Dear, To control your body heat following methods are given below : • Sweating makes your body temperature low .when you go outside in hot weather drink 2 -3 glass of water before going . Make your body hydrated by drinking 8- 10 glass of water daily . • When you go outside cover your face and arms and head .Because due to sun rays your body temperature will rise. • Wear light colour cloths because dark colour cloths absorb more heat . • Avoid fast food and oily food . Eat healthy food vegetables and fruits. Also avoid spicy foods or take it in less quantity . • Do not do excess exercise . Do walking and long breathing pranayams daily . * Add one teaspoon of rose sharbat in one glass of water . Drink a glass daily . * Eat a cucumber and banana daily . * Avoid to eat garlic, mango and ginger . * Eat a teaspoon of Gulkand . You can eat a amla or one teaspoon of amla powder daily for 10 days .

Acidity is mainly caused due to bad eating habits and sedentary lifestyle:: Try the tips and medicines for acidity...1. Drink 100-500 ml of tender coconut water twice a day for relief from hyperacidity Mix equal parts of powdered fennel, licorice root, basil leaves and coriander seeds. Have ½ teaspoon of this mixture with ½ teaspoon of powdered rock candy (or unrefined sugar) 15 minutes before lunch and dinner. 2.Make a powdered mixture of equal parts of rock candy (or unrefined sugar), fennel, and green cardamom. Whenever you feel heartburn, mix 1 teaspoon of the mixture in a glass of cold milk and drink. 3.Avoid tea, coffee, and carbonated or alcoholic beverages.Especially stop drinking bed tea. 4.Avoid using garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, and vinegar in cooking. 5.Curd should be strictly avoided at night. 6. Practice Yoga and Pranayama such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Bhastrika Pranayama,Shitali Pranayama and Shitkari Pranayama. 7.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 8. Avoid constipation. 9. Revert back after 10 days. Take Care. 10.Take 1 tsf avipattikar churna (dabur)twice a day empty stomach with water, 2 tab soothshekhar ras (baidynath)30 min after meals with water./ 15 days.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is now 21 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.

What is your height? ideal body weight should be as per your height and age. It's not only you should be taking protein, to increase weight you should have a balanced diet and small meals in between 3 main meals. Protein can be increased naturally in your diet by eating chicken/fish/egg/milk/cheese/curd/cottage cheese/whole pulses. Also you can take protein powder like soya protein. Do strength training workout 3 times a week and yes r'ber weight gain is more difficult than loosing weight so don't give up!

1. Most important thing is take lots of rest as a routine part of your life. Sleep for atleast 8 hours 2. Limit your screen life. Take breaks while working on computer and wash eyes frequently with cold water. 3. Wash your face twice with a good cleanser like tea tree face wash and use soothing toner like rose water or tea tree after that. 4. Use Kojic Acid based cream below eyes for atleast 4 months.
