Dark under eye circles can be caused by a host of different things from heredity to allergies to poor sleep. Treatments include eye cream, intense pulsed light therapy, skin resurfacing and injectable fillers, but before you choose one it's important to determine the cause.Possible causes of dark circles are Smoking, Hyperpigmentation caused by sun damage,Caffeine consumption,Alcohol consumption,Sleep deprivation,Dehydration,Dietary deficiencies,Hyperpigmentation caused by melasma,Allergies,Nasal congestion,Medical conditions (eczema, thyroid problems, etc.),Venous congestion in under eye blood vessels,Heredity. Ceratain home remedies for dark circles that you can try are as follows: 1. Almond Oil A completely natural ingredient that benefits skin around your eyes, almond oil helps lighten dark circles. Combine almond oil with vitamin E oil and your dark circles will be history. 2. Cucumber With skin-lightening and mild astringent properties, cucumbers are completely equipped to fix those raccoon eyes. Better yet, they are soothing and refreshing too. 3. Raw Potato Potatoes contain vital natural bleaching agents and used raw, they help lighten dark circles and reduce excess puffiness around your eyes. 4. Can a STARR procedure (Stapled transanal rectal resection) be repeated in a patient?

Diploma in Diabetology, Pregnancy & Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular Prevention in Diabetes ,Thyroid
Sexologist, Sri Ganganagar
The STARR procedure is based on the stapled haemorrhoidectomy technique. Two PPH 01 (Johnson & Johnson; Edinburgh, UK) circular staplers are used sequentially to perform an anterior and posterior full-thickness rectal wall resection ultimately producing a circumferential transanal resection of the rectum. In my view no. Should consult a good surgeon.

Acne or pimples - a skin condition that occurs when hair follicles plug with oil and dead skin cells. Acne is most common in teenagers and young adults. Symptoms range from uninflamed blackheads to pus-filled pimples or large, red and tender bumps. Treatments include over-the-counter homeopathic lotions and medicine. Usually self-diagnosable symptoms range from uninflamed blackheads to pus-filled pimples or large, red and tender bumps. People may experience: skin: bumps, rashes, boils, darkening due to inflammation, pimples, red spots, redness, or tenderness also common: pus advice - drink plenty of water, avoid spicy or oily food, eat healthy food, fruits and wash face 4-5 times, avoid using chemical based creams etc. Home - remedy - oats is not only a good food but it also works as a medicine to treat black spots, acne marks, or pimple scars on the face. You can apply an oatmeal face mask regularly in order to get rid of the dark spots on your face. Prepare a paste using oatmeal and lemon juice. Apply this paste onto the spots and scrub it gently.

I'm a 21 years old female. I have extra skin around my anus for an year now it used to go back last year when I pushed it in. I bled while passing out stools so consulted my doctor for. He told it was an anal fissure and have me a cream without any external examination. Problem subsided after a week. But from 2 months I'm having extreme pain while passing out stools, stool has blood lining sometimes. The skin around anus is itchy and uncomfortable while sitting. It has changed texture now .It doesn't go back in. There is little pain if I touch it. I visited my doctor again and he gave me fiber husk supplement and asked me to increase fiber intake. Im on a bland not at all spicy diet, eating lot of fiber and fruits and drinking so much water from past 2 weeks but I see no difference. The stool has softened but pains a lot when passing out. The external skin is not reducing even after soaking it in warm water everyday and applying apple cider vinegar. Please help me.

Three to four common possibilities can be considered when person feels the tag near the anal verge. The most common possibility is the anal tags which can easily be ignored and never cause any problem. Second common possibility is a sentinel pile accompanied by the fissure in ano. It is a guarding pile which develops just at the lower end of the fissure. When the fissure is acute it causes severe pain. I consider this to be strong possibility in your case. Local examination will clinch the diagnosis. When local anesthetic like Lignocaine jelly does not help and pain is unbearable it is better to undergo Lord's procedure which is a surgical procedure under general anesthesia and doesn't involve any knife or stitching work. Purpose of the procedure is to give dramatic pain relief to the patient by releasing the internal sphincter muscle spasm. Other possibilities like prolapsed piles and skin lesion like condyloma can be considered. Local examination will help in getting the accurate diagnosis. Pinpoint diagnosis will help you get the relief.

I am 20 years old. I have pores in my face. How to clear that? actually I consult two more doctors for these problems. But not in use.

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
I am 20 years old. I have pores in my face. How to clear that?
actually I consult two more doctors for these problems...
PORES TREATMENT: 1.Wash your face before you go to bed each night. Going to bed wearing the makeup, as well as any dirt and debris that may have collected on your face during the day, is a sure way to clog your pores. If your pores routinely looks large, this could be part of the problem. Get into the habit of cleansing your face each and every night so your pores will be less likely to get clogged. Use warm water rather than hot or cold, so your skin will be less likely to get irritated. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 2. Use a cleanser that doesn't irritate your skin. Many cleansers contain harsh ingredients that cause dry, irritated skin. When your pores are irritated, they look wider and more "open." In order to keep them closed, it's best to use a gentle cleanser that washes away dirt without causing your skin to dry out.( PREFERABLY USE CLEANSING MILK ( BAKSON's) Choose a cleanser that's sulfate free. Sulfates are harsh cleansers that can strip the skin of its natural oils and leave it dry and itchy. Avoid using a cleanser with scrubbing beads on a daily basis. The beads could be irritating to your skin, and should only be used sparingly. 3. Try the oil cleansing method. It's becoming increasingly popular to replace soap with oil as a facial cleanser. It might sound counterintuitive to use oil to wash your face, but it's actually quite effective. The oil binds with your skin's natural oils and gently washes away dirt, sweat, and makeup without the need for harsh chemicals. Just smooth it over your skin and use a wet washcloth to wipe it off using a circular motion. Here are a few oil combinations to try out: For combination skin: Mix 1/2 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons olive oil. For dry skin: Mix 1/4 teaspoon castor oil and 2 teaspoons coconut or olive oil. 4. Splash your face with water in the morning. After getting a good night's sleep, it feels refreshing to splash your face with water. Since you don't wake up wearing makeup, there's no need to wash your face using a cleanser; in fact, it's better for your skin to give it a break and just use water. Pat your face dry with a soft towel. 5. Exfoliate every few days. Dead skin builds up on the surface of your skin, mixes with sweat and dirt, and ends up clogging pores. Exfoliating your skin regularly will prevent your pores from getting clogged so quickly. The result will be closed, small-looking pores as opposed to clogged pores that look big and open. One of the best ways to exfoliate is by simply using a washcloth. Wet your face and scrub it gently using circular motions. ( Preferably USE APRICOT SCRUB ( BAKSON's) Facial scrubs are also good. Try a mixture of ground almonds and honey. 6. UNCLOGGING PORES: (A) Do a steam treatment. This is a great way to open your pores so you can get rid of the small plugs of dead skin and dirt that are making them appear large and open. Heat a small pot of water until it begins to steam, then hold your face over it and drape a towel over your head. Let the steam bathe your face for three to five minutes, then rinse your face with cool water. Steaming your face opens up your pores, allowing them to become unclogged. Rinsing afterward gets rid of the debris, leaving your pores fresh and clean. Use cool water to close your pores. (B) Use a MUD PACK. MUD is a natural element that draws impurities out of the skin as it dries. When you do a MUD mask, dry mud is mixed with water to form a paste, which you smooth over your face. Let it dry completely, then rinse it away with cool water. ? Many Mud packs are avaliable in stores but I will prefer MUD PACK ( BAKSON's) 7.TONING AND MOISTURISING (A) Always rinse and tone when you're finished cleansing. Whether you steam or use a mask, always remember to rinse away the dirt when you're finished. Follow up by using a toner on your face. Toner helps restore your skin's pH balance after cleansing, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance and helping to close pores. (B) Avoid toners with chemicals that could inflame your skin. Beauty supply stores carry many different toners. Look for one that works with your skin type, but avoid toners with excess chemicals, perfumes, and dyes that could irritate or dry out your skin. These toners will do more harm than good, and your pores will end up looking larger instead of smaller. Avoid toners that contain alcohol, which can dry out the skin. Avoid toners that contain glycerin and fragrances, since these can cause allergic reactions. (C) Try apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is made from fermented apples, and is a gentle, natural toner for any type of skin. Mix 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of water, then use a cotton ball to apply it to your skin after rinsing. Let your skin dry, then moisturize it. (D) Try a honey mask to tone your skin. Plain, raw honey is an excellent toner for skin. Simply spread some on your face and let it sit for about ten minutes, then rinse it away with warm water. Your pores will tighten up and your face will feel fresh and youthful. (E) Finish your routine by moisturizing. Using a good face moisturizer (ALOVERA CREAM- BAKSON's) is key to keeping your pores closed, since dry skin can become irritated and lead to large-looking pores. Chose an alcohol-free moisturizer that doesn't contain perfumes and excess chemicals so you make sure you don't irritate your skin. Tips: Open pores on your nose may mean that you have a tendency to develop blackheads. If this is the case, get your blackheads removed regularly with the help of blackhead removal strips. Roll ice all over your face for a quick way to close pores.
