Dear lybrate-user, Sexual relationships should be mutual between two consenting adults. If she was seduced by this man and they were involved for more than a year then it was probably consensual. But I would not like to assume that. I would like to understand more from you and your friend. Is she feeling guilty about losing her virginity to a man before marriage or it is that they have broken up and are no longer in a relationship that is bothering her? Either way, from what you have mentioned it seems that she had been traumatised or is being unable to cope with the current situation. I would strongly recommend counselling, a good psychologist or counsellor can help her. You can advise her to expressively write all her feelings down on paper and let the emotions she is feeling be expressed. Not to bottle up her emotions. Also, I would be happy to help if she would like an online consult. Hope she feels better soon.

I cannot comment with such short case history, that what are the reasons causing headache. But yes stress causes headache, and that too very frequently. And most of the time it is misdiagnosed. So unnessarry lots of pain killers and anti-migraine pills are prescribed. So better to meet a psychiatrist to resolve your issues.

Hello, The best would be low dose oc pills and not vaginal pills. But they have to be regularly started from day 2 of menses and taken daily.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day. Hello, Doing exercises regularly will not only cut down your belly fat, but also you will get a body in good shape and you will be get rid of many diseases related to it! Following exercises will help you to achieve this if you don’t have any other medical condition: 1.The Plank - Lie down on your tummy and then come on your palms and toes.Lift the knees off the floor. Draw your tummy muscles up and breathe deeply into the side and back of the rib cage. Aim to hold the pose for 30 seconds. 2.Static Tiger pose - Place your hands and knees on the floor. This is the starting position. Now lift up one leg and extend the opposite arm. Hold this Static Tiger Pose for 3 deep breaths. Come back to the starting position and swap sides, extending arm and opposite leg. You can look down towards the mat to keep the spine in line. This exercise will build core strength. 3.Sitting Spinal Twist - Sit on the floor and cross your legs. Place one hand next to your hip and the other on the knee. Rotate the spine and look over one shoulder into a Sitting Spinal Twist. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. Swap sides, rotating and looking over the shoulder. Inhale. Exhale back to centre. 4.Stomach Crunches - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Place your hands on your thighs, across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your knees until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 stomach crunches. 5.Oblique Crunch - Lie on your back, knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your knees to one side down to the floor. Place your hands across your chest or behind your ears. Slowly curl up towards your hips until your shoulders are about three inches off the floor. Hold the position for a few seconds and lower down slowly. Perform 12 oblique crunches and repeat on the opposite side. Medication: Start taking Schwabe's Phytolacca Berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before meals for 1 month. Thereafter revert me back for further guidance. All the best!

Try this first. Massage with your thumbs from the mid points of the shoulder blades on both sides towards the lower back of your head up to lower level of the ears. Use oil or water for massage. Do for 5 to 10 times morning and evening. Consult after 5 days. Do not do from top to bottom. Wish you cure without medicine.

Sleeping right after a workout may promote weight loss. Working out builds muscle, and increased muscle mass results in a faster metabolism -- this helps you burn calories faster, which can help with weight loss. While you sleep your body burns fat more efficiently than when you are awake, so you get double the benefits.  But in your situation Try to sleep in night 8 hrs After a exercise. Better.

Hi, yeah you can continue with lemon juice with lukewarm water. Try to put some hint of honey in it it will further benefit you. Its good for your skin and for your digestive system as well but make sure you don't put too much lemon juice in it otherwise you will have acidity problem.

apply pranacharya face glow on your face for 15 minutes then wash it with warm water.. Take pranacharya b clean syrup 2-2 tsf twice a day. Take pranacharya allergin capsule 1-1 twice a day. Wash your face with any good ayurvedic soap containing neem etc.......

For dandruff - use sebamed anti- dandruff shampoo for application 3 times in a week. Stop oil appliction over scalp. Tab. Keraglo eva once daily for 3 months. Qilib women topical lotion 6-8 sprays once daily. Increase protein diet. Green leafy vegetables. Anaphase shampoo / vichy dercos energising (anti- hair loss) shampoo. Test- hemoglobin, thyroid function test.

Phobias and Fears: Symptoms, Treatment, and Self-Help

An intense fear for anything is called as phobia. Fear and phobia are different to explain in simple terms person feeling anxious and nervous while doing something is fear and failure to attempt to do the work and staying back is phobia. In phobia they have intense fear that make the person to always keep away from exposing to the situation.

Symptoms:

The most common symptoms of phobia are:

  • Trembling or shivering and shaking of body.

  • Rapid breathing or sometimes difficulty in breathing

  • Dizziness

  • Increased heart rate and chest tightness.

  • Tingling sensation

  • Hot or cold flushes

  • Shock and sweating.

Psychological or emotional effects include:

  • Anxiety and fear

  • Detachment from self and environment

  • Looking for ways to escape from facing the situation

  • Going crazy or sometimes even loss of control

  • Overacting to avoid facing the situation.

Consider for treatment and self help of phobia if you have most of the above symptoms in an extreme state. Intense fear, anxiety, interference or avoidance of normal routine and phobia for at least more than 6 months needed to be treated with utmost care.

Treatment and Self help:

  1. Identify your fear level and intensity really helps you to work for the ways to relieve from phobia. Identify the symptoms you experience during fearful situation and work on it to overcome the symptoms.

  2. Learn and practice deep breathing relaxation technique and practice to do few simple deep breathing relaxation exercises.

  3. Face the negative thoughts with courage. In phobia you may overestimate the fearful situation and underestimate your potential to overcome it. Challenge your negative thoughts is the good way of self help.

  4. Make yourself prepared and expose yourself to the fearful situation.

  5. Frame your frame ladder and try to climb each ladder with utmost care and confidence.

  6. Practice regularly. The more you practice exposing to the situation sooner you get relieved from the fear and phobia. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.
