Constipation is not something to be embarrassed about, if you know about it and understand it, there is nothing to laugh on. Before running to a drug store, try some natural home remedies. Olive oil is a very good remedy for constipation. In the morning consume one tablespoon of olive oil with some lemon juice to lighten the flavor. It works best empty stomach so try consuming it before eating anything. Another effective remedy of lemon juice with warm water can help you flush out toxins off your body. In fact one should drink it every day to keep everything normal inside. To maintain peristaltic movements of intestines, which helps to expel waste material out of body, one should remain active, walk, do light exercises, Yoga postures, lot of liquids, lot of fibers which are not absorbed in the body system upon ingestion but are expelled. Constipation will not stay. Banyan tree leaves' decoction, Terminalia Arjuna bark decoction, Myrobalans etc have their on effect on intestines and expel excreta. These may be used generally or planned according to different problems for best results. Some herbals have the capacity to curette (lekhan karya) the Intestinal walls to expel sticky wastes which is not possible in modern drugs so far without surgical/ mechanical invasion. Herbs do it without invasion. Similarly some classic Ayurveda medicine are prescribed as per patients' history, present condition etc. Effects could be gradual. No side effects. Totally safe. But pl bear in find that Senna leaves (sanay) containing choornas should not be made a habit. Senna slows down peristalsis in long run. You may also get customised pakage from us if you can't prepare yourself.

I have always back pain. I consult many doctors. What I want to do. Please help me?

I have always back pain. I consult many doctors. What I want to do. Please help me?
Back pain may be due to strain, sprain, weather change etc. *Avoid bending forward while working on lap top or for any other work. *Don’t sit continuously working on laptop etc. Get up periodically and move around. *Restrict bike driving as far as possible. *Don’t carry laptop or any load on your shoulder. Carrying very light loads equally with both hands is better *Sit straight so that back bone gets proper support. A dining chair is better than a laid back sofa. *You can use mustard oil for massage which is good in winter season for relieving pain. Eucalyptus oil is also good *Soft bed will not give proper support to your back bone. Hard bed with thin mattress and thin pillow is better. *Get yourself tested whether you have spondylitis problem. Homoeopathy has a good treatment for this without adverse effects. To start with, take Calc fluor 200--once daily in the morning and once in the evening for 6 days.

Dear patient, you need to control your further weight gain first for which you must do 40 mins of brisk walking daily (morning walk or evening walk before dinner) and do following diet control. Along with this homeopathic medications can help you cure this problem from root if taken regularly with detailed case taking, you can consult privately for the same with all your reports till now DO'S AND DONT'S: Avoid a sedentary life. Regular and moderate exercises daily, even for ten minutes will go a long way. Daily fast walking for 45 minutes is helpful to burn calories. Avoid a high fatty diet like cakes, biscuits, candies, chocolates, butter, cheese and sugar. Avoid fried and oily food Do not over-eat. Instead eat frequent small meals, rather than infrequent large meals with unhealthy snacks in between. Eat 3 to 4 moderate meals a day with your main meal in the middle of the day. Eat slowly. Not only will your meal last longer but it will also feel more substantial. Avoid smoking and alcohol as it predisposes a person towards obesity. Replace daily consumption of soft drinks, fruit juices and milk with 10-12 glasses of water. A simple crash diet is never an answer to obesity. Instead a balanced diet with regular exercise is advisable. Think of a permanent change rather than a short term dieting. Walking burns upto 250 calories per hour. Jogging uses about 400 calories per hour. Swimming burns upto 500 calories per hour and playing a game like squash could burn upto 650 calories per hour. Brisk walking at a pace of 120 steps per minute not only helps you to lose weight but also gives your heart and lungs a workout at the same time. DAILY CALORIE REQUIREMENTS: Men with inactive lifestyle : 2400 - 2500 cals Men with active lifestyle : 2800 - 3000cals Men with very active lifestyle : 3400 - 3500 cals Women with inactive lifestyle: 1900 cals Women with active lifestyle: 2150 cals Women with very active lifestyle: 2500 cals DIET CHART: Early morning: (6-7 am) : ? 1-2 glasses of Warm water with the some freshly squeezed lemon juice and after 15-20 mins you can have your morning tea. (preferably green tea) Breakfast: (9-10 am): Poha/upma/brown bread vegetable sandwhich/cornflakes with 1 bowl of seasonal fruits (avoid butter in sandwhich and excessive intake of bananas and chickoo) Lunch: (1-2 pm): it is better to start lunch with a small quantity of salad which can have sprouts into it. It helps your stomach to fill up enough so that you don?t bump into extra rotis when more hungry. It can be followed by 2 rotis, plate of cooked vegetables and 1 cup of dal. You can have 1 small cup of curd of skimmed milk or 1-2 glass of buttermilk. Evening snack: (5-6 pm): 1 cup tea with light snack of 2-3 wheat/oats biscuits. Dinner: 2 rotis (without ghee) with vegetables and brown rice if you want for 2 times/week in small quantities. Avoid curd at night as it causes constipation.

Sir/Madam I have already 26 but still I have no full beard in my face. So what are the deficiency In my body.
Low level of Testosterone cause very slow growth of beard and moustaches. For full growth of beard apply these very useful methods : • Do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA yogasana daily. You can ask me for the details & steps of these asanas. • Take 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder and 1/2 teaspoon of amla powder mix it and take it with water once in a day . • Do running and jogging daily as it increase the hormones levels. • Trim the beard after 2-3 weeks . • Do neck massage with oil daily .

Say no to chemical treatment of hair. Chemical treatments like relaxers do make curly hair look longer, though they drastically slow down the growth of men’s hair.

coffee is worst for diabetics

coffee is worst for diabetics
coffee is worst for diabetics:

Blended coffees

Blended coffees that are laced with syrup, sugar, whipped cream, and other toppings can have as many calories and fat grams as a milkshake, making them a poor choice for those with diabetes. A 16-ounce frappuccino at starbucks, for instance, can contain 500 calories, 98 grams of carbs, and 9 grams of fat. You may consider a treat such as this" just coffee" but the blended versions can send blood glucose soaring.

Have this instead: ask for the smaller, 12-oz light or non-fat versions, which range from 60 to 200 calories, making it a much lower-calorie, lower-sugar substitute" the lighter version won't drive blood sugars sky high, especially if you take a walk afterward" ideally, black coffee is best.

The commonest cause of bleeding from gums and bad smell from mouth is the deposits that build up around the teeth. The cure is very simple. Get a professional cleaning (scaling) done every 6-8 months. This keeps your gums and teeth healthy without any side effects.
