How can I lose weight I had tried all the product but no result no my body will you please guide me to loss my weight.
First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

You feel lazy and don't do your work completely. I advice you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take 8 to 10 glasses of water daily to detoxify body. Take milk and milk products. Do meditation for mental strength daily. For better guidance and permanent solution, tell me your weight, height, eating habits and any addiction to alcohol or cigarettes?

You can also use keva alovera shampoo twice a week. Eat green veg., dry fruits, vit. B 12 , vit. C fruits. coconuts oil also apply on hair . Avoid stress. Checkup testosterone , thyroid profile. vit. B 12, .. and reply

☆1. Brush regularly two times daily with soft bristle toothbrush.
☆2 . Rinse your mouth after each meal.
☆3. Floss your tooth to prevent food impaction.
☆4. Avoid sticky food, alcohol, smoking and tobacco products.

It is not that you have to wait if you want to conceive, but with PCOS it may take time in conceiving. So start doing regular exercise and take healthy nutritious diet, will help in conceiving.

Sorry, your age is 19, you should try to increase your height by going through proper height increasing exercise. Take normal diet.

Early Morning: Green tea (sugar less) Breakfast: non fried preparations/ whole wheat bread/ vegetable poha, upma, etc. / idli sambhar etc. Mid-Morning: Fruits (avoid the carbohydrate rich fruits like grapes, banana, custard apple and watermelon) Lunch: 2 dry chapatti or Boiled rice - 1 Cup + sabji 1 katori + dal or skimmed curd – 1 katori + salad 1 katori Evening Snacks: Tea / Coffee (1 tsp. Sugar) + high fiber bis. OR Sprouts 1 katori Dinner: 2 chapatti + vegetable 1 katori + skimmed buttermilk 1 glass + salad 1 katori.

Take isabgol husk in warm milk every night. Eat fibre rich diet. Eat 3-4 servings of fruits everyday esp papaya. Drink plenty of liquids. Hope this helps u.
