I am 19 year old boy and have neck pain right side, the pain continues till all the day, the neck muscles often become stiff in right side, the jaws become leaked and often gives a bony sound, when I unlock it gives bony sound in neck when I move side by side, and the pain goes to right hand nerve of last two fingers and rigt hand and back right side and I unable sit comfortably, and I unable write at least 1 hour it gives shoulder pain, I consulted many orthopedic doctors and they says that do shoulder, neck strengthening exercises but it didn't give complete cure, I am suffering from this pain since 1year pls tell me what about the problem& cureness.

Pain that radiates down the arm, and possibly into the hands and fingers, is frequently caused by a cervical herniated disc or foraminal stenosis pinching a nerve in the neck. The approach to treatment for a cervical disc herniation is guided by how long the pain lasts, pain intensity and the degree to which the cervical nerve and/or spinal cord are affected. Most commonly, the symptoms are temporary and can be treated successfully with nonsurgical care (such as medication, physical therapy, manipulations. I suggest you to go for a radiological report of your cervical spine first. There is no point in treating without diagnosis. Kindly go for mri p. S. = texting a lot or using smartphone all the day can be a pain in the neck too regards!

You don't need to prevent migraine. If you are already a patient of migraine, you have to take care of following. Stay away from scorching sunlight, donot over exhaust yourself physically, have plenty of oral fluids, avoid fasting, have adequate and regular sleep ,maintain sleep hygiene, learn to relax in times of stress, if stress is unmanageable do not hesitate to consult a psychiatrist for stress management. Migraine patients donot cause any physical harm to the body. Most of the side effects may be psychological. Migraine patients are prone for anxiety, depression, irritable mood, impulsivity, insomnias etc.

You should take proper meal in daily diets n take high protein diet you take in morning breakfast milk cornflakes n banana in midmorning take fruits juice, in lunch take proper meal n in evening take fruits like banana or coconut water in night take proper meal like dal, chapati vegetables, salad n raita, at bed time take one glass milk with 4almonds.

1. Avoid food from outside 2. Lot of fluid to be taken 3. Start ORS ( dissolve one packet in one liter of clean drinking water and to be consumed in whole day) 4.Take freshly prepared home made light food like moong dal, chapati, Dalia, Khichdi we need to start antibiotic and other medications after personal consultation

If you leave it I do not know how is your health. Might every thing you enjoy ok if you continue you will leave it for sure might by that time you will be beset by sorts of problem like premature ejaculation night fall, erectile dysfunction and so on so be well informed and live safter life. I get painful puss filled lumps in my underarms. They are so painful that when they come, my whole body feels feverish. I have consulted 2-3 doctors who say it is because of hormones and there is no cure for it. The pus is creamish in color and sometimes it has a bad odor. I bath twice a day and i'm very hygienic as I sweat a lot and I also don't use any perfumes or deodorants under my arms but I use talcum powder to keep it dry. Please suggest.

Brrrr! the season of cold winds and chilly nights is upon us. Winter has officially arrived. Along with the winter chill, this season also brings along chapped lips, a god awful flu and sudden shivers. But you don't have to surrender. Here's how to stop a cold before it takes hold.

1. Sweet potato
While sweet potatoes may not be considered a traditional cold-fighting food, they're a great source of vitamin a, which plays a key role in maintaining the health of your mucosal surfaces. This includes the inside of your nose and your gastrointestinal tract, as well as your skin. You might not think of your skin as part of your immune system but it keeps infections from entering your body. It's your first line of defense.

2. Turmeric
One of the most recent spices to be crowned a superfood, turmeric is a rich yellow powder often used in curry dishes. It's high in antioxidants and considered a natural anti-inflammatory. If you take it on a daily basis, it is known to relieve the body of toxins. It has been shown that people who consume turmeric are less susceptible to colds, coughs, and congestion.

3. Hot chocolate
Curling up with a cup of hot cocoa is one way to feel snug but adding a little dark chocolate to your diet is a great health booster too. The sweet contains flavonoids, a type of antioxidant thought to reduce the damage caused by free radicals, potential instigators of cancer and cardiovascular disease. A study in the journal of immunology research found that red blood cells were less susceptible to free radicals after people consumed a drink with flavonoid-rich cocoa.

4. Cinnamon
Cinnamon, and other spices boost your metabolism which generates body heat. Include more spices in your meals, even if they are sprinkled on top, just a little bit. Cumin, coriander, turmeric, cloves, paprika, pepper, nutmeg and allspice are other good ones to incorporate as well. The hottest spices - like cayenne - will make you sweat and actually release heat from your body.

5. Coconut oil
As they metabolize, fats, in general, can help keep you warm. Besides from eating it, coconut oil is also useful as a moisturizer. Dry, cracked skin, lets heat escape more easily and is more sensitive to cold - especially when it's windy. If you keep your skin healthy and strong, it'll be better at keeping the heat in. Before heading out into the cold, try rubbing some coconut oil on your legs, arms and face.

6. Ginger
Fresh or ground ginger is our favorite food to warm you up. Try using it in porridge, salad dressings, soups, cookies or muffins. One of our favorite ways to enjoy ginger is to put thin slices or grate some of the fresh roots into a mug of hot water. Not only does it help warm you up, but it boosts your digestive and immune systems to keep you nourished and strong in the face of any winter bugs.

Hello, you may be having headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem or may be Migraine Headache kindly follow advises given below: you can take(If No drug allergy) : 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis consult physician for further management.
