Here is a sample diet to help you understand the diet. Early Morning: Green tea (sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits (avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee sugarless + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Men are inching towards baldness as early as in their 20s. four major hair fall reasons: stress , vices, pollution and poor nutrition . While it's normal to lose between 50 and 100 strands of hair a day, serious hair loss ( medically termed alopecia ) is a sign that something is wrong with our body.As a reaction to an incident of extreme mental or physical stress, the body typically sheds hair after a gap of three months. For instance, if you are down with food poisoning, the mal-absorption of nutrients during this period can lead to hair loss in the next few months. So, it's important to jog your memory to pinpoint the cause. While genetics plays a key role in balding, a stressful lifestyle can play havoc. Simple lifestyle changes such as, getting seven hours of sleep, having a glass of water every hour (strands are made up of minerals, which only water can replenish) and eating protein-rich foods at regular intervals can bring about an 80 per cent change.Apart from these natural treatments, you may consult a trichologist to prevent further loss.

Hi, Do skipping and swimming everyday which are very good exercises for the whole body. Take nutritious diet rich in proteins like milk and milk products, sprouts, dry fruits like almonds, walnuts and pista, dhal ,etc. Take Height and Weight syrup 2 tsf 3 times a day for 2-3 months continuously.

Dear patient, calorie dense food should be incorporated in your diet like dried fruits, potato, sweets, nuts, jam jelly, banana or mango shake, porridge, badam kheer etc. leafy vegetables should be restricted in your diet as they reduce appetite. you should take 3 major meals a day and snacks in between. butter, margarine should be taken. Adequate amount of egg, meat, fish, milk should be taken as it help you for tissue building in your body.try to take 1 boiled egg at every morning. you should eat more food at each meal. Hi Take 200 ml of water + Crush 2-3 garlic cloves and make paste + Add ½ tsp of paste to water and bring to boil + Strain the water + Add 2 tbsp lemon juice to it + Mix well + Drink 2 times a day for 1 week..

Hye, Thanks for the query. Firstly understand that weight gain is very dependent on genetics and metabolism along with your daily diet and exercise routine. It is important to know that just eating just two heavy meals a day will not help. Weight gain is all about taking more calories than you burn. Eating the right foods at the right time is very important. There is no one food that helps weight gain. Eat meals at frequent intervals. You need to eat at least 6 main and mid meals a day. Eat a mid meal between each main meal. Avoid junk foods. Include dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, dry fruits, starchy vegetables, rice, bread, whole grain cereals, smoothies, masala milk, ghee, cream in your meals. Just eating sugary, sweet foods is not good. Try to have healthy deserts like kheer, chikki or lassi. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Exercise at least thrice a week. It helps development of muscle mass and improves appetite.  Even if you were to take just medicines or supplements they will not work in isolation. You need to have a calorie and nutrient dense meal and good exercise routine, it's crucial.

Eat more than three meals a day. In adults, multi-organ involvement is also frequent. In malaria endemic areas, people may develop partial immunity, allowing asymptomatic infections to occur.

The most important factor for migraine is triggering factor. It might be anything from acidity, smell of masala, too hot or too cold. Try to avoid it. Change your lifestyle. Wake up early in the morning. Walk on grass bare foot in early morning. Yoga. Don't remain empty stomach for long period. Migraine is precipitated by menstruation. Avoid all these. There is no permanent cure of migraine. Whenever you have attack of migraine just go to cool calm dark place. Take a nap of half an hour. Use tab Headset half tab on acute attack. Use tab pan-d to prevent vomiting and acidity.
