hair I take lotion name is more 12.5% for hair growth is it good or bad.

Hair transplant patients can range in age from 21 to 80 but surgeons prefer young men to wait until they are older (around 30). The reason for this is that if hair loss is at an early stage it can be difficult to predict how it will advance. A surgeon will prefer to monitor the hair loss over a period of time until it reaches the stage where treatment is necessary.

Daily hair falling problem, my hair are falling over 30 to 35 hairs daily. Please Give me a solution.

Daily hair falling problem, my hair are falling over 30 to 35 hairs daily. Please Give me a solution.
Taking care of your hair *take nutritious healthy food *have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. * have adequate rest and timely sleep. You may have limitations because of your profession, but stick to it as far as possible. *use warm or cold water for bath and not very hot water. * hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * when the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Hair growth is dependent on several factors. We have good treatment in homoeopathy without causing adverse effects. These medicines are given internally and they improve the system to promote healthy growth of hair and prevent hair fall.

Hair loss, also known as alopecia or baldness, refers to a loss of hair from the head or body. Baldness can refer to general hair loss or male pattern hair loss. People have between 100,000 and 150,000 hairs on their head. The number of strands normally lost in a day varies, but on average is 100. In order to maintain a normal volume, hair must be replaced at the same rate at which it is lost. The first signs of hair thinning that people will often notice are more hairs than usual left in the hairbrush after brushing or in the basin after shampooing. Styling can also reveal areas of thinning, such as a wider parting or a thinning crown More than 95% of hair loss in men is male pattern baldness (MPB. MPB is characterized by hair receding from the lateral sides of the forehead (known as a "receding hairline") and/or a thinning crown (balding to the area known as the ‘vertex’). Temporary or permanent hair loss can be caused by several medications, including those for blood pressure problems, diabetes, heart disease and cholesterol. Any that affect the body’s hormone balance can have a pronounced effect: these include the contraceptive pill, hormone replacement therapy, steroids and acne medications. Traction alopecia is most commonly found in people with ponytails or cornrows who pull on their hair with excessive force. In addition, rigorous brushing and heat styling, rough scalp massage can damage the cuticle, the hard outer casing of the hair. This causes individual strands to become weak and break off, reducing overall hair volume. Trichotillomania is the loss of hair caused by compulsive pulling and bending of the hairs. Onset of this disorder tends to begin around the onset of puberty and usually continues through adulthood. Due to the constant extraction of the hair roots, permanent hair loss can occur. Traumas such as childbirth, major surgery, poisoning, and severe stress may cause a hair loss condition known as telogen effluvium, in which a large number of hairs enter the resting phase at the same time, causing shedding and subsequent thinning. Hair loss often follows childbirth without causing baldness. In this situation, the hair is actually thicker during pregnancy due to increased circulating oestrogens. After the baby is born, the oestrogen levels fall back to normal prepregnancy levels, and the additional hair foliage drops out. A similar situation occurs in women taking the fertility-stimulating drug clomiphene. Hypothyroidism (an under-active thyroid) and the side effects of its related medications can cause hair loss, typically frontal, which is particularly associated with thinning of the outer third of the eyebrows (also seen with syphilis). Hyperthyroidism (an over-active thyroid) can also cause hair loss, which is parietal rather than frontal. Temporary loss of hair can occur in areas where sebaceous cysts are present for considerable duration (normally one to several weeks). Gradual thinning of hair with age is a natural condition. This is caused by an increasing number of hair follicles switching from the growth, or anagen, phase into a resting phase, or telogen phase, so that remaining hairs become shorter and fewer in number. An unhealthy scalp environment can play a significant role in hair thinning by contributing to miniaturization or causing damage. Air and water pollutants], environmental toxins, conventional styling products and excessive amounts of sebum have the potential to build up on the scalp. This debris can block hair follicles and cause their deterioration and consequent miniaturization of hair, It can also physically restrict hair growth or damage the hair cuticle leading to hair that is weakened and easily broken off before its natural lifecycle has ended. In homeopathy after proper case taking medicine will be prescribed accordingly. So pls consult either to a homeopath nearby your residence or you can consult me via Lybrate. General medicines are arnica, jaborandi which are easily available in oil base. Some very good shampoos are also available in homeopathy which prevent hair fall and early greying of hairs.

Hi, the allergy is due to the waxing. Just apply moisturiser cream with the above tablets and cream. Also since when have you taken treatment? if the rashes are increasing you may need an injection to reduce them.

Hello, thank you for posting on lybrate. I appreciate your concern regarding acne and I will try to answer your queries in best possible way. Acne, as you must be aware is a pretty common condition affecting majority of teenagers. It is caused chiefly due to hormonal influence and clogging of pores and followed by infection and inflammation. It has tendency for recurrence and complications like pigmentation and scarring, thus mandates proper treatment at the earliest. Treatment usually depends on severity of of acne and for the accurate grading you need a proper examination by a dermatologist or atleast you can share your pics in a direct question, so I can advise you in a better way. Usually I advise proper course of oral antibiotics (azithromycin etc) with or without oral isotretinoin for few months. Additionally, I advise use of a cream containing nadifloxacin/clindamycin twice day and a gel containing benzoyl peroxide and adapalene for few months. This combination of benzoyl peroxide and adapalene is one of the recent advances in the treatment of acne and has wonderful results if used in a right way. Your local doctor will know about these drugs. Apart from home-based treatment, I also advise procedures like chemical peeling and laser and light therapy for patients having severe acne and associated complications like pigmentation and scarring. Use good quality face wash and a moisturizer on regular basis. Avoid junk food as far as possible and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Hope this will take care of your condition. Thanking you

While your hair mostly depends on your genetics; stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair growth. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, etc. You can also start with zinc and biotin supplements. Amla juice will also help to control hair loss.
