To reduce belly fat it's important to do stretching exercise for that that particular part. Eat small & frequent meals. Drink lots of water. Moreover take amaranth grain as a breakfast cereal to reduce belly fat.

1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning. 2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A, C,D, E.And Zinc 3) Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday. 4) Avoid alcohol and smoking. 5) Get yourself engaged in some activities like reading, sports. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

I do not know when these symptoms started but it will not last too long because the hormonal imbalance, that is causing part of his problem will stabilize. In the meantime please do the following: if you are under some stress, there will be difficulty remembering. So if you handled stress better, you will certainly improve. With regard to memory, it is very important that your brain and body is rested well to be able to recall whatever is required, rather comfortably. So, catch a good 8 hours of sleep every night. Puzzles pose problems to the brain that help it to use new pathways and neurons, which give the brain considerable exercise. It taxes the left brain to use logic to solve the myriad possibilities which other activities do not stimulate. Crosswords are excellent for vocabulary learning and use. Jigsaws and rubik cube stimulate different permutations to finally settle on the most likely one. Picture completion and anagrams help approach problem solving from several angles. Do sudoku, and memory co-relation activities and skills. Have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do yoga meditation exercises, etc. You need to check out, if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with. You may also meet with a counselor to take care of the stress related emotions, and then you will fare better too.

Phimosis becomes a constant source of embarrassment in intimate settings. The inability to fully expose the glans can make the sufferer conscious of the way their penis looks and can also come in the way of fully enjoying intercourse.  Many people who successfully treat their Phimosis report enjoying sex completely anew, with much richer sensations and best orgasms. The added pleasure also adds to their confidence and their ability to satisfy their partners without being self conscious.  However, the real drawback of suffering from Phimosis isn't just its effect on one's sexual life. New studies have shown that Phimosis sufferers are 10 times more likely to suffer from foreskin infections and it can be a cofactor in causing premature impotence and STD's in men.  A tight foreskin can also come in the way of hygiene. Phimosis skin often traps bacteria and penile secretions in the inner folds of the foreskin. This often leads to foul and unpleasant odours.  Most of the teenagers suffer from tightness of foreskin called Phimosis. If you r not in the habit of washing inside foreskin, you will find clotting of white creamy substance inside foreskin which creates irritation, which leads to infection. Always keep inside of foreskin clean by using a mild soap to avoid unwanted skin irritation and infection. You have to take care of this sensitive part more than your face.  Start using coconut oil and slowly move the skin back and forth to bring the normal flexibility of the skin. This practice may bring your foreskin to normal after some days. Try to stretch your foreskin sideways too. Phimosis, if present since birth, is purely a surgical condition. But if it develops in later age due to any inflammation/infection then there are many homeopathic medicines like Merc. Iod. Sulphur, acid-nit, Jacaranda, Cinnabaris, Hepar-sulph, Can notharis, Thuja etc which can help such cases.

Hye, Thanks for the query. You cannot target one body part. You have to work on overall toning. It is important to know that just eating two heavy meals a day will not fulfill your nutrient needs. Most often we skip meals especially when at work or in college. We start our day on empty stomach but our work or stress or activity is never reduced. This causes weakness and lack of energy levels. Food is our source of energy and if you don't eat well as per your needs you are going to get deficient in many nutrients. So, start by eating the right foods at the right time. Eat meals at frequent intervals. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits in your meals. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Sleep well. Exercise at least thrice a week.

Hello lybrate-user. There are a few important precautions to be followed while riding 2 wheelers. Let me enumerate them in brief:(1) always wear protective eye wear like helmet or sunglasses to shield your eyes from dust and ultraviolet rays of sun. (2) wash your eye with clean hands and clean water daily at least 3-4 times. (3) avoid rubbing your eyes with fingers or handkerchief or any cloth. (4) avoid smoking and tobacco products. (5) use a lubricant eye drop 4-5 times daily. All these precautions may take time to be imbibed in your routine but once done so, you are sure to benefit a lot. Take care. Regards.
