1. Take bland semi solid diet like rice with yogurt, porridge, barley, fruit (avoid skin/seeds) custard, 2. Avoid spicy, oily and fatty food. Take light and easily digestible diet. 3. Take meals at short interval to avoid nausa/vomiting. Avoid meat/poultry/egg 4. Drink plenty of water/lime juice/ glucose water/ coconut water, sugar cane/ fresh fruit (avoid citrus fruits) juice, milk 5. Take adequate rest.

Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Why not discuss with me in a video conference? My fatty liver is 3.1 (normal range is 3.0) & 3 months AVG sugar is 7.0 sometimes twice a week fresh blood comes in my stool only in the beginning. Pls advice is it because of fatty liver or piles or something else?

Yes, it is beginning of fatty liver, piles and diabetes. Switch to Ayurveda medicines and avoid progression of diseases.

She doesn't sweats. And also don't drink much water. Sometimes skips lunch or dinner or had but on time. She often has ulcers in her mouth with lips dryness. If she drinks too much water she will go to urine after sometime.

Skipping meals very often is bad for health she should have atleadt three meals in a day and drink 8to 10 glasses of warer everyday that is very important to maintain good health.

5 Reasons To Eat More Root Vegetables

1. Reduce your cancer risk

A compound found in raw carrots reduced the risk of cancer developing in rats, according to a study published in the journal of agricultural and food chemistry. Rats that ate carrots, or feed with added falcarinol (a substance in carrots that gives the vegetable protection against fungal diseases) were one third less likely to develop full-scale tumours than rats not fed carrots or feed with falcarinol.

2. Get your folate

Add a couple of medium sliced parsnips to your veggie roasting tray and you’ll get more than 20 percent of your daily folate. This b vitamin is essential if you are trying to conceive, are pregnant or are breastfeeding, as it helps prevent neural tube defects.

3. Absorb more iron

Toss a cup (250 ml) of diced white ‘turnip into the pot the next time you make a stew or curry. It has about one third of your daily needs of vitamin c, ‘a powerful antioxidant that helps with the absorption of iron and also assists the body in making collagen for bones and cartilage.

4. Increase your exercise stamina

Drinking beet juice could help you exercise longer, according to a study published in the journal of applied physiology in 2009. After drinking two cups (500 ml) of the juice daily for six days, eight male participants were able to cycle up to 16 percent longer than when they drank a placebo. The study shows how the nitrate contained in beet juice leads to an improved use of oxygen. In another study, drinking the same amount of beet juice daily was found to significantly reduce blood pressure.


5. Boost your beta

Putting carrots into your favourite winter soup or chicken pot pie lets you take full advantage of an excellent source of beta-carotene. The body converts this antioxidant into vitamin a, which is important for vision and bone growth. It also helps to regulate the body’s immune system.

Dear to decrease ur weight you have to do work out daily...Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do Bhujang asana , Dhanurasana ,Naukasana, Kumbhakasana , Pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food..and Constipation.

30 minutes daily! this will abrade the enamel of teeth. And your teeth will appear more yellow. More aggressive brushing is harmful. Show it to dentist and learn the brushing and the treatment of your condition.

Hi lybrate user a) take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 10 ml of honey along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after dinner b) do regularly bhujangasana and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes. Do this for 30 days it gives you good result according to your height you have to 68-73 kg weight. Thanks.

Follow methods by which you can gain your desired height. 1. Follow these exercises regularly and you get the goal of height gain: * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towardstoes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. You can privately consult me for understanding more exercises. 2. Take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Sit in sun rays for atleast 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are not so strong. It will help you by getting adequate quantity of vitamin-d. 4. The growth and height iscontrolled by growth hormone whichis secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stressfree lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. Meditation makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly. 5. Take 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder with milk once a day.

Start your day with alovera juice. Have saunf after every meal. Have 3-4 l of water per day. Try having coconut water daily, because of gastric problem you are unable to gain weight. First cure your stomach issue and then stress on wt gain. Take high protein diet egg white, chicken, sprouts, dals. Avoid roti/rice at night whenever possible. Start doing wt training. High protein diet can further cause gastric problem so continue taking alovera juice afterwards as well. Update me after 10 days in case you still face problem.

Hi, kegal exercise designed to strength your pelvis floor muscles. This can help improved erection quality and indirect enlarge penis. First find your pelvis muscle. While urinating contract pelvis muscle stop the flow of urine hold it and release urine. Repeat this exercise 3 to 10 time per day. Approx 5 to 6 years ago when I carry gas cylinder for replacement of new cylinder.At that time left side of back mussel clump and suffering pain . 3 days I can't move any where.And can't turn for sleeping any side.Take high doze painkiller .Use Volini gel.Then get some relief .Take some days for normal. My question is in future I will face any problem for that above.
