I am from Bhubaneswar study at trident academy of technology b. Tech 1st year branch civil sir I don't know why but I am not feeling well I have always a sweet pain in stomach and digestive system is also not good. Too many times I have loose motion and its happening any time any day. I have also pain in leg at knee after while sitting. When I run. while running a pain started in left side and then I have to take rest otherwise I can't run or walk. Sir please help me.

Kindly consult a physician. In the mean time you may try sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck back knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Also press your palm with your finger tips in both hands. Consult after 10 days.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Ruta 200 (4 drops in little water) every morning empty stomach only one dose in a day for a week. 2. Rhus tox 200 (4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 3. Calci aid (bakson) (2tabs) thrice a day for a week and update. Keep a gap of 15 - 20 minutes in both the medicines.

After injury pain of osteoarthritis can increase that is called as acute-on-chronic osteoarthritis, with period of rest and medicines it should subside. For chronic problem you can take cartilage protecting agents that can be prescribed by Orthopaedic surgeon. If arthritis in your knee joint is in advanced stage, surgery is an option.

Take pure turmeric in hot water. 1 tsp twice a day. Take Sy M.Vasaco 2 tsp thrice a day.by mixing in hot water At back massage with Mahavishgarbh oil by warming it a bit. Report after a week for PMT cure.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

Back pain. Apply hot fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang asana? lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Mr. Lybrate-user, it is good that he wants to visit kashmir. Walking long distance is actually god for health. If his blood sugar levels are in control, then there is no worry. He should carry is rgular medication in adequate quantity. Take care of proper food intake and not missing his anti diabetes medication. For taking care of pain, he should carry any pain killer which he is comfortable with. But it should be used very sparingly. I do not see there is any reason to worry at all.

Hi = relax and stay positive. = increase fluid intake. = eat seasonal fruits for natural vitamins = do streching of hamstring, quadriceps, and calf muscles. = if you are overweight, reduce weight by cycling or swimming as it gives low impact on joints. = do check your calcium and vit. D = apply moist heat pad to affected joint and muscles.

The pain in my back and side was so bad that I scheduled a doctor's appt. After speaking with a nurse and determining it may be gas, I cancelled apt and purchased GAS-X. The gas moved around and that is it! The pain is amazing. GAS-X provided NO relief as of yet. What should i do now?

It is of friction of bones in the joints cartilage and weakness in the bone mineral density you may have to strenghten by balanced in calcium and cholaecalciferol and bone strengthening exercises.

Avoid direct bending firstly bend your knee then you ok do stretching exercise in daily routine and quadriceps exercise. For pain do tens therapy for 5 datys.

I have suffering from low back pain I have took M.R.I scan of lumbosacral spine and in the report the report details below M.R.I scan report Technique . T1 weighted and T2 weighted axials /sagittal Report Straightening of the lumbar spine is seen with loss of lordosis-muscle spasm Slight retrolisthesis of L5 and S1 vertebra noted - degenerative Minimal posterior annular bulge is seen at L5 and S1 . Spinal canal, neural forminal and nerve roots are normals The reaming intervertebral discs do not show any significant bulge /protrusion The vertebral bodies are normal in height and signal intensity. No lysis/fracture Can Know the meaning of the report and I feel pain when I stand for more than hour and when I jog morning I will feel pain like muscle catch on my left side of my upper pelvic and when I bend I will feel pain in same spot some time I will get burning sensation in same side I will get pain on left side of pelvic and it will be radiating pain it will not while walking .what is actual problem this is a problem bones, joint or discord spinal chord spinal nervous system or muscles I am totally worried please get me help.

She is having osteoarthritis knee both sides. Few things she should avoid are 1.sitting cross legs (squatting) 2.Standing for long time 3. Climbing stairs. Do simple physio designed for knee Weight reduction with dieting up to 2-3 kg also will give some relief. Contact for further help. Take care.
