Hi sir/madam Im 22 years old im facing heavy hairfall problem since one year please help me out.

BHMS
Homeopath, Raebareli
Please note the following for your condition: the head should be massaged slowly with oil or shampoo while bathing or cleaning hairs resulting blood circulation becomes fast and the skin of the head is protected from dryness. Shampoo should be used only two times a week. Hairs should be washed with curd for removing dandruff. Spicy or fried foodstuffs should not be eaten. Excessive cream or jell should not be applied on hairs.

Dear Sir, My Eyebrow hair are going to white for to stop the white hair in Eyebrow please suggest medicine.

C.S.C, D.C.H, M.B.B.S
General Physician,
The eyebrow hairs get their color from a pigment called 'melanin', which is synthesized by our skin. When the balance between two certain chemicals present in this pigment gets disrupted, the hairs of the eyebrows start losing their color and turn white. Aging is a natural process that causes white hairs in eyebrows.Avoid using hair dye. The dye that is formulated for use on your scalp is going to be way too harsh on the skin around your eyes. You may damage the fragile skin around your eyes or even singe your brows off. Look for beard dyes or demi-permanent eyebrow dyes instead

I am 24 years old male and having trouble with grey hair and lot of hair fall. How to get rid of grey hair and hair fall?

B.H.M.S, M.D in Homoeopathy
Homeopath, Anand
Hair grows in stages, with a certain percentage of hair either growing or resting at any one time. The hair follicles -- the little bags under the skin where hair is formed out of skin -- also contain pigment called melanin. When the body stops producing pigments, the hair becomes colorless, turning white. Mixed with darker hair, this produces a look most commonly associated with" gray. An actual gray hair may be a result of pigment dilution. Premature graying is genetically determined for the most part. When more than half the hair is white by age 40, though, this is considered “premature.” If you look around your family and see a lot of gray, you may be headed in that direction. Premature graying has been associated with certain medical conditions such as thyroid disorders, vitiligo, vitamin B12 deficiency, and anemia. Vitiligo is an autoimmune condition in which the cells that make pigment (melanocytes) are destroyed, resulting in patches of hair and skin that become white. Identifying the cause and correcting it may help you.

I am suffering from lice and nits problem in my hair and also I have pimple, how can I get rid of this?

DHMS (Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery)
Homeopath, Ludhiana
The hormonal imbalance in our body trigger oil glands to produce excess amounts of an oily substance called sebum. When sebum, dead skin cells and bacteria clog up your pores, inflammation sets in and pimples develop. Oily and fried foods disrupts hormonal activity in your body leading to inflammation which drives up oil gland production, making your skin oilier and inviting to acne bacteria and pimples. Homoeopathic treatment topi berberis cream (wilmar schwabe india) apply during daytime repl no 11 (repl) 20 drops in 1 spoon water 3 timess daily sabadilla 30 (sbl) drink2 drop daily night in 1 sspoon fresh water aquiplus cream (hapdco) apply thick coat on face at night cleano face wash (lords) wash face with this face wash before applying creams antilice shampoo (bakson) for head bath 6-8 glass water daily 2 glass milk daily avoid fast food, junk food, fried food, chocklates, dry fruits, ketchups, cold drinks take nutritious diet and exercise regularly.

I am fat what to do, my neck is dark what to do I tried skin light cream it works but it again comes it is very darkneck please give me suggestion and any available cream are anything.

MD - Dermatology, MBBS
Dermatologist, Mumbai
Hello, the neck darkening may be Acanthosis nigricans. Most commonly it is because of weight gain or hormonal imbalance. Creams give only temporary response and the pigmentation thickening on neck recurs. Best solution is diet changes and exercise to reduce weight. Hope this helps.

Hello my name is mahender Reddy I am 17 years old from the last 3 months I'm loosing hair fall. I'm little worried about it so please suggest me some home remedies or tips to control hair fall.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 3 months. Get back to me for further advice.

My chicks are looks like shrunken. I wanna make my face round and chubby chicks. Please help me to solve this problem.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello, Here are few facial exercises to get chubby cheeks: Sit tall. Sit in a chair with your back straight. Pull down the shoulder blades and relax your shoulders overall, making sure that there is as little tension as possible in that area of your body. Your chest should be outward and open. Open your mouth lightly. Imagine that you are carrying a normal conversation with someone at low to moderate volume. Open your mouth to the position you might usually have during such conversations. At this point, you must also curl both your lower and upper lip inward so that they cover your front row of teeth.Simultaneously, you should pull the corners of your mouth back, bringing them as close to the molar teeth as possible. Both corners should be pulled back in the same direction and to the same level or vertical position of your face. Your chin should move forward slightly, as well.Hold the face you have just made for a full 90 seconds. You should feel the muscles in your cheeks and mouth stretch. Release slowly to a normal resting face when done. Work gently, making little pinches up and down both cheekbones. Small pinches likes this may not make your cheeks plumper, but this practice can give your skin a naturally blush, making your cheeks look brighter as a result. Brighter cheeks look plumper to the naked eye than pale ones do. Take in a big breath and tightly close your lips as you puff up your cheeks, in a pose similar to that of a horn player. Hold the air in for five seconds and release. Repeat 10 times. Pucker your lips into a fish face and then smile while holding the lips in place. Hold for five seconds and release. Repeat 10 times. Resistance can help to activate the muscles on your face as it does on your body. Press an index finger lightly into each cheek for resistance; smile as you open your mouth and drop your chin down. Hold for one count and release; repeat 20 times. Apart for all these, use a facial lotion or moisturizing cream on your cheeks after every shower and every time you wash your face. Let it dry naturally and do not rinse it off.

I am 26 years old. But I don't have beard. Why I don't have beard. For improve my beard what should I do. Please help me.

BHMS
Homeopath, Faridabad
Hello. To some extent, yes, genes do play a major role. But hormones are the one on which one can work upon through homoeopathic medicines and dietary intake. Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - Sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of Arnica Montana Q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months. There are certain nutrients that you can add to your daily routine that can help encourage faster, more effective hair growth. Promote thicker hair with folic acid. This is necessary for the growth and repair of hair, take Follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months. You can also try increasing the amount of folic acid in your diet. Folic acid can be found in whole-grain breads and cereals, leafy green vegetables, peas, and nuts. Increase your biotin intake. Biotin is an important water-soluble B vitamin, necessary for the the formation of fatty acids and glucose, as well as for metabolizing amino acids and carbohydrates. A biotin deficiency can lead to hair loss, so making sure you are getting the recommended amount is well worth the effort. Biotin is found in liver, oysters, cauliflower, beans, fish, carrots, bananas, soy flour, egg yolks, cereals, yeast, and other foods. Management: -Exfoliate your face. Hair follicles can become blocked with dirt and prevent your hair from growing. Once a week, wear an exfoliant mask with eucalyptus. It's great for your skin, and can help promote hair growth. -Massage your hair follicles. A gentle massage can help stimulate your hair follicles. Use your finger tips, and gently massage your face in circular motions for about two to three minutes. Try applying a facial moisturizer to create a smoother massage. -Take in vitamin A. This vitamin stimulates the production of sebum, which keeps your hair follicles and skin hydrated. You can find vitamin A in eggs, meat, cheese, liver, carrots, pumpkin, broccoli, and dark green leafy vegetables. -Get plenty of vitamin E, which has long been recognized as key for healthy skin, and can increase blood flow, which leads to an optimal environment for hair growth. Foods rich in vitamin E include oils, leafy vegetables, nuts, and beans, and most people get plenty of vitamin E when eating a normal diet. -Boost circulation with vitamin B3. Healthy circulation may have a positive effect on hair growth. Reports find that B3 is even more effective when taken with biotin. -Take in vitamin B5. This is also known as pantothenic acid. It not only helps the body use fats and proteins, necessary for healthy hair, it also has been reported to help reduce stress; and stress can definitely inhibit hair growth. Vitamin B5 occurs naturally in brewer's yeast, broccoli, avocado, egg yolks, organ meats, duck, milk, lobster, whole-grain breads, and more. It may take little long, but you would see the difference gradually!
