My leg joints are paining due to playing basketball help me  to overcome from this pain.
I would like to examine the patient sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back, knee & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. Do not ignore it. Let it not become beginning of a bigger problem. Make sure that patient is not allergic to any of the medicines that he/she is going to take. For emergency treatment contact your nearest hospital or family doctor. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again.

3. ‪#‎Dislocations‬ - injuries that force the ends of the ‪#‎bones‬ out of position
Treatment of ‪#‎JointProblems‬ depends on the cause. If you have a ‪#‎SportsInjury‬, treatment often begins with the RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation) method to relieve pain, reduce swelling, and speed healing. I get pain in my left leg joint when I sit for 15 min than I stand for over 2 month. What to do?
Try this for joint pains try this. Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

NIDAANPARIVARJAN is the doctrine suggesting to avoid the cause of illness. If you can, pl avoid bike for the time being. Take alternative transport. Clean gut by Tarunikusumakar chooran 2 tsp with warm water first of all then every week. Take dashmool herbs and boil. Separately boil Panchakol herbs. Drink warm 20 ml each twice a day. At night put Erand sneh 20 ml to one of the decoctions. Heat a bit Mahanarayan oil + Mahavishgarbh oil 1:1 mixture and gently massage at night over back. After two hrs take hot water bath or next morning. Report after two weeks. Send X-ray etc reports if any or get one of LS spine.

Do rest and heat fermentation twice a day and apply pain relief ointment. Do stretching exercise in daily routine avoid long sitting, standing, toward bending and lifting heavyweight. Otherwise tk physiotherapy treatment.

Do hot fomentation keep a pillow under the legs at night &/when resting. Any way take ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days do knee exercises it may have to be further investigated make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Hello doctor, I am 22 years old male , suffering from weakness in my legs. Earlier I used to sleep in a A.C. Room where I didn't feel comfortable. Take sahacharadi kashayam 15 ml along with 60 ml water along with 1 kaisoraguggulu gulika 6 am and 6 pm. Do massage with sahacharadi tailam for 30 minutes and keep it 30 minutes and wash it off.

I have back pain what should I do?

Hello start physiotherapy treatment and learn posture care/ spine exercise. Meanwhile take few precautions. 1) take hot water fomentation for 20 min. At every 3hrs. Interval. 2) do not lift heavy weights or twist your spine 3) do not wear high heals do not ignore your back pain and do reply for private consultation and detailed treatment plan. Best wishes.

Sir my leg is over pain, I have some treatment and medicine in hospitals, but no use for every thing pls help him.
For leg pain, please follow the below advise: keep your leg raised while sitting or lying quadriceps strengthening exercises- quad clenches: lie flat on your back or sit upright on a chair with leg kept horizontally on another surface. Now, tighten the muscle on the front of the thigh by pushing your knee down. You should feel your thigh muscles clench, hold for 3 secs. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Short arcs: lie flat on your back or sit upright with your leg placed horizontally on a flat surface like a chair or bed. Place a rolled up towel under the knee. Pull your toes towards you and clench you thigh muscles. Slowly lift your foot up off the bed until your knee is straight (keep your knee resting on the towel). Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower them on the chair. Repeat 10 times twice a day. Straight leg raise: lie flat on your back. One leg and knee will be straight and other leg should be bent. Pull your toes towards you and tighten/clench the muscle on the front of the thigh, locking your knee straight. Lift your foot up in the air, about 6 inches off the bed. Hold for 3 secs and slowly lower the leg. The knee must remain straight the whole time you are doing this exercise.

Hello sir, I am 79 years old. For the past few months I am getting a problem. My middle finger in the right hand gets bend frequently and I have to straighten it with pain. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
