I am a 30 years old working woman. My face complexion is very dull and dark. please suggest me how my skin will be fair and glowing. please suggest me any matte look sunscreen.

To get that clear, flawless and glowing skin, swear by Cleansing, Toning and Moisturising daily. Always apply sunscreen half an hour before going out in the sun. Reapply sunscreen every 3-4 hours till evening. Keep your skin covered with hat and a scarf in pollution and dust. If you think that applying great products alone will give you glowing skin, then you are wrong. You are what you eat. Nutrition plays an important role to keep you glowing inside out. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains. Try to limit intake of junk, smoke and alcohol as this harms your skin the most. One key point I would emphasise here is to exfoliate your skin regularly. Regular exfoliation can be done both by using natural products like gram flour and yogurt or over the counter and safe to use products containing AHAs, BHAs or Glycolic Acid. Before buying these chemical containing cleansers, always go under a patch test by Dermatologist so as to test any possible irritation by them. Using sunscreen after exfoliation is must, so never skip the sunscreen. Exfoliation along with daily moisturisation works wonders on your skin. Pamper your skin once in a week with a good face mask, massage and relaxing bath. An expert advise is always recommended to test the underlying causes of skin dullness and help it improve faster.

Two thRee drops of blood started on June 5, same on June 6, flow started but low on June 7th, good flow on 8th, ok on 9th, and 10&11 some good drops of blood. This was my mensuration this month. Why its like this. I am eating healthy food. I am fitness freak. One week of mensuration. Which date I should consider as period date. My average mensuration cycle is 28 days. Harmonal changes happens with age, it's good you are a fitness freak, and take a healthy balanced diet, and seems you do have a fairly regular cycle as well, the only reason attributed to your present state could be a stress mental or physical, or due to changes happening in your uterus ,ovaries etc, go for an ultrasound and see for routine gynae obs status. I had a problem named ostreochondral fragment adjacent to midline removed and now lack of cartilage tissue in my left knee. Can you pls tell me the precautions that I have to take and also pls tell me the sleeping posture as when I wake up, I feel a lot of pain in my knee.

Dear lybrate user. A) take 30 ml of fresh lemon juice along with 30 ml of lukewarm water early in the morning and at evening before meal half an hour. B) take 2-2 tablets of sheetprabha vati along with lemon juice. C) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha and 30 ml of aloe vera juice at night before sleep. Do all these things for 15 days. I am having back pain due to working on computer for long hours. Also there is a gap in bones at my hip and I took medicine. But it is again paining I am not even able to do my routine personal work. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hair fall is due to infection in scalp skin or hormonal effects also sometimes its genetic cause, if infective then easily goes into hairs follicles & its root and results in hair fall, For control on hair fall you have to control on infections ,Medicines takes time to remove infections due to less blood supply in scalp skin. Allow the breath to slowly become fuller 2.Now resume normal breathing.

Add in your daily food carbohydrates, rich proteins, vitamines, minirales, milk end milk products green vegitabales, dry fruites, fruites, etc. Do arobic excersices, yoga pranayam. Hello you need to understand the concept of weight loss. It's a gradual process that requires cut down in calories under the guidance of a dietitian and regular exercise. Don't skip breakfast. Sleep for 7-9 hours per night. Avoid fried foods, sweets, carbonated drinks and processed foods. Include whole grains, sprouts, seasonal fruits and vegetables, salad vegetables like cucumber, kakri, onion, tomato etc. Include green tea 4-5 times a day. Drink plenty of water. Take 3 main meals and 2 side meals. Take flaxseed powder 1 tsp with lukewarm water on empty stomach. Thank you.
