Causes of Insomnia (difficulty falling and/or staying asleep): * Significant life stress (job loss or change, death of a loved one, divorce, moving) Illness * Emotional or physical discomfort * Environmental factors like noise, light, or extreme temperatures (hot or cold) that interfere with sleepSome medications (for example those used to treat colds, allergies, depression, high blood pressure, and asthma) may interfere with sleep *Interferences in normal sleep schedule (jet lag or switching from a day to night shift.) * Depression and/or anxiety Treatment advice:     - Get all the underlying Mental (like depression or anxiety) and physical health conditions treated.    - Learn some self hypnosis or other relaxation techniques and practice them.      - Good Sleep Habits (sleep hygiene)  for Beating Insomnia: *Try to go to sleep at the same time each night and get up at the same time each morning. * Try not to take naps during the day, because naps may make you less sleepy at night. * Avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol late in the day. Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants and can keep you from falling asleep.  * Alcohol can cause waking in the night and interferes with sleep quality. If you are having fever and weakness, follow the advice given below Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets a day 1.Check your Hemoglobin, . 2. Avoid stress, anxiety,severe physical and mental exertion 3. Take adequate rest and sleep for 7-8 hours daily to remain healthy 4. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet.A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Besides diet Excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - Cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - Avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. I am having pain near around left side of my right knee veins since one week making it difficult for me to sit on floor or walk properly. The pain is only in and around left side of knee cap (not on joint) Sometimes the pain is unbearable and sometimes light but it has rarely stopped. Doc had suggested two blood tests. Results are as under: RF (serum) is 57.7 (Method: Immunoturbidimetric test) (20 considered normal) And Anti CCP is Less than 7 (Less than 17 is normal) (Method: Electro-Chemiluminescence) Is this RA? I am worried. Please advise.

Rheumatoid arthritis generally presents with symmetrical joint involvement, both sides of body, along with joint swelling and morning stiffness of joints, lasting for more than an hour. With these absent, and a negative anti-CCP, it is unlikely, not impossible to be RA. Maybe an excessive strain on knee cap, that requires avoiding aggravating activity, hot packs, painkiller ointment and physiotherapy. Your doctor may prescribe some painkillers to tide over acute phases. If there is no response in a week, you may opt for radiological tests. If you are doubtful about RA, you could see a rheumatologist.

Mix powdered Indian gooseberry (amla) and sesame seeds in equal amounts. Take 1 teaspoon twice a day with water. Massage with bhrigraj oil thrice a week. Use mild herbal shampoo.. The best solution for Weight loss is Simple Natural Diet + Daily exercise. Add more Fruits /Salads/Proteins to your diet. Double your water intake. One glass every hour. Cut down Sweets/Biscuits/ Colas/Juices from your diet.  Cut down Puris/Parathas/Pizzas/Burgers/Fried Rice. Eat slowly and mindfully.   Reduce portion size. Take small bits of food in your plate. Exercise daily - 'Intense' Cardio for 40-60 mins.  This will keep you toned and trim. Reduce outside food. Try to avoid company of people who are addicted to junk food and overeating. Love yourself and respect your body.
