If my Body Weight gets down then face also become dull I want my body weight less but not face.

If my Body Weight gets down then face also become dull I want my body weight less but not face.
Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1. Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2. Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3. Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4. Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A. Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B. At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c. Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D. Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E. Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F. Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G. Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H. Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

It has a lot to do with your break up. It is not easy to close a relationship, and there is always a fallout when this happens. It is worse, if it was done with a lot of bitterness. You need to do certain things that will help you to deal with the break up: you must talk about your feelings either to a counselor or to a close friend, you must get into an exercise regimen to tire yourself before going to sleep, you can take a warm bath before going to bed every day, you must have your dinner before 8 pm every day, say prayers before you sleep, sleep on your side most often, think of positive things before retiring, eat a pure carbohydrate meal at night, while lying down do some light breathing deep into your abdomen, make the room as dark as possible. Apart from this clean out all things that remind you of your boyfriend, and do not visit any places you two used to haunt in your hey days.

Frequent use of chemical peel off is not gud for face. But you can use herbal peel like you can use orange peel, make it dry in sun light and grind it, use it on face, it is very good for face. You can also use banana peel.

Three years is a long time for the effects of the breakup to continue to linger and depress you. That was your first mistake and hopefully, last too. Never get into a relationship, hoping for it to end up into a lasting one or even into marriage. All relationships are like trial-runs. Use it to learn how women operate, how they think, how fickle or strong they are in commitments, what happens to you around them, etc. Having learned from one person you move on to another a somewhat learned person and check how the next one functions. You will be surprised that there is so much to learn and understand that it is very naïve to get deeply involved with the very first person you meet. Falling in love is a lovely state as long as it lasts smoothly. That is why breaking up is so difficult, especially, if it is decided by the other person. Divorcing after several years of bed and board, with kids to boot, and departing from each other can be devastating. So it was better that you did not enter matrimonial obligations and then had this fallout. This incident must be treated as a learning experience. There is no remedy but that you carry some wisdom into the next friendship and be perceptive and also prudent in choice. Don’t waste time brooding over this girl. Move on quickly and dispose of all associations of hers and do not frequent places you two visited. In other words take her out of your system and environment and in no time you will get over her. I am assuming that fortunately you did not get into intimate relations with her. Even if that had happened, nothing to worry about. If you are worthy, she is the loser. Look at the positives, and get into circulation with other friends quickly. Hiding your depression and sadness is not advisable – talk about it and deal with it soon.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. The fat that you are carrying around was accumulated in years. So how can you expect to lose it in mere days. As for your training, you need to follow this routine. Your training session is divided into morning and evening workouts: morning: 1. Light jog for 15 minutes. 2.200 jumping jacks. 3.100 meter sprints x 10 4. Medium pace running for 30 minutes. 5. Stretching. Evening: 1. Jumping or skipping for 20 minutes. 2. High knee drill for 10 minutes. 3.150 squats. (15 reps x 10 sets) 4.200 mountain climbers. 5.50 push ups (10 reps x 5 sets) 6.200 mountain jumpers. 7.100 burpees. 8. Stretching. You're going to face a lot of difficulties to complete these sessions during your 1 - 3 weeks. But stay consistent and try to finish each workout as given to you.

3 reasons to eat soy

International Academy of Classical Homeopathy, BHMS
Homeopath,
3 reasons to eat soy
3 reasons to eat soy

Whole soy foods can protect against disease,
Provide nutritional benefits, and taste great in a
Variety of dishes! learn what makes soy so
Healthful, and ways to use this versatile food.
One of the healthiest changes you can make to
Your diet is to incorporate whole soy foods on a
Regular basis. Soy:
1. Is rich in protein, iron and compounds called
Isoflavones, which seem to protect against
Hormone-driven cancers such as prostate cancer
In men and breast cancer in women.
2. Helps protect your heart.
3. May help protect against lung cancer.
I recommend one to two daily servings of soy in
Relatively whole and unrefined forms such as a
Half-cup of tofu, tempeh, green soybeans
(edamame) or roasted soy nuts. You can also
Easily swap meat for tofu in dishes - baked tofu
Works well as a meat replacement in fajitas, stir
Fries and casseroles.
