The brain tumour can cause pressure symptoms. As it grows it compresses surrounding brain tissue damaging it. For eyes, it may affecting different cranial nerves which control eye movements resulting in double vision. It may also cause damage to optic nerve. Serial eye examination are important to monitor changes. According you may be suggested further tests like HESS charting for diplopia, automated visual field analysis or VEP. The same may also be monitored by treating neurologist. Press on prisms on glasses may help decrease double vision.

Nowadays, a life full of stress, anxiety and unhealthy lifestyle is causing a lot of young heart attacks and strokes. Even though you have a family predisposition to heart disease you can prevent it by actively working against the factors contributing to heart disease. Regular checkups, regular exercise, balanced diet and reducing stress by mindfulness techniques can go a long way in protection yourself. Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. Meditation has so many positive effects on stress, mood, and anxiety. Club meditation with positive thinking to improve your general well-being and overall health. Yoga is also very effective to take off stress from the body and mind by deep relaxation and breathing techniques. 8. Chill and be silent. Reduce the noise and clutter talk that contributes to anxiety. Find time for yourself and be alone to muse upon your own matters without anyone disturbing you. 9. Worry. Yes, we can cause ourselves to freak out, but only for a certain amount of time. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings.

Lichen plenus will cure by ayurveda or homeopathy. But I ayurvedic treatment there is so many diet control or so many regimen. But in homeopathy treatment there is no any diet control or regimen. Than homeopathy medicine you take easily. I cured 3 to 4 pt of lichen plenus with homeopathy medice.

you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) I am giving you some tips for sound sleep and early awaking in morning kindly follow advises given below: 1. Strict to sleep time schedule 2. Do regular physical activity 3. Regular meditation/ yoga 4. Avoid tea coffee after 7 pm 5. You can take bath at bed time 6. Avoid day time sleep 7. You can use alarm and gradually reduce your waking time by 15 minutes

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - 1. Try to take dal and other proteins more in food. Sleep properly at 10 pm and have lemon-honey - hot water at morning on empty stomach. If your digestion is improved ulcer will be cured automatically.

There is lot of info on net but selection should be as per medical history, body nature and availability of certain herbs. As a primary measure, karela powder (or cap. Karela), methidana seeds or powder, turmeric powder, shigru (sahinjana) and meshashringi, manjishtha capsules/ powder should be used to address both the problems. Prolonged use will show curing trends without side effects.

1.Take paracetamol 500mg,1 tablet sos after food up to a maximum of 3 tablets daily, 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Take rest If you have recurrent attack of headache 1.It could be a tension headache due to stress and strain or migraine. 2.Avoid stress, physical and mental exertion 3.Go for regular exercise 4.Practice yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 5.Check for refractive error, sinusitis Hemoglobin, BP 6. 1.Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning 2.Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, minerals, vitamins, and fat. 3.Fill your diet with a wide range of fruits, vegetables, lean meats, fish, eggs, pulses, nuts, seeds, wholegrains and naturally low fat dairy foods. 4.Donot skip breakfast. 5.Drink plenty of fluids and water. 6.Exercise is an extremely important factor in staying healthy so try to be active.
