It's not normal after 6 years. Restrict fluid intake after 5pm. Make her to void before going to bed and in the midnight. Drug therapy is the last resort.

I will suggest you to apply aloevera gel twice a day for six months over the lesion and follow up on completion and for a glowing skin Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

Try using berberis aquifolium cream (homeo), maintain strict diet regimen avoid oily, spicy, sour foods bathe with neem soap. dear sudheer if you really need to become healthy again then you must avoid drinking smoking and other habit you got. take food rich in vitamin and calcium. supplements like B12 syrup polybion can be taken to increase stamina.

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Please do treadmill for at least 45-60 minutes daily. Keep moving as much as you can whenever you can. Keep meal portions small especially if they’re cooked. Limit your food intake which SHOULD be and ONLY be 4 times a day. Avoid sedentary life/night watching/junk foods.

Cholesterol level should be measured at least once every five years in everyone over age 20. The screening test that is usually performed is a blood test called a lipid profile. Experts recommend that men ages 35 and older and women ages 45 and older be more frequently screened for lipid disorders. The lipoprotein profile includes: Total cholesetrol LDL (low-density lipoprotein CHOLESETROL also called "bad"CHOLESTETROL HDL (high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, also called "good" cholesterol) TRIGLYCERIDES (fats carried in the BLOOD from the food we eat. Excess calories, alcohol, or sugar in the body are converted into TRIGLYCERIDES and stored in fat cells throughout the body. High triglycerides and cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Change life style .do meditation,yoga, Go walk daily, do any one physically activity daily i.e.play any game., Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress,take plenty of water in day time. And 1 glass of water before bed at night. use flax oil, omega-3 fatty meal or cap., take .green veg., whole grain. GARLIC,. Cod liver oil. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Atkeast 30 min. Work out is a must. Rip inning/jogging whenever you find time in the day/eve/night. Diet is the main focus after workout. -in the morning, take one glass hot lemon water with honey 8: 00 a. M. -take light breakfast like, poha/upma/plain idli /sandwich with one glass milk10: 00 a. M. -eat one fruit like banana/melon/apple 12: 00 -have butter milk and then take your meal.(eat either steamed rice or chapati, not both and eat lesser than you normally eat.) 2: 00 p. M. -take green tea 4: 00 p. M. -eat roasted chana/ khakhra, one digestive or marie biscuit with tea/coffee/bournvita/proteinex (you may add sugar if you feel the need) 6: 00 p. M. -eat dinner like boiled vegetables/baked vegetables/soup /khichdi (idea is to take dinner 3-4 hours before bed time) 8: 00 p. M. If you are starving with this diet, you can add few more healthy foods, but keep a gap of two hours in each. You may redo the timings with the same gap, according to your schedule.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below: you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.

There is no medication or food for improving eyesight or to get rid of glasses. If not interested in glasses then you can try a. Contact lens b. Lasik laser as your age is less than 18 years so your number will increase now till 18-20 years of age whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs. Having said that I advise you to eat balanced diet including green vegetables and seasonal fruits for keeping eyes and body healthy. As you are not comfortable with contact lens then go for lasik. Lasik is a very easy and painless procedure. If you want to get rid of glasses then go for lasik.
