I tried many thing/ food to gain some weight but still no result. Should I consider supplements or any other thing?
To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. c. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. d. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. e. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. f. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. g. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain. Try to be patient while you are on the process of weight gain. Results take time to show. Just follow the regimen of weight gain religiously and you will soon start seeing the results.

Sir my age is 23. Height 6 ft. Weight 76 kg. Sir I had habit of masturbating 5 times daily since 5 years during phone sex by rubbing penis against bed for hours. I was enjoying my masturbating habit. I had started it at the age of 17. But sir during mid half of 22 .8 month ago .one day I felt severe pain in the left half head back side .a shooting pain. From.there it goes to whole head. I was in a severe pain those days at single point on half head. I went to an neurologist .he ordered CT scan of head. It was shown some sinus in my head. Doctor says it is normal. At that time my bp was 150/100. That time I left habit of masturbation but used to have night fall daily basis. After 2 month when I was doing yoga .one day I had frequent urination upto 30 times and weight loss on third day. Sugar was tested it was normal. So I had urinary tract infection. I had taken medicine for it but it was reoccurring. And also I started feeling bones and muscle pain in whole body. And numbness and tingling im whole body along with light abdominal pain. So I had my uric acid test .it was normal. But my urgency to pass urine was more frequent and dark colored reddish urine. again I had urine culture it was normal. But infection was with 4-5 pus cell. So I had ultrasound of abdomen and prostate .it came mild prostatomegaly 22. 6 cc and right renal cortical cyst. I had MRI plain of abdomen. It also came with right renal cortical cyst. But my problems of numbness and tingling in whole body increasing day by day. I am having excessive hair growth on whole body even on eyebrows and head but retarded growth on moustache. I am having more bone and muscle pain including mouth along with inflammation in body. Chest pain. Chest and abdomen enlargement too. Much.abdomen is looking too bad. Since 8 month my appetite is reduced. When I was well I had 7 chappati at a time. Now from 8 month I am having 2 chappati at time. But still I am having chest and abdomen enlargement. Along with hair growth on whole body .with new hair growth. Sir I had my total blood testosterone it came 2.21 ng/ml. 2 month ago and cortisol 234ng/ml. FSH was 6.28 miu/ml. So in mid I took glginseng and shilajeet and daily intake of 1 kg mangoes. After 2 month I again had my test testosterone came 3.73ng/ml. Cortisol 153ng/ml. Prolactin 11.28 ng/ml. Tsh is 1.34. .but sir still I am having problems. My bp is 150/100 and sugar is lowering 66 after eating. Sir I am also noticing that my testicle size is reducing. They are now 2 cm very small. Sir my abdomen pain when I sit and when I drink and eat something. And left half head shooting pain. It pains a lot. Sir I think some hormonal problem is in my body. Sir I think I had some type of adrenal tumour or pituitary tumour. I can not distinguish because e I am not a doctor but you can help me better. Sir can you tell me where is the problem?

Hi. Don't worry you are not suffering from adrenal tumour and all. Take thuja 1m 4pills once only do not repeat it from next day start taking following treatment sabal ser q 10 drops 3 times 5phos 4pills 3 times staphy 30 4pills 3 times for 8 days and revert back for further treatment. Do not continue same medicines more than 8 days.

You are just 19. Acl tear causes instability of knee joint. It leads to many problems like difficulties in running, sports etc. It may also lead to meniscus tear. If its partial tear, then physiotherapy may help. If its complete tear, then it can not heal on its own.

*Take nutritious healthy food *Have regular vigorous physical exercise so that blood circulation reaches hair follicles and nourishes the hair. *Avoid mental stress and smoking and such unhealthy habits. *Use warm or cold water for bath and NOT very hot water. * Hard water is harmful. Boiling will reduce hardness. * When the hair is wet, it is weaker and don't rub too much with towel. * Use wide toothed comb so that there is no pulling pressure on the hair. *Your usual hair dye has large doses of ammonia, which changes hair texture, dries out the scalp and almost leads to hair fall. Natural products like Shikakai and Amla are better than chemical compositions of manufactured shampoos. *Hair fall, dandruff and tendency for gray hair are dependent on several factors. Thyroid has nothing to do with weight gain! moreover, don't presume, get your thyroid profile tested, if you really have thyroid. It can be cured by medicines! 1.

How to lose fat from hips and thighs Dietary changes – •Check the oil that you are using. Vegetable-based and olive oils are good for you. Cut down on ghee, butter, cheese, paneer and margarine. •Limit your carb intake. Restrict yourself while eating potatoes, white rice, sago, pasta and other products made of refined flours. •Use only skimmed milk and skimmed milk curd. •Give up on all the fried foods until you get that shape. Nothing will come easily. Avoid fries, pakodas, samosa, fried momos, chips, and other fried snacks. •Increase your fibre intake. Eat whole cereals, oats, broken wheat / daliya, brown rice, brown breads, fruits with skin and a lot of green veggies. If possible mix bran into your flour. •If you are a non-vegetarian and enjoy fish, you will love this diet. Eat fish upto 4 times a week. Bake it, grill it but don’t fry it. You can have other lean meats up to 2 times in a week. And egg whites for breakfast are a good idea. •2 tsp of Triphala churn, along with ginger water is excellent way to help you liver to break down fats speedily and effectively. •Cut the intake of wheat. Extra carbs always end of on hips and thighs. Include other cereals like jowar, bajra, and mix these flours with horse gram flour and soya flour. •Go very light with your dinners. A plate full of salad made out of veggies, sprouts, fruits along with soups will help. Fill in with a very small portion of brown rice or daliya. In short have a fiber and protein rich dinner and go low on carbs. Eat dinner around 7.30 pm and having a small walk after it will only add up to your goal. •Consume as much of water as you can and eat different varieties of melons for better results. How to lose fat from hips and thighs through exercise •Walking is the best exercise for your hips and thighs. Walking up to 4 km per day will make your goal appear closer and closer. •If I ask you, “how to lose fat from hips and thighs”? You would probably answer cross trainer or the cycle at gym. Frankly you are not helping yourself if you are doing these to lose fat from hips and thighs. These exercises will only help you in tightening your muscles and then bulking them up. •If you have been walking already, but don’t see much result, then you might need to increase the distance by a km and the intensity of walks from the 30thminute onwards. Also check your diet to ensure you are following the tips above. •Lunges and squats will help you too. Remember to check your posture while you do these exercises. Wrong posture can cause pain. •Running and jogging, hiking and trekking will help you too. Now that you know how to lose fat from hips and thighs all you need to do is tailor the above given tips to suit your plan. You could slowly increase your exercise and go easy with the diets. Do muscle building exercise which will help to gain weight and follow these. Take more food more frequently. Use whole cream milk or milk shake. Take banana 3-4pcs/day. Use weight gainer supplement. Take more nuts, seeds. Eat lots of dense fruits and vegetables. Use unrefined foods more. Take extra fish, egg, lean meat, yogurt, cottage cheese, peanuts, peas, tofu, mushroom. Use extra healthy fat in cooking. No water just before and during meals. Avoid smoking, alcohol. Take sleep for 7-8 hours at night.

there are many causes of greynig hair. like age factor, side effects of any medicines, and some hormones imbalances of testosterone,etrogen,thyroid hormones. pl. do tests these hormones and reply for better advice. you can use alovera shampoo daily.
