Hello lybrate-user, it is quite human and normal to feel possessive about your family members because you love and care for them. And I sense that you too want their love, acceptance and support from them. 1. However it is important to remember our boundaries with everyone including family members so that the relationship has breathing space and all members are able to" grow together" and find their own individual space in this world. In psychology we call it the human need for individuality and togetherness. 2. When a person gets both kind of space in life, they feel connected, safe, secure, Confident and liberated. This is very important for all people to give and take from each other. 3. If a person doesn’t get the space to experiment and do things in their own way, their individual personal growth stops and high possibilities of dysfunctional living ie. Arguments, misunderstanding, poor physical and mental health. 4. Thus I suggest that you give your family members the space to branch out and grow in different ways which might be their dream. 5. Trusting them and being patient with them is important. Doing their own thing doesn't mean that they don't like you or will forget you. This is a very innate need and they will function best when they get space and also enjoy some emotional closeness with each other. 6. While they are doing their own thing, I suggest that you start looking into your own life and pick up a lost hobby, catch up with friends or whatever you think you didn't have time for and had sacrificed for the sake of your family. This way every person will have space and support of each other.

5 Superfoods You Should Include In Your Everyday Diet Plan

5 Superfoods You Should Include In Your Everyday Diet Plan

Eating right is the simple secret to living healthy. Mothers stress on the importance of eating healthy and at home you shirk off their advice. But deductions based on years of research studies are hard to turn one’s eyes away from. Eating the right food items affects a person’s overall health in more ways than he or she can think of. While you may bring changes to your diet in fifteen days’ time, certain things should always be a part of your daily food consumption.

Take a closer look at these superfoods you should be consuming regularly:-

  1. Include nuts in your daily diet- The amazing revelation that having nuts can add a year or two more to your expected life span can actually attract your attention to its other benefits. Nuts are rightly known as storehouses of energy. Having a handful of nuts everyday can help improve your skin and hair health. It also purifies your body. Nuts have a high percentage of unsaturated fats and can therefore make you reap the benefits of a healthy cardiovascular system.

  2. Oranges can keep you fit- Make it a point to eat citrus fruits on a daily basis. Oranges, particularly, can remedy a host of health issues. Eating one big orange each day can help you to have a taut and firm skin. Oranges are rich in vitamin C which leads to the production of collagen thus further strengthening your skin cells. An orange provides your skin with antioxidants that prevent free- radicals from causing harm to your cells. Vitamin C also leads to the production of antibodies and white blood cells which are necessary for defending your body against diseases.

  3. Fresh green vegetables must be befriended- Green leafy vegetables should be an inevitable component of your daily meals. May it be spinach or kale, eating them in monitored proportions every single day can fulfill your need for vitamins K, C and A. Green vegetables are bountiful in other nutrients like potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron too.

  4. Some yogurt is great for active metabolism- There are many people who lack in calcium and are also allergic to milk. Women usually need more calcium as and when they age; yogurt can be a great substitute for milk in these cases. That aside, yogurt is known to contain helpful bacteria that defends your body from intestinal problems. It helps in digestion and is capable of increasing your metabolic activity.

  5. Raise a toast to tea and enjoy good health- You must be aware of the vast number of plus points drinking green tea has. Tea is known to be useful for your health because of its high content of flavonoids. Tea can aid a person in fighting off diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer’s disease and other routine problems like weak gums. You may have different kinds of tea but preparing the drink freshly is always more effective.

I have little bit problem in near heart Side. Normally pain their then please give Me information.
Acidity, Gas and Heartburn Acid buildup, gas, and heartburn can cause mild to severe pain in the left side of your chest. These all develop in your intestines and move to the chest area. When the pressure pushes against the wall, you feel the pain. You may experience bloating, flatulence, and abdominal pain alongside the left chest pain. You should not ignore this pain as it is very similar to that of a heart attack. It is important to receive proper diagnosis from your doctor. Lifestyle Stress, obesity, and diabetes may be the cause of left side chest pain. Stress may not be a direct link to heart attack, but it is important that you consult your doctor if you feel you experience pain from stress. Obesity and diabetes may also lead to other health conditions if not properly treated. Most of the time they can be avoided by changing your diet, altering your health routine, and lowering your amount of smoking and alcohol. 12 Other Causes Left side chest pain can accompany many left side abdominal pains. Several organs lie just beneath the left chest cavity. Kidney infections, kidney stones, pain in the spleen, and gastritis are just a few of the ailments that may cause left side chest pain. This pain may even be heightened when eating, after eating, or when breathing. When you have sudden onset of left side chest pain, call your doctor immediately. You may also need to call if the pain does not go away or is untreatable with anti-inflammatories. Never make your own diagnosis, as left side chest pain may be the symptom of a more severe medical condition. Call your doctor immediately if you have left side chest pain accompanied by fever, chills, or coughing, swallowing difficulty, or severe pain that does not go away.

1. Burn Fats And Calories 2. Healthy Diet to Lose Weight 3. Leave Carbonated Beverages 4. Eating vegetables to lose weight 5. Eating fruits to lose weight 6. Stop eating sugar lose weight fast 7. Reduce sodium lose weight 8. Herbal Tea to lose weight Common Protein Deficiency Symptoms Even with a wide variety of protein sources available, some people experience protein deficiency symptoms due to a lack of protein intake. Severely restrictive diets, lack of knowledge about nutrients, and even poverty can contribute to protein deficiency. Protein deficiency is nothing to fool around with either; deficiency can lead to gallstones, arthritis, and muscle deterioration, as well as heart problems. Here are some of the most common symptoms. Edema Edema is a collection of fluid under the skin, which most commonly affects the legs, feet, and ankles but can occur anywhere on the body. Protein is essential for maintaining a balance of water in your body; without it, you may store water improperly. Weight Loss Severe weight loss is one symptom of a protein deficiency. It may be attributed to muscle wastage, as your body breaks down your muscles in an attempt to get protein from them. Thinning or Brittle Hair Hair loss and thinning or brittle hair can also be caused by a protein deficiency. Hair is made up of protein, so a deficiency may lead your hair to lack the amount of protein it needs to stay healthy. If you become deficient enough, your hair will even begin to fall out. Ridges in Nails Ridges or white lines in both finger and toe nails can be caused by a lack of protein the diet. Ridges that run from top to bottom on the nail can indicate an ongoing protein deficiency, while a ridge that runs transverse may indicate a deficiency that has now passed. Pale Skin Skin that loses pigment and burns more easily in the sun can be caused by a lack of iron, as well as protein. Frequently, foods that are rich in iron also contain protein, and protein is necessary for the body to utilize iron properly. Anemia or lack of iron may result in pale skin. Skin Rashes Skin rashes, which may be accompanied by dry or flaking skin are a symptom of a protein deficiency. These rashes are caused by extreme protein deficiency and may resemble eczema or other dry skin rashes. General Weakness Weakness and lethargy may be caused by a lack of protein in the diet. Over time, as your stores of protein are depleted, your body will begin to break down muscle tissue, which can lead to a feeling of general weakness or lethargy. Slow Healing Amino acids, the building blocks of protein, are crucial in wound healing. When your body heals itself, it needs to repair or produce tissues. These tissues use amino acids in the repairs, and a lack of protein can lead to a slower building process. Difficulty Sleeping Difficulty in sleeping could be caused by a serotonin deficiency, which is caused by a lack of certain amino acids. These amino acids are produced when protein is broken down, and a diet with insufficient protein could lead to difficulty in sleeping. Headache Headaches can be caused by many things, including a protein deficiency. A lack of protein may lead to headaches in one of a couple ways: By causing anemia By causing low blood sugar Fainting Fainting and general weakness may be caused by a protein deficiency as well. This may be attributed to low blood sugar or to your body's need to break down muscle tissue to get the nutrients it needs. Other Symptoms Not all of the symptoms of protein deficiency are physical. Some are emotional or mental, and include the following: Crankiness, moodiness Problems with conflict resolution Severe depression Anxiety Lack of energy, no desire to do things
