There is nothing to panic about. It happens with many kids. Give her lots of water to drink n it'll pass in the stools.

I am getting cavity (teeth black hole or sadaan) in my teeth. I don't want to get root canal. I think it will take much time to get cured. What should I do it is getting much pain in it which unbearable today please help?

BDS

If it is unbearable pain and you want to secure your tooth then rct is only one option. Otherwise go for extraction. Now a days modern techniques of rct are available. So curing is too much fast.

Food or drinks acidic in nature should be consumed as little as possible. Consuming them in a large quantity can cause cavities as they soften the tooth material that further leads to the dissolution of minerals into the tooth enamel.

For healthier teeth, flossing daily in a sawing motion is highly recommended. Take the floss to the point where the teeth meet the gums.

I have teeth problem. When I brush in my teeth blood was appear. What to do? please suggest me some diagnostics.

Mostly it's gingivitis i. E. Gum disease. It may be because of vitamin deficiency, poor oral hygiene or hormonal disturbance. Try to correct all these issues. Also have your teeth cleaned and polished by dentist.

Wisdom teeth (last teeth) are more prone to carious because of position of the teeth in the mouth and it's slight difficult to clean, and mostly wisdom teeth are in improper alignment

I have problem of high sensible teeth when eat any cold food, kindly how I get recover from it?

BDS

Sensitivity will come down with a sensitive paste like sensodyne. Apply over affected area for three to five minutes after which just brush with same paste. Use for a minimum period of two weeks, if sensitivity doesnt subside. Then kindly get yourself checked by dentist.

I am 36 years female, have receding gumline to a great extent in lower jaw especially below canines. What is the solution, kindly help.

MDS
Dentist, Kota
Don't brush aggressively. If the gum line is healthy with aesthetically acceptable then you don't need any treatment. If its affect your smile, then line can be raised by gum surgery.

He is 5 year old. He has grown all teeth but now also grown some extra teeth and this is very painful. Kindly suggest medication & how this type teeth grown.

BDS, MDS Prosthodontics
Dentist, Delhi
Hi lybrate-user, I think the extra teeth you r talking about r the permanent teeth n 5 years is early for the permanent teeth to erupt. Get an opg done n do visit dentist n get the retained milk teeth removed.

Plz take a pain killer and then consult a dentist. Pain killer is only going to give you temporary relief. Dentist will find out the cause of the pain and help you to get rid of it.

Hello. I have got impacted wisdom tooth. Which I got extracted on 16 March 2017 .And even my stitches are removed today. But still I'm feeling pain in my other teeth and check .What should I do. When should I start eating from that of my mouth. When it will be normal. Please help me. I'm very scared.

BDS, MDS
Dentist, Gorakhpur
A difficult extraction may lead to your said problem. It will take one or two weeks to subside your cheek or other tooth pain. You can continue to take pain killers for the same. In between you can choose to eat soft food from extracted side. After sometime you can slowly resume to hard food chewing from that side. Thank you.

Suddenly testing blood in saliva without coughing what is the reason for that? With out any problem in throat or teeth.

Hello, bleeding could be because of weak gums due to deposits or food lodgement. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush twice daily, floss regularly and rinse after every meal. Maintain proper brushing technique.
