This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. I would like to examine & investigate your Mom in detail. Rule out Hypertension, Diabetes or other metabolic disorder. Kindly consult a lady doctor for menstrual problem. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac 100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Avoid direct flow of AC or Cooler. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Do mild exercises for the back. -- Take help of a physiotherapist Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Hello lybrate user, bad posture may not cause a deformity or may not even affect your immediate sporting activities. But tends to cause a lot of clinical problems like back pain, slip disc, early degenerative arthritis of the spine, etc. The only solution is to make a conscious effort from your side to sit as straight as possible, not sitting for long times, intermittent rest and stretching when sitting continuously for long periods, use of a chair with good back rest. I would also suggest you to consult a physiotherapist for back strengthening exercises. Hope this helps.

Hi thanks for your query. Low back pain is usually not a result of delivery(whether normal or by a operation). It is due to weakness of back muscles, discogenic and sometimes deficiency of calcium/vitamin d levels. Please tell me her complaints elaborately with all attached investigations and I should be able to revert back to you with some solution for it. I am 42 yrs old female I m having pain I my rt hand frm shoulder to arm. I did x ray it shows muscle spasm and in blood test crp is 11 vitamin d is 22. My Dr. Advised zerosoft z tab but pain is unbearable can't even move my hand at d back. Please advise.

Can you recall any event which might have triggered this pain? also you have a high crp levels and low vitamin d as well. As of now, if there is no swelling or any other s/s of any infection like skin redness, local warmth etc, I will advise you to continue with ice packs, anti inflammatory medication, local analgesic spray application, use sling for 3-4 days. There should not be pain at this young age. It seems you have 'veeryadushti' (debilitated semen/ 'Shukrakshay') etc. You need semen nourishments herbals. Sex enhancing and semen nourishments are categorized under one classification. Pl take our course of sex enhancer package or simple semen nourishment package for vigour and pleasure. Pl consult.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight, avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Lie down on bed on your back without pillow. Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter.

Ya you can try massage therapy. It s very effective and so many pt. Have used and get relief from back pain. If you want you can consult on line meanwhile for precautions pls follow some steps. 1 try to slip straight position and on straight and hard bed. Avoid firm bed. 2 try to clean your stomach no any type of constipation or gastric problem 3 avoid citrus food like lemon n butter milk. 4 avoid heavy weight lifting with hand or on shoulder. 5 try to sit in correct posture as much as you can. And for complete treatment and massage guidelines please inform hope this guidance will help you and feel relax. If you follow then definitely morning stiffness of back will go.

Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

Identify the dip behind (inside) your right knee. Press this point and swing forward and backwards 10 times in the morning and evening before you go for a walk. U will be alright
