Better is to repeat food after 1 hour instead of taking full stomach at one time, by which you can control your over eating habit and also avoid troubles which can happen due to over eating.

This is called Palpitation. It can be present if your blood oxygen carrying capacity gets diminished. You may fing sufficient low level of hemoglobin and oxygen levels in you blood giving rise to this symptoms. Just go for repeatative blood transfusions as advised before being symptomatic.

Follow these best tips to get relief from stomach pain - *take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * take 1 tea spoon of liv-52 syrup daily one time. * walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * avoid taking nonveg at night & in day time after taking food, do not sleep in day. Ideal sleep duration is six or seven hours in a day. If not following this duration, then you may follow gradually by 15 minutes change till you can reach the duration of six or seven hours in a day. To be fit and healthy, I personally suggest that you make vegetables and fruits as your daily food habits but it is for you to decide.

I am having congestion in nose n throat and I am having some indigestion problems wen it happens it's seems that l ll faint so what's the matter hw can I come over wen it happens it's gets me irritated and fear of that some thing gonna happen to me? please suggest.

As far as congestion in nose and throat is concerned if it happens frequently than you should consult an ent surgeon. If it is onetime and if there is no fever just take simple antihistamines decongestants with warm water gargles simultaneously avoid spicy fried chilled food and avoid smoking and tobacco chewing if you do. Take a md physician opinion for indigestion and fainting.

Hi doctor, Am a 33 years old men working as civil site engineer in gulf. From my college I got 2 bad habits that are chewing pan masala or same like that which available and other is masturbation. Before 3 months married, before and after marriage am doing masturbation regularly, once a day but for the last week 2 or 3 times per day am doing. And for that am watching porn videos. When am masturbating that time am also using these pan masala or like that. Howmany times I tried to stop all these but its only for 2 or 3 days after that again start. Dear lybrate user, masturbation should not be done for more than twice in a week. Sperm cells are being continuously produced inside human testis. A single sperm cell needs about 4 months to mature before being ejaculated. Masturbating ejaculates many mature as well as immature sperm & results in the temporary deficit of sperm count. This loss of sperm results in the increased production of sperm. A sperm is mainly made up of protein. An increased production of sperm count needs a steady supply of protein. This supply of protein is met from the amount of protein we intake daily. Over masturbation increases the rate of production of sperm to such extent that the demand for protein cannot be fulfilled naturally & it often results in breakdown of protein from muscle tissues. This breakdown of muscle tissues is externally manifested as fatigue, weakness etc. Addiction to masturbation denotes that you are continuously indulged in sexual thoughts. This type of thoughts is common in people who live a sedentary life. If you really have a sedentary life-style you should get yourself out from it immediately. Socialize yourself. Do some physical exercise daily. Drink a lots of water. Create a routine of your daily schedule & maintain it. Stop watching porn in case you have developed a habit of watching it also you can take homoeopathic mother tincture origanum q, 10 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. This medicine will help to control your excessive sexual desire. However, you can masturbate for twice in a week. 1.You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2.You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3.Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4.Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5.Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6.Take light dinner. 7.Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner.Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Avoid late night. 10.Don’t sleep in day time 11.Don’t take sleeping pill 12. If no relief consult doctor

avoid day time sleep. avoid tea , coffee in late evening and after, take rest and balanced diet. 8 hours sleep is ok. 10 pm to 6 am is perfect timing.inform if not ok.

Tia is a warning sign of stroke. So you have to worry but not that much. I understand about your phobia about getting again same problem but dear if you maintain yourself and take some precautions then chances are very less. Please make sure: 1. If you are overweight try to reduce. 2. Brisk walking daily for 30 minutes. 3. Cardiovascular exercises daily for endurance and strength and to make your heart fit. 4. Regular intake of excess water in your diet. 5. Avoid junk food, carbohydrates. 6. Take healthy diet that enrich you with proteins, vitamins. 7. If diabetic make sure sugar level should be maintained. 8. If hypertensive, make sure bp should not reach to too high or too low along with hr. 9. Avoid stressful life. 10. Meet some physio and learn daily exercises that will keep you fit and healthy along with some modification in your lifestyle. 11. Avoid fasting - eat breakfast, lunch and dinner at fixed timings. 12. Make yourself busy by fulfilling your hobby as it will give you freshness and your mind will be diverted from normal life. 13. Take min 7 hours of sleep. 14. Avoid taking caffeine, alcohol, phenylethylamine (found in chocolate and cheese), tyramine (found in nuts and fermented meats, cheeses, and soy), and aspartame (in many artificially sweetened foods) as sometimes these all exaggerate the condition. Instead use basil leaves tea or ginger tea boiled nicely in water without milk. Do not worry about getting tia / cva. If you keep yourself relax and avoid stress you will be healthy and then no disease no tia.
